It's a pretty good amount of space, but I do recommend arriving early to grab a table because once the band starts, it's gets pretty packed. Sometimes you may have your view blocked from people standing watching the band, but it's not a big deal. The people here seemed friendly and there to have a good time and listen to music. Sully's doesn't serve food, but on the night we were there, they had a food truck next to the outdoor area so we grabbed some food from there. Drink prices are reasonable and staff seemed friendly. Overall, this is a fun dive bar and I'd go back again in the future.

As far as the crowd goes, it's a lot of regulars and old-timers who know each other. For the downsides, the owner is a well known jerk to all the bartenders which turns away customers. It could use updated bathrooms and some higher security or some weeding out of the bad seeds, but all in all it's entertaining for a good price.

The original location across the street had a classic smoke-filled dive bar atmosphere, and I could tell stories all day about memorable experiences there. Those stories are best saved for another time. The new location is unquestionably an upgrade in comfort and appearance, though it lacks some of the character and smoke that made the old place so memorable. Fortunately, the things that matter most remain intact. The beer is still ice cold, the drinks are solid, and the food is consistently above average at prices that are hard to argue with. This particular morning, I grabbed a seat at the bar and took advantage of their $5 breakfast burrito (available before 9 AM). The menu lists bacon or ham as protein options, but I was also offered sausage, which I happily chose along with the eggs and cheese. I'm glad I did. The sausage was nicely rendered with crisp edges that delivered little flavor bombs throughout the burrito. Wanting to dress things up a bit, I asked for pico de gallo. My server laughed and replied, "This is a dive bar," before offering salsa instead. Fair enough. The salsa, combined with a generous squeeze of their hot sauce, turned out to be exactly what the burrito needed. In fact, it was so good I briefly considered ordering a second one to go. Then I could practically hear my doctor whispering in my ear, advising restraint, so I reluctantly passed. For those unfamiliar with Hideaway, it's also a major Miami Dolphins fan destination. Whether you're a Dolphins fan or not, I highly recommend experiencing one of their game-day watch parties at least once. The atmosphere is electric and one of the more unique sports-viewing experiences around. My only minor gripe was being charged an extra dollar for the small container of salsa, and it wasn't even pico de gallo. Not enough to ruin an otherwise enjoyable visit, but enough to earn a raised eyebrow. Overall, a great breakfast, a little nostalgia, and a fitting way to celebrate a positive doctor's visit.

Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. Liked the tree they have up all year, the theme for February was Valentines. Frankie is the chef and she is making magic here. Had the short ribs and it came with rosemary and garlic mash and brussels. Can't believe how very delicious this was and it was 5 star quality and worth every penny of it's $36 price. One of the best meals I have had in months. The bananas foster cheese cake is to die for. Actually everything was great. The food, drinks and such friendly service.
