Ordered take out last night first time in a very long time time after a long day. At first we were going to just do dessert( Molten cakes) and while browsing through the menu figured we would try the shrimp fajitas. Its been some years since we have eaten Chilis but it seems like the one close by our home is always full. So we go to pick up, we check in and the chilis worker comes right out less than 5 minutes with the food great attitude, very friendly! We get home and open up the food great presentation and the smell was fantastic. I typically do not eat the rice and beans because it's typically not well seasoned or good but the smell was amazing so I decided to give it a try. Now let me tell you who ever that cook was knew exactly what they were doing. Beans very nicely seasoned and texture was perfect , the rice was fantastic and the shrimp was great! the sautéed onion and pepper with the little dash of fresh cilantro did it for me! Now they could have added a little more of the sides , guac wasn't even big enough to be a tester but food was still great. the molten cakes where molten cakes but it seems like they were hoarding the icecream for a storm or something. the amount of icecream was not even enough for a toddler. while food was great we wish they would have added more icecream. Will be back but definitely will ask them to put enough icecream for the future . read more

I've been coming to Chili's for years now.. and honestly i'm never coming back after tonight's experience. Our waiter (Hannah) did not seem to engage with us as her customers, she took a long time to bring our drinks and our appetizer. Our appetizer was cold and soggy, and our waiter didn't seem to care. She sat her friends down to the table next to us, sat with her friends, and brought their drinks and appetizer right away... Our food came out raw and took an extra 30-35 mins to correct it, the second time around the food came out burnt.. And when we spoke to the manager all he did was give me half off only 1 meal. We were looks for something open late and we found chilis! Our server Tabitha was awesome she was quick and super polite! We ended up getting the mango chile chicken, Cajun pasta, and avocado club sandwich. Everything had great flavor. Awful service. Awful food. Stood at the door for several minutes before being greeted and was then sat at a dirty table. Asked to be sat elsewhere and the young lady seemed bothered. When our server finally greeted us it seemed as we just woke her from a nap. No eye contact and slurred words. No introduction at all. We ordered and waited 43 minutes for nachos & big mouth bite burgers. The nachos looked like vomit and the burger bites were crispy over done and dry. The nachos came out without the guacamole we added and 1/2 a teaspoon of pico de Gallo. Server seemed bothered that we asked for the guacamole we were charged from, which ended up being a spoonful for $1. Asked for the check and she point to the kiosk on the table. Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But lately service is been horrible. Food takes a long time to arrive to the table and most of time doesn't arrive the way it was ordered. Waiters and waitresses basically don't care about offering good service. Today we went there. Had to wait longer than usual to be seated and when we were finally at the table, we waited 10 min and didn't get anyone to serve us. We got up and left. On my way out told a couple of waitresses we were leaving and they just said "ok!"... then told the manager and seemed not to care. Restaurant was empty! A few years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Took our son there for dinner over the weekend for his birthday and it just wasn't our night. Our server was cranky and looked as if her face would crack if she ever bothered to smile. We ignored it as we were celebrating. She came and took our orders, and I had ordered the ultimate combo, told her which items I wanted and pointed them out as I ordered them. After a fairly long wait, our food came and my order was incorrect. When I told the server, a different girl, she argued that our server rang up what I was given. I told her that I didn't know what she rang up, but I do know what I ordered. She walked away with an attitude. 5 mins later, our server comes back to our table to SHOW me what she wrote on her pad! REALLY?!?! Instead of apologizing and getting me what was missing, she thought it was more important to show me her pad like I was the one in the wrong! Whatever happens to GOOD customer service? We had a good meal here. The service was good. Food came out in a timely manner. Food had good taste. We were out with another couple so we hung out for a while. Not sure our server appreciated that but oh well. They offer a 2 for $22 dinner special which is nice so we did dinner out for 2 for under $30. So that is a bonus and they have a nice selection of option on that $22 dollar deal. So, chilis is pretty spot on. Nacho app is good. Their Texas fries app is good. Their burgers are great. Chicken tenders are awesome. The chicken fajitas are good too...all generous potions. So, hit Chilis for a nice dinner out. If you have never been there before, it is worth a stop! read more

Went to Chili's for dinner and ordered the two meals for $20 special. Me and my husband both had the ribs and mashed potatoes and fried pickles. When my plate arrived it looks like someone spilled BBQ sauce all over it wasn't a nice presentation of the meal. I had to wipe down my plate before eating. The ribs were ok nothing to rave about my mashed potatoes were ok tasted like boxed mashed potatoes not fresh potatoes. The best part were the fried pickles. Service was ok the waitress never came back to check on us once the food was delivered only to collect the plates. I will try another place for dinner, next time. Update went on 1/27/17 party of 7, everything has changed for the better! Our server Tony was fantastic very attentive and great personality. We ordered different meals I had chicken fajitas and the rest of my party had the ribs everything was great and I tried the ribs they were great! When we first called to ask for the wait time, the woman was very short and told us the wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes and hung up. We walked in, and it was actually 20 minutes. I can understand being short staffed and not wanting customers to come in because I am in the restaurant business. Our server, Matthew (aka Red) was the only one on the floor. One of the WORST Chili's I have ever been to. When we came in, the place was extremely dirty and they made us sit in a booth filled with crumbs and food on the seats. I tried getting a server to help clean the booth but he left immediately & ignored us. We had to clean the booth. Came here last night and surprisingly packed with 40minute waiting time on a Wednesday. Wow. we decided to set at the bar so we don't have to wait. The bar was full and only 1 bartender working name Vincent he was fast and right on it, the food came really fast I ordered triple dipper and the price was fair. I enjoyed the food very well. Chilis is a chain that pumps out your average tex-mex american style fare. That isn't the probably I had with this location, it was the service. We come in to a busy restaurant and the hostess is too busy looking down writing something to greet us. Finally she picks her head up and we had decided that we'd just sit at the bar, there were for spots over at the bar and three of us. When we get up there we realize that the far right seat has a beer in the corner near the wall that's been sitting there half full but not cold. We ask the people if anyone is sitting there. They tell us they have been there for awhile and they haven't seen anyone. So we sit down. The woman asked if we wanted them to slide over a chair, which was nice, but once the bar tender finally told us that is someone's spot and we couldn't sit there we ask the woman if she could slide over a chair, another man not part of the woman's party. promptly sits down and exclaims "he ain't movin' so she couldn't slide over a seat. None of the staff was helpful. They didn't offer to seat us anywhere else. Some of the patrons were rude. Then I open everything up it's cold.. not a big deal I'll heat it up.. but then ther food made my family sick for the next 24+ hours.. So a few months back my mother and I decide to try out this Chili's only to leave within 10 minutes, the fastest I've ever left a restaurant (that includes the time me and my friends walked into what seemed to be a nice dive that turned out to be like $50 a dish restaurant LOL) so back to the story we walk in and see the hostess who just point to the booth near the entrance and says sit there, were like ok... we get to the booth like 5 feet away and it's disgusting covers in old food foos and dishes from the last people. We go tell her hey it's still dirty can you clean it and the woman looks so annoyed by us and say just wait someone will come soon, so we literally have to stand in the dining room and wait until this woman decided to clean it herself (meaning she moved the dishes to another table then wiped the table, while still leaving the dishes for someone else to get.) she then says their you happy and my mom at this point is done and says I'm not eating here on my dead body and we walk out!!! This particular locations Sucks with a capital "S"! I went here yesterday around 1:30 pm with my family after going to the safari in the area and decided to leave after we were seated,ordered drinks and were about to order appetizers and our main course. The issue was that my family was a party of 7(5 adults and 2 kid under 4 yrs). After being seated a very unwelcoming unaccommodating, and unpleasant female hostess came over to tell my family and I after about 10 mins of being seated that we all could not sit together and that only parties of 6 could only be seated together-(WTF?!). Mind you the place was a ghost town. There were a few people at the bar another group of 6 already dinning and then my group of 7. When we were told this I demanded to see the manager. The female male came over to the table and told us the same thing. The manager was apologetic, courteous and explained that it was corporate orders. As she's doing her whole song dance our drinks started coming to table. We all had menus in hand and about to order our main course. You're telling me that they couldn't shove tables together and make a party of 7 happy? What a stupid policy really. The restaurant was virtually empty!Needless to say my family and I left. We ended up going to Applebee's about 2 miles down the road off the turnpike and guess what? They had no Issue seating us all. Guess what else? We all sat together(the crime). We all had a good time. Applebee's was also a ghost town. Chilles get your act together. Your staff at the very least should of been clear and upfront with us. We would took our business else where from the onset instead going through all the dramatics you put us though. We get that everyone is trying to be cautious but there's a fine line between careful and dumbass! Chilles Corp are dumbasses and your staff were train wrecks as result of their leadership. Usually love chillis...not tonight. Didn't even eat. Sat down at the bar ordered our drinks got them fairly quickly. My fiancés Long Island was not good but still no big deal. After that we sat and sat and sat and sat bartender ignored us forever.saw another lady by herself who was also irritated. Finally we see the bartender Josh I think his name was he proceeds to joke and talk with another couple he knew still ignoring us. By this time my fiancé had had it. He asked loudly anyone working here. Still nothing. I got up gathered my belongings and walked outside. About 4 minutes later he finally acknowledged my other half who asked for the bill. We payed an almost 10$ bill for 1 Long Island Tea and a glass of water. Ridiculous. Horrible service. Will never go back when there are so many other choices so close by. The restaurant also was full of filthy tables with dirty dishes and about 6 tables in the bar area were sticky and nasty with food very obviously on the benches tables and floors. My 7 year old begged me to come here yesterday and I obliged. Big mistake. he ordered a cheeseburger with fries from the kids menu. I ordered a smokehouse burger. simple right? i placed a to go order yesterday for me and my family to eat, i live close to this chili's so it's our to go restaurant and unfortunately the food was HORRIBLE once my husband got home with the food my daughters chicken fingers where soggy along with the french fries. and i ordered wings EXTRA CRSPY and they where soggy looked like they were not even cooked long enough and no where near crispy not to mention when you bit into the chicken there was all bloody parts. after my experience last night i will NEVER eat at this restaurant again! read more

On Thursday evening roughly around 8pm on October 13th, 2022 the family went to dinner at this chili's in Saint Clouds after 17 year old son's High school Recital. I notice black customers was told to wait for long period of time- while white customers who had no reservations was immediately seated. I could not believe what I was seeing at chili's in 2022. We had a newborn baby with us, and was told that we had a 15-minute wait -while there were tons of empty tables for family. We stood there for 30 minutes watching the white families seated right away with no appointment, so ,we decided to leave, and that's when the host immediately send the alert to our phones that the table was ready when he realize, that I was upset, and started to leave, and all of the sudden the table was some how ready, But we decided to leave anyways, and never turned back, and we will never go back to that place or any chili's restaurant for that matter, and will advise all of our family and friends not to Patronize at Chili's!!! read more

Had dinner with my husband tonight 03/10/18. Floor was dirty and hostess was more interested on her phone than assisting clients. I am updating my review because the last 2 times I have ordered online, with a confirmation number and email, we arrived at the restaurant to find they had no idea what we were talking about and were unable to find our order. Yes, they offered to make it then, but we ordered ahead of time to avoid a half hour wait! have had mixed service here. The servers seem to bust their butts, and the food is good. I have had more issues with the wait, tables not being bussed and hostesses hanging out instead of focusing on their job. On the occasions with a long wait, our waitor has been awesome and the food delicious as well. I really enjoy the new southwest menu, too! read more

Update: December 2013 Ordered take-out again because my family loves the food. Much better experience this time. The order was correct except a couple of wrong dip sides. The food was not burnt, squished into the containers and was appropriately sized. Maybe last time was a fluke or maybe this store manager reads these reviews.
