I only order one thing from chilis. A boneless bbq wing with ranch. Noticeable drop in quality progressively over the last few times. The chicken is cheaper tasting, and the breading has gotten kinda bland. the ranch is also less flavorful. Not happy with them. Staff are very friendly read more

We had a great experience here tonight. It was packed but the wait for 2 was only 5-10 mins. The staff were amazing. Our server Nicole, including the servers all around us serving other tables, went above and beyond and were all very polite. The food was great! I ordered the 3 for me (large chip and salsa for the table, HUGE burger, fries and a soda) for $10.99 and it was all great! Had more to take home. I have nothing negative about our evening here. read more

Not good not bad; another basic spot to grab a mindless bite to eat. For my tastes everything is a pinch too salty. Weak drinks. They do have a pick 3 with the smash burger is actually pretty yummy. It comes with chips and salsa or a soup. It's filling. I can't eat all the fries. There is not one thing on the menu that is crave able. Decent service; but the bathrooms are surprisingly tore up and need some work. It's close and convenient but Red Robin is right next door. read more

Chili's used to be consistent in their menu options but now see that they have paired down the menu. If paired down, then they need to make sure the execution is good if not exceptional. There's no reason the kitchen should have screwed up chicken fingers. They were rubbery and should not have left the kitchen. Server replaced them and they were much better. The Santa Fe salad with salmon upgrade is listed as 550 calories in the menu. No way. They poured so much spicy dressing all over it, it had to high. The ancho salmon was overcooked and smeared with the sauce. Good thing I like and handle spice. I cannot imagine anyone else attempting to eat it. Food runners were on top of it! Server was nice but spread too thin. Their ice tea is always good and refreshing. The chips and salsa is a good starter. Do t bother with the dip trio. Good in concept but the guacamole and cheese dip is not very good at all. Someone deep clean the bathroom with the lights actually on and not leave it to the teenagers. read more

Our server was the best! She was very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. I wish I remembered your name!

Food needs a great deal of improvement. Order the chicken crispers mean. - Chicken tender were lukewarm - French fries tasked freezer burnt - Mac and cheese was cold and extra liquid like. - none of the food was even close to the same temperature. Server was great but food was terrible. In a world where I could go to chick-fil-a for a third of the price and get fresh food, it's not worth it sitting down at Chili's to get a half decent meal. read more

It's a high 3star. It's your average chain place. The smash burger I got was good. Everything is pretty average. The service is decent and friendly. The interior is nice, but it's always freezing cold when the door opens, read more

Five stars for mediocrity!! After our original plan fell through, we found ourselves here. Expectations were low. Server was slow to great us, didn't know the drafts, and forgot my beer. Fries were over over over salted, kiddo complained the pizza wasn't good, and the salad was top on the list of sad salads. All that and we still had to wait for a table on Monday night. read more

Food was amazing, tables were clean and whole restaurant was clean. The only complaint I have is the waitress. She brought me the wrong drink two times when I wanted a refill, only made eye contact and talked to my husband, gave him his right drink every time, and she didn't even apologize for giving me the wrong drink. read more

Ordered the Big QP burger and it was EXCELLENT! I had the same burger 2 weeks before in central Arkansas ( Mountain Home) and is was excellent also. Wife has to eat gluten free. She had the bare bone in wings with a salad. No cross contamination. Give it a try!! read more

Food was mediocre. The Cajun pasta was just Alfredo with some "Cajun" seasoning on top.

Boy oh boy Chili's, where do I even start? When I walked in I knew my experience was gonna be heavenly. I adored the fishing channel being blasted over the Bears vs Packers! The sound of men handling their big pounders made me want to eviscerate my diving triple dipper so quick! Also, amazing cheese pull, 10/10 as always read more

We had a lovely meal at Chili's in Rossford, Ohio on August 10, 2024. We chose from the 3 for Me menu. My husband had a cheeseburger, soup and fries and I had 3 chicken strips, fries and chips and salsa. The tortilla chips were WARM and fresh, the salsa excellent but not too spicy. Our server, Erin, was pleasant and helpful. We never needed anything and our drinks were never empty. We spoke with the manager, Ashley, as we departed, letting her know of our excellent experience. We highly recommend this location, and we will be back. read more

Jackie our server was fantastic! Hostess & runner (sorry didn't catch names) were also great. Burgers were done perfectly, fries were very good. Love the chips and salsa. Chips are thinner than average chips. I love them. We don't eat at Chili's often, but will surely be back. read more

Up until tonight, I thought that this chili's had great service. Now that I've had Josh as a waiter, I'm afraid to go again. I was eating with my cousin after hoco. He gave us our apitizers after our actual meal, never refilled our drinks, and when we said we were paying cash, he left and never came to get the cash. I had to get my father (who was sitting at a different table) to pay for us via card. Furthermore, it took a really long time for everything. I wouldn't judge too hard, but Josh spent a lot of time walking around aimlessly and talking to the people in the table next to us while we waited. I'm greatful that the apitizers were exempt from the bill, but I hope I never have Josh again. I hope no one ever has to deal with a waiter who just dillydallys the entire time like we did. read more

You know it's bad when you have to leave a yelp review bc you are that mad. I set my order pick up time for 4:45, wasn't ready until 5. The two ladies working the to-go counter completely ignored me and everyone else standing there for 10 minutes. The one older lady was extremely rude. By the way there was water dripping on me from the ceiling the entire time, it was disgusting. So yeah my order was 15 minutes late (even though I ordered it over an hour in advance) and to top it all off, I get home, and every single thing in both triple dippers is wrong. Wrong sauces, wrong items, wrong food all together. I genuinely have no idea how you can mess up an order THIS BADLY. Whoever made/packaged it must not have even read the order whatsoever. Literally never order from this chilis unless you enjoy experiences such as this one. read more

You really can't go wrong with Chili's, and this location is no exception. Every time my sister visits from Tennessee, this is always a "must" for us. Good food, great drinks (margaritas mainly) and good company. It all comes together at Chili's. read more

We waited over 20 minutes for the server to great us. Then she never offered to refill drinks just asked if we wanted boxes. The ribs were the most dry I've ever had. They tasted like they have been reheated for days before being served. There was more seasoning than meat on it. Completely unacceptable in service and food quality. read more

Food tasted great. Service was very poor would have to give it a negative star. We were sat immediately and our server came by and took our beverage order immediately. Someone else brought it out. Our server did come back to take our order until we put our menus down. We ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer and two chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla. A third person brought out our quesadilla with the ranch cups being empty and told us he would be back shortly with the ranch. A few minutes later he brought two small ramekins back. About 3/4 of the way through lunch our server came out with our appetizer, told her it was too late and we didn't want it. She said ok. Server or for that matter did anyone check back at our table to see if ever was ok. How do you tip a server for no service? Only reason to come back is because the food that we did receive was delicious. Restaurant was clean and inviting, upon leaving even the hostess did thank us for being their or come again. TIPS= to insure prompt service. Go figure. Could of used an extra portion of ranch, but.... read more

well the food took 40 minutes and the Fajita came on a plate not sizzling, very few vegtables, rice was hard and dry, the condiments were suppose to enough for several servings and only had a tablespoon of each so was difficult spreading on the 6 wraps. my friend had a Quesidillia that was suppose to have chicken on it and it hardly had anything in it and dry over cooked. said it had no flavor. I went to men's restroom and it was filthy. a kitchen worker was coming out of a stahl after a crap and didn't wash his hands before he left. I have eaten at several of their chains but this place is Awful! read more

If there was a 0 star option, this place would be it! Waited 20mins for our app, must have been so they could bring it out burnt! :) This the 3rd and final chance that we have given the Chilis in Rossford and silver-spoon-star-manager "Matt" cemented our resentment for this particular establishment. Don't go, you will not be satisfied. A great alternative would be Concado or Agave and Rye. For burgers and American options Fricker's. Do NOT go to "Matt's" Chili's here in rossford!!! After a short day of shopping in Rossford we decided to get lunch. They have a lunch special which was perfect. The Cajun Chicken was very delicious and would order it again. Had their chips and salsa with a side of queso for a appetizer, and it was really good. Only issue is that the restroom needed some improvement. It wasn't that clean, and it was very dark. read more

Went to the Fort Wayne, IN location for my son's birthday. We have had bad experiences lately at Chili's in the past few years but this is where he wanted to eat for his big day. So my family of 5 drove an hour to get to this location and it was not a good experience. The waitress was aloof and was not familiar with the menu. She was not attentive at all. My family ordered appetizers and burgers they were just ok..not great. I ordered a tex mex bowl with no chipotle seasoning. (I have ordered it this way before) The bowl arrived with all of the spice and the waitress walked away when I told her it was too spicy for me. They were out of 2 different beers my husband ordered so he ended up with something he didn't really want. We were halfway home when my husband informed me that the bill was $173.00 with a 20% tip! I looked at the receipt and we were charged for 2 meals that were not even ours! I called the restaurant and they assured me they would take the overcharge off our card. It's been 2 weeks now and they still have not refunded our money. I am done with Chili's. It used to be a great place to eat but not any more. We have given them multiple chances over the last few years and they have all been bad. Bad service and subpar food! read more

I would give zero stars, except our server was good. Food was so-so, and we waited almost an hour for it. In person customers, who dine in, will be put in a queue with all the DoorDash and other carryout orders. This means you get no preference for showing up. Screwed up system. read more

We went here to eat twice within the last couple of weeks. The first time was after a haunted house and we wanted to grab some drinks and apps. The margarita was good and a descent serving size. The apps that we got were ok as well. The wings we got were their hottest option. . .they had absolutely zero kick to them but still tasted ok. The second time was the other night when we decided to get a bite to eat rather than cook. I got the salmon. it was. . .ok. . the sauce was a bit too heavy and masked the salmon flavor too much and the broccoli was so heavily salted that I had to ask for another place. My husband got a burger. . to which he said was not bad flavor but a bit dry. . The winner of this meal though was the app. We got the southwest eggrolls and they were awesome. We also had a good server named Kelly. He was attentive and got me the broccoli replacement pretty quickly. read more

I think this was the first time I've ever ran into an IHOP that wasn't open 24/7. We had a five-hour drive from Cheboygan to Perrysburg and yes, I WAS HANGRY. Hungry because I that chicken wrap I had for lunch did nothing and angry because one of the tires on the rental was losing air. Ugh! IHOP, you failed us. Just wanted some damn pancakes. There was a Chili's in eyesight and I had to make a decision. If you've read my reviews, I'm not a popular chain kind of person. No Chili's, Ruby Tuesdays, Applebees, but I have no choice when I'm on the road. Like I said, HANGRY and nowhere near picky at the time. Walked in and we were seated in no time because there wasn't much going on. Our server was nice, but she seemed a little tired. Every time we asked her a question, it took her a few seconds to realize what we had said. Poor thing. T_T She was sweet enough, though. I don't know if everything tasted okay because it was late and we were hungry, but it had to have been something. I got some steak with broccoli and southwest mac and cheese. I about gagged when I put the mac and cheese in my mouth. Very very bland. Not southwest at all... But then I drowned it in hot sauce and made it much better. I ended up eating the whole thing. As for the broccoli - it was overcooked. It was mushy and fell apart when I pressed my fork to it. Ate it anyway. The steak was pretty dang good, though. Cooked medium, just the way I liked it, and it came with a garlic glaze on top of it. Mmm~ Didn't need no A1, no nothing. Hell, you know something's good when you try it the next day and the smell is so inviting, even when it's cold. It wasn't the best, but it calmed our tummies. read more

I gave this chilis 3 different occasions to prove itself as an OK restaurant to eat at and this last visit today was far below my expectations of what a chilis should operate as. To start, we waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer of nachos only for them to come out as burnt and a portion of 10 chips. Next, the beer of one of our guests had a gnat in it which is just unappetizing itself. Everyone at the table ordered burgers. 3 out of the 4 burgers came out so thin, burnt, and unappetizing. If I wanted a thin sheet of beef with some white bread I would not have went to chilis. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The manager was unhelpful and had an attitude when we asked for our meals to be compensated. The beef for the 'patty' was charred, thin and full out holes, not at all what you expect when ordering from chilis. The bun of the burger was so caked full of mayo and mustard that the bottom bun had become so soggy that it too had holes in it. The fry portion was less than what I would expect to receive in happy meal. Save yourself the mental load, time and money and avoid dining at this chilis. read more

It's what you should expect from a Chilis. It's not a bad place to grab a bite and it's not a bad atmosphere. The staff at this location is very attentive and hospitable. The food is ok. The price is reasonable. It's bar food for the most part and good beers on draft. The three star review is simply because it's ok, not because it's bad. I'll come back here when I'm back in town. read more
