I have been at this place a few times and do not have anything bad to say. Today we were there and the waitress was friendly and quick with our needs even though sometimes, we were being catered by others. I think that this is a good sign of teamwork. Been here a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed the food, menu selection and atmosphere. This particular night I came here for my high school graduation dinner and it was great. With Chili's new makeover, the decor makes the place more open. The new chandelier is decorated with what it looks like stained glass. I usually get their half rack baby ribs with regular BBQ sauce and their house fries. They have added smoked potato wedges to their menu but tasted a bit too much smoked to my liking. The ribs are cooked great and their new sauces such as Dr. Pepper themed can add a more sweeter taste than the regular BBQ. Their 2 for $20 menu is a great choice for people on a budget but can enjoy delicious food. Service here over the years has improved and even added a kiosk to each table to pay your bill. Out of all the Chili's I have experienced in Florida and New Jersey this location is the absolute best. My husband & I have eaten here so often the wait staff almost always greets us by name! The food is always served hot and fresh with perfect seasoning. Payment is a breeze with the electronic debit machines on each table. The only thing I would love to see is a drink menu with prices. Whenever we sit in the bar area or request a booth the price of drinks is a question I always has to ask. Upon asking the waitress or waiter they must always run to the bar and check, which is a hassle when I'm trying to place my order. read more

We had lunch here before and the service was slow, the food was cold and we didn't get our drinks refilled. They were busy, so I decided to try them again this past Sunday. The same service all the way around. The people at the table next to us had a different waiter, yet same experience. They told us that the they too had been their before, but for dinner and the service was just as bad. I asked to speak to the manager when my food came out cold and over cooked. Not helpful at all. I was given a "why is this guy bothering me with this " attitude and told "sorry we will warm this up for you". What?!!! I said never mind, cancel my order I'm out of here. This place sucks. Every time we come here there is a huge wait with open tables scattered all around the restaurant. Tonight was no exception. Told it would be a twenty minute wait for a party of 6, awesome. We were sitting at 20 minutes, when in walks in a party of 8. They get sat immediately, when questioned why, the hostess responded because they split into two groups of 4. Ok, makes sense. 30 minutes after arrival we actually get sat. Right there next to the party of 8, who are sitting all together... seriously horrible service. Let's not forget the three open tables that fit 8, that are sitting open too. read more

My husband and I used to come to Chilis a lot because it's only 5 minutes away. The food was decent and well-priced and their all-day 2 for 1 margaritas were awesome. But within the past year we have stopped going to Chilis all together. The last few times we braved the crowds, screaming children and sticky tables/menus/seats, we were served some of the worst food I have ever seen in a restaurant. I could have gotten better chicken tacos at Taco Bell. The meat, be it my chicken or my husband's steak, was all fat and veins and very little edible meat. I spit more of my chicken into my napkin than I actually ate. The food almost always would come out room temperature with the hard sheen of having been microwaved and then left to sit. To top it all off, the service was terrible those past few times (trying to get your waiter/waitress to look in your direction is an almost Herculean task). Even the margaritas seemily stopped being alcoholic. We will most certainly never visit this Chilis location again and more than likely won't step foot in any other Chilis. read more

Hmmm... how do I say this without sounding like I'm someone pulling a race card ? So I'm going to ask all of you for your opinion. Here is the situation. . I walk in and sit at the bar and I've worked at restaurants myself and during the day you will always have your daytime regulars so those are the people that for the most part pay the day shifts people's bills ... but when you sit down at any restaurant your suppose to be treated like you at least exist. Not only did the bartender walk by and not "notice" me like 5 times as he kept walking passed me.. "There was only 4 people at the bar area" but he never even offered me the nachos and salsa when it's complimentary at this place and when asked he almost rolled his eyes as if that's all I was going to order. . And when he came back he gave me a look and said, " are you going order anything sir"? with a very condescending type attitude? Now I " get it " I'm sure in this place you get alot of people that walk in just drink the 2 for 1 beers and eat the hell out of the nachos and the salsa which I believe is out of this world at this place but I've never felt so characterized in all my life. I stayed for about 4 hrs watching the football game and not once did the bartender or the oncoming bartender ask me if I wanted more chips or salsa but yet I literally watched them ask the women next to me if she wanted them a couple that came after me was given them without even asking and everyone across the bar from me that came in after me never even had to ask for them. So you tell me ? Oh yeah.. did I actually order food you ask ? The answer is yes.. I ordered the tacos Ranchero which are very good. Now is this about nachos and salas ??? Nah...Not at all... its not about the food or how much or little I ordered but how I was treated as a customer by these people. I walked out of there and never felt so profiled and so bad that I will never go back again.. I even pointed it out to the couple next to me and I could feel that they even felt uncomfortable because this bartender would walk right by me to give them a doggy bag to bring home the extra chips and salsa yet never even offered me anything. Now I know osceola county and saint cloud florida has and large Hispanic population and I admit.. some of them will take advantage like anyone would if something was free but it was more of how they made me feel and how they just characterized me as soon as I sat down that bothered me. With that being said the food there is still good and would I go to a chilies again... absolutely. . One or two bad apples don't mean the whole bunch are bad but I got to be honest I felt horrible when I walked out. Hope if you go to this place you have a better experience then I did. My family visited this place after a family event. The place was busy but the wait was short. We got a table for seven and our drink and appetizer order was made quickly. The food and drink were delivered promptly. Three of us ordered burgers, which were cooked well and tasted great. The other four in our party each ordered fajitas for two (according to my sis and her husband, the "for two" offering was perfectly sized). Instead, they received the individually sized order. Apparently, the waitress thought they each wanted to split a single order which made no sense. Despite the misunderstanding, the food was good and the easy pay system at our table was really convenient ( no wait for a check ). I should add that our server was relatively new on the job so I give her plenty of allowance for being a little green. Serving is a hard job ad I certainly recognize that. All in all, a great place to have a nice meal. We will be back. read more

Staff is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I came in to check in from the app and the greeter practically didn't pay me any mind and when he did he checked on his computer for my name and after he found it he just kept going doing his thing. I wasn't sure what to do because he didn't tell me anything. Then he looked at me asking me what I was doing standing there and I said waiting for a table. He then said "Well you're going to get a text message" in a well, lets just say less than pleasant way. Then went back to his computer. I stood by however and saw that he was actually treating the families after me a lot better and being way more courteous and compassionate to them. I'm not one to bring this type of stuff up but I was starting to feel radically discriminated against, myself being Hispanic and the employee being of Caucasian decent and the families he was treating better being Caucasian as well. I won't be eating at another Chilis again if this is the type of atmosphere they promote. read more

I just had the worst dinner I have ever had at this Chili's. My roommate ordered a Bacon Burger and wanted it medium well and it was overcooked and burnt. The tomatoes as garnish looked they were chewed up and in pieces. The side of loaded mashed potatoes was ice cold and had congealed cheese. I ordered a old timer burger and I wanted it medium rare and it also was overcooked to the point of hard as a rock and I couldn't even eat more then 2 bites because it was too hard to chew. My loaded mashed potatoes were cold and also had congealed cheese on top. Was so disappointed in the food will not be going back to this Chilis and wasted a gift card on the meal. read more

My family and I eat at CHILI'S at least once a month. The service is good , the food is great and the atmosphere is out of this world. The menu choices let everyone in the family find their favorite. The bar creates a fun and entertaining atmosphere for the young adults in the family. Happy hour prices can't be beat! read more

I have been to this chili's a few times because it is 5 minutes from my house but I can not eat there anymore. Waitress got drink order wrong she had to get manager to correct it then we got food without getting our appetizer first meanwhile food is sitting there I said ok I will eat my soup and eat my food afterwards. I explained that the food will get cold she had attitude and said its the the kitchen's fault for bringing food out fast. Honestly it was her fault she needs to get the soup herself and bring it when I explained that to her she had more of an attitude. So ate my soup started eating my food when bit into the corn it was cold not cold from sitting there no cold like just came out of fridge and they never cooked it. I tell her let me speak to manager he had bigger attitude I explained how cold it was told him to even touch it cause he was so annoyed that I complained like he didn't believe me he took it. It was about 10 minutes later when food came she dropped it off walked away did not come once to check on us and mind you she is going around us asking everyone if food is ok do they need anything else. We finally finished again no waitress waiting for bill didn't have the little machine that we can pay ourselves and finally after a long wait she come puts the little machine in front of us and said pay when your ready again with attitude. Sadly we always have bad experiences we are just lazy to drive to the one in the Loop but never again I rather drive then to go there. read more

My son ordered the Mac and Cheese and then 3 hours later while he was sleeping vomited all of his food. This happened New Years Eve. I called to speak to the manager and he didn't seem like he cared. He just asked what he could do for us so I could shut up. I wasn't looking for a free meal... I was bringing it to his attention so they can keep an eye out. Service terrible and food comes out cold. No manager around to see if everything is ok.

Took an HOUR to get our food. The kids came out within 15 minutes but we're done for 45 minutes before we finally got ours. Asked for the manager multiple times and they avoided us like the plague. All the server said was, "um, sorry." Did not care one bit and wasn't even around herself 90% of the time. read more

Good food, good service, most management is very helpful but one in peticular...the bar manager has attitude problems. Gets a bit over friendly with women guest and sometimes a bit offensive. Think his name is Bill. Generally a fun place to eat, very reasonable and food is usually cooked to order and hot. read more
