If I could rank 0 stars I would. Go online to order curbside pickup this morning for 6:15 pm pickup. Get an email at 6:00 pm telling me my order may not have went through to call the restaurant. So I call 10 times and the line is busy. So I have to go to the restaurant. Text "Here" as the text told me to earlier and the confirmation email I received earlier in the day. It said no order call restaurant. I finally get through in the parking lot and the guy unapologetically says I don't have an order pending. Absolutely pathetic. Lost my business and word of mouth business I will pass along. read more

Dropped in with some family members. We got some free chips and salsa thanks to my sister's 4-square account, which were good. Salsa seemed better than usual though it's still not my favorite. For my entree, this time, I tried the Caribbean salad. I love the dried cherries and the chicken, but removed the peppers. My sister got a burger and my mother the pulled pork, all of which they said was good. I was especially impressed by the large, juicy-looking burger, which I had not ordered in years after a particularly bad experience some long time ago. Service was adequate- polite, efficient. The place was clean, and despite the large number of guests, we were able to get a seat within moments of arrival. We also did split a red velvet cake for dessert, and it was just as good as the first time. My sister is now a fan as well. read more

I make my living traveling. As a road warrior, I eat out alone a lot. I picked Chili's because it was close to my hotel, and it has a bar area to sit in. I came mostly for a beer and a snack. The bar was not really busy, only about 5 people, but service was kinda slow. The bartender was very friendly, and there was 6 beers on tap. I ordered queso dip with chips and salsa. The dip looked like it had been sitting all day when it arrived, but was pretty tasty. I did not have much to eat here, and I sat in the bar, but overall it was not bad experience. read more

This place is excellent, I am from Lexington Kentucky and I used to eat at Chili's pretty often up until a couple of years ago when I felt their quality went way down, I even recently ate at one in Lexington about a week ago and it was still awful, now we are here in Ohio for a competition and the only place that had a standing wait was the chili's so we decided to try it and it did not disappoint not only did we have excellent service but the food was excellent too, the management seems to pay a lot of attention to detail and seems to care about what they send out and what they expect from their staff, best chili's I've eaten at in years, awesome!!!!!!!!! read more

Honestly I wish I could give it 4 and a half stars. This is a very good restaurant. The flavour is an easy 9 out of ten. The cleanliness is about a ten of ten. Can't forget the freshness of ingredients which is an 8. That table side guacamole is FRESH but the pizza is BAD! And the variety is another ten out of ten. From fresh tex-mex, to juicy burgers, and ribs. My normal line up here is the table side guacamole blackberry iced tea and then a bowl of chicken enchilada soup. read more

Chili's has always been a favorite restaurant of mine, but tonight my expectations were exceeded. We stopped in for dinner and there was a crowd at the door. That's to be expected on a Friday night during the holiday season. We were seated quickly enough and our server Caitlin greeted us right away. She is amazing! Friendly and fast service in spite of the restaurant being packed. She never skipped a beat. Our drinks were refilled promptly and she was very attentive. I ordered supper for delivery Thursday night, I paid for a Caesar salad and got lettuce and Croutons and runny ranch in the smallest container they had, now what kind of Caesar salad is that? Had to update the prior review as the quality of service received tonight was about as bad as I've seen anywhere. From hostess being put off for requesting a table away from the kitchen noise, we then had a waiter who was short with us and rude. The manager's attention was drawn to a big hair in our dessert and it was taken off the bill without much apology. Not a single staff member made us feel welcome. Hopefully this was just a bad night for the location, but we will take a break from coming here. read more

I eat lunch at this location about 3-4 times a week. It is without exception always a great experience. Food is hot and good, service is excellent. Go early for lunch because it can get crowded. They have a great lunch menu, and 2.49 for small mini molten. Burgers are the best in the area, in my opinion. read more

My co worker and I came here for dinner last night after arriving to Perrysburg from Chicago. We had about a 15 minute wait on a Monday night, which we thought was weird. The service we received was good. Our waiter was nice. This is the basic franchise Chili's. We had a free chips and salsa after checking into FourSquare. I had the boneless buffalo chicken salad which was good. I asked for dressing on the side. I enjoyed it. My co worker had their 6oz steak with mashed potatoes and garlic bread. Went here on a Saturday evening with my family. Even though it was about 6:30 - 7 PM and the restaurant was decently busy, we were seated immediately, which is always a plus. Our server was friendly enough, and didn't bother us too much. I ordered a smoked turkey breast sandwich with some tortilla soup, and it was quite delicious. Called ahead and they accepted our reservation. We arrived 10min after I called and they seated us right away. April our server was very observant, efficient and tentative. The food was great! She kept our glasses full. The chicken tacos were delicious. They even put all the sauces on the side like I asked. I also saw the manager helping out the wait staff and keeping busy. I usually always have a really good experience at this location but yesterdays visit was not up to par. I had to send my food back twice. The first time it was completely wrong and when it came back it was so undercooked that the breading was mush so I had to send it back again. I found this more upsetting than usual because I have to take insulin when I sit down to eat and when I sent the food back twice by the time I had received it, I was feeling very unwell. I hope to come back again and not experience this. Our waitress was very nice but very forgetful and we had to keep asking for basic items, like straws and napkins and our silverware. Although I love piss-poor service and an indifferent waitstaff; I have to give them minimal credit as they're trying to atone for their mistakes after a meanly written complaint letter made its way to their corporate website. During my last visit, during finals week mind you, and yes, I'm in college... still. I went to the restaurant around 3:45, was seated quickly, not served, and promptly left around 4:15 without acknowledgement from Chili's 5-star waitstaff. The waitstaff is more concerned with filling up the school of trucker's 13th glass of diet cola and making sure their chips are filled than taking another order. Moreover, the valley girl at the wait-station was more concerned with checking into Foursquare and snapping 'selfies' with a standard caption of: "YOLO." Staff is more concerned with their own tables, very poor teamwork. Food is auctioned off by the server delivering it, even when it's YOUR server. Ordered an appetizer as an entree and it was delivered 15 min BEFORE the actual dinners showed up. Either poor expediting in the kitchen or the server didn't place the order correctly. Overall POOR experience, the server was the reason they get an extra star, and try as I might I have given this specific location more than one chance, I will NOT be back here again: third strike. read more

Pretty good food for a chain. We got there pretty late, like around 9:30 PM, and even then service was pretty good and we had a good time at dinner. I'm giving it 3 stars based on past visits NOT our most recent visit. We usually sit at the bar or in the bar area. The service is generally decent as is the food. Last night we were seated right away in the dining area (not the bar) and the hostess explained how the Ziosk works. She left and we waited 15 mins and never had a server come to take our drink order. The restaurant wasn't busy. We finally just left. Ate here with my wife...I cannot possibly explain how wonderful the experience was. Just know that the food came out fast hot and delicious. I could not believe how quickly we were seated and had our food. Server was wonderful and got 30% just for helping give us the perfect experience. Other places should take note.
