I had the 3 for $10.99 meal tonight. I got a bacon burger and chicken tortilla soup. We also got chips and queso.. the first time the queso came out it was cold, not even luke warm, just cold. Our server was super sweet and quickly replaced it with a hot one. Our soups came out and they were all great. My daughter and I both had the bacon burger and hers was over cooked and mine was way undercooked. Our server had gone on a break so when the bartender came to check on us about 10 min later I told her my burger was too undercooked and I couldn't eat it. She offered a new meal or a free dessert but we weren't hungry anymore and they took my meal off my bill. I would give the service 5 stars but the food was about 2-3 so I rounded up. read more

I don't think you can ever go wrong with Chili's. I find it a great place to bring the whole family, or for a quick happy hour. If you sign up for their club card, you get FREE chips and salsa, and they always email coupons for FREE dessert or appetizer. Every month they offer a different $5 margarita. My go to item here is definitely their fajita's. What's great is that they have a dinner for 2 for $25, which includes appetizer, dessert and 10 meal items you can choose from, including the chicken fajitas. I always forget just how great their 2 for $25 deal is! And since the last time I have been there, it must have been updated because I actually liked my options for the entree. Chili's is always a great choice to go with friends whenever you can't really decide what to eat. The prices are affordable and their menu selection is not too big where it overwhelms you. They also have awesome deals! One of my friends got the express lunch special for $8 you can get unlimited soup and salads and chips. You can also mix up the soups from the selections they offer. My other friend got the 3 for $10 where a drink, appetizer and entree was all included. I ended up doing the 2 for $25 and upgraded to the Molten chocolate cake for an extra $2. Last night 08/17/23 I took my family out to dinner and then food was good , the server was great and very attentive . We got seated right away and the table was the perfect size for our party. But this when we arrived home my daughter got sick and started throwing up all that she had eaten and this morning the same with my son. Not sure whether it was their food they ordered or the queso cheese we ordered with our chips . Everything tasted fine but didn't sit . Service is good, the bar area is not often busy. Usually parking out front. My favorite dish is the BBQ Combo, plenty to take home. I would not order the Margherita Chicken again. The chicken seems microwaved with 2 seconds of grill marks. Also they put the rice over the beans and the tortilla crunchies on top if that then they add the chicken on top making it impossible to enjoy the flavors independent if each other and the crunchies soggy. Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time there was a kid in college that wanted to eat out but didn't have much money. Not knowing what to do the kid enlisted his friend for help and the pair went to Chili's for the 2 for 20 (at the time that's all it would cost). Wow, 2 full meals and more for 20, that's fair deal. Well that's a good deal for college kids with low standards. The two enjoyed Chili's for what it was, where it was in their lives. Years later, the kids have grown up. One invites the other out to eat. He suggests Chili's, and having not been for 4 maybe 5 years the other agrees. Times have changed and while they used to be poor college kids, now they each have more to spend on dinner. In terms of Chili's the 2for20 is now the 2for25, so they can now spend more money for less stuff. Thanks Chili's. This time in the year 2022 Chili's was not god. It wasn't bad, but it was sad. If you are in college you are allowed to go to Chili's, if not go somewhere else. Somewhere with better standards. There are tons of mom and pop restaurants, there are much better deals, and I guarantee there is better food around the corner. I want to give chili's a 2 star, but frankly that would be giving it a higher rating because of nostalgia. I'll settle on 5/30 for my rating. 1/10 appetizer 2/10 entree 1/10 dessert +1 for decent value You have to be open to new things in life. You can't just stick to the same old stuff that was good in the past. Change is a very important, exciting part of life. Chili's is cheap, chili's is stuck in the old ways and refusing to evolve. Chili's is safe, chili's is the favorite restaurant of children and immature folks that haven't experienced true culinary masterpieces. Chili's is sad, chili's is being scared to take the leap and find a truly amazing spot to eat. Chili's is not worth it. Chili's can only win on value, I won't be back. There wasn't any wait time at all, and our server was very nice and attentive. He would give us refills whenever our drinks got empty. Where I sat was very nice and I could hear my mom because the music and talking wasn't that loud. I asked for a medium rare sirloin and when I got it, it was well done. I really hate the texture of well done steaks and I didn't want to be rude but I asked and they remade it so well and they were very kind about it. I've always love Chili's. I know it's not cool to love a chain, but as someone who grew up a Military brat with no home town, home state, or home anything...I find a lot of nostalgia when I visit Chili's as it reminds me of my childhood and early adulthood where I'd eat way-too-frequently for about a decade. I'm a sucker for their original chicken crispers. When I have a hankering for them, Chili's never lets me down. So you know, Chili's is Chili's...that might be what people hate about it, it might be what people love about it. In my case it's love. There's no surprises, don't expect anything new on the menu, I'm sure it's been the same since 1994....at least as far as I can recall. Their 2 for $22 dinner is a fantastic deal, as I can barely catch lunch for myself anywhere for under $14 dollars, It's nice to have two full sized entrees and an appetizer to split. Plenty of food. This particular Chili's has always done well for me. I'm always seated right away. Food comes quick, hot, and always made to order. Though, it's pretty hard to mess up Tex-Mex. The servers are great. I enjoy sitting in the bar area. Ladies, they have tall, handsome waiters who are kind and funny. I'll admit their handsomeness does draw me in. My husband and I joke that their servers in the bar area on Saturday nights must be what's comparable to a ladies version of Hooters....except you know, fully clothed and what not. We ate here last night and my husband left his phone/wallet there. Didn't realize it until about 18 hours later. We returned and they had it waiting right at the hostess podium. We would give 5 stars to our server, KEVIN, he was excellent!! Unfortunately, due to government hand outs there is no incentive to work. Our waiter, Kevin, was running around trying to serve everyone last night July 13th, 2021. He was so friendly & upbeat even though he was one person waiting on so many tables. This young man deserves recognition or a raise! Clearly Chili's was low on staff as the wait time was fairly long. We only noticed one other server as the evening went on. . Our only complaint is that Chili's should bring back the old fajitas from years ago. They used to be a favorite. Some years ago something changed with the recipe & it's a miss. Got the free chips and salsa for being chili's reward members. Normally you cannot combine it with deals as 2 for $35 or the 3 for $10 or the bottomless soup and salad. However, I guess it doesn't apply to lunch deals as well. We ended up getting charged for it, even though we were told it applies for the lunch menu. Oh well. Since it's lunch time, they have lunch deals for $8 with a salad or soup and the entree. I got the fresco salad and honey chipotle boneless wings, which is the BEST sauce ever. I even get a side of it and dip chips in it. My man got the house salad and bacon chicken quesadilla, which is what he normally gets. He said it was quite a bit uncooked. I saw a blondish piece of hair stuck in the sauce of the wings, I took it off thinking it was mine since I have my hair dyed all blonde. Then...I saw another one which was black! And I do not have black hair, that's when I stopped eating my plate. Really gross, so I let my incredible waitress know. She apologized, offered more fries or anything to compensate, and took the meal out of our check, which was very nice of her. She also kept checking on us with a huge smile on her face. So, two thumbs up and 5/5 for customer service. Overall, this experience was decent. Great customer service, bad food quality, and some miscommunication. Overall our dining experience was good and bad.. We had a really nice server but she was very, very new and inexperienced. We were a rather large party and it was a hassle getting our orders taken as well as splitting the bill. It took over 35/40 minutes from the time she took our order and when the food arrived at the table. By the time the food finally came, majority of us were no longer hungry. The food was decent. I wouldn't order it again because it lacked flavor and/or seasoning. This was a consensus from the entire group and we all ordered similar things. I don't like being bullied and I got to admit their was quite a bit of "pushing around" at this supposed establishment for the hungry. Like if a hungry person coming in let's say with a few of his wife's friends. Let's also postulate one has a newborn baby... all is well, your wife and her female friends are enjoying their meal and you try and have a nice dinner at the bar, because sitting with your lady and her friends is kind of a code violation. Real men separate themselves and let the ladies have 'lady time' a valuable key complement to happy marriages. Let's just say (for giggles) the lady with a baby leaves the baby at the bar with you, you'll get run out of there so quick that I hesitate to call this a "family restaurant" . It makes me dizzy to think about my 30 dollar dinner being shoved into a cheap styrofoam box (minus the sour cream cheese and salsa) thanks jerk. Plus I'm really upset that the beer I was drinking wasn't left to be finished, he just threw it away. The baby wasn't even mine and the way he was using my "supposed maternal love" to run me out of the bar makes me pretty positive I WILL NEVER RETURN how anyone could take advantage of that situation I such a shady "I hate children" attitude without even asking me if I could simply give the child back to its mom. Instead running me out of the bar has got to be one of the most epic failures in service I've received to date. I keep forgetting to check in when I go here. We try really hard to eat local, but with the pandemic, and having to make reservations, Chilis has been an easy spot as of recently. They have a killer deal for 2 people. 2 for $25. You have a limited menu to choose from, but the options are great. Split an appetizer, unless you each get 2 side salads. You each chose an entrée. We always go with Chicken Fajitas. And then you split a desert. To say that we are full at the end in an understatement. The service is always great, we love to chat with a few of the bar tenders, and the food is always tasty. Good times! read more

First off i really feel bad for this chilis it never seems to have many people there, i have always enjoyed my experience at chili's over the years but i haven't been to this location in years. Sunday my whole family went the waited was great really nice guy this review is for the horrible food and bad management. First off the chips were so undercooked they were chewy, we didn't send them back we just ate around the truly awful ones, which were about half the basket. Then our food came i got a chicken sandwich, i ate half the sandwich which was insanely salty and had the thickest breading ever well i went to pull a chunk of the breading off, cause it was just so much and two longgggg black haired held the breading together!!! I instantly grabbed the waiter and showed him it was attached to two parts of the breading he kept apologizing and went to the manager. The manager never came out to talk to us or apologize and the waiter said the manager took off a portion of your bill. My sandwiches as $16 i never touched the fries and guess how much they took off i thought likely they would take off the sandwich but no the manager took off $6 That's all!! It was over a $60 bill still it wasn't like they were loosing the whole bill if they took off my sandwich. I'm incredibly disappointed with this place the food was awful the manager awful! I usually enjoy Chilis. Their lunch specials are fast, inexpensive, and fairly tasty. Why 1 star? Glad you asked. Well it stems from arriving at 1:30 on August August 9. I understand social distancing. I also understand why not all tables are open. What I don't understand is being told there are no tables available when there appear to be tables available in open sections (we had sat in one such empty table the week before). What I understand even less is taking my phone number (I repeated it twice) and being told there would be a 15 minute wait AND NEVER CALLING AT ALL. We ate lunch next door at El Pollo Loco, which cares much more about their customers than Chils does You want to lose a long time, well-tipping customer? Do what Chilis did and demonstrate you just don't give a damn about them. read more

I haven't been here in years - I came here with my boss and coworkers because her son's baseball team was doing a promotion where they would get 15% of the sales. We got seated right away had an extremely nice waitress who is very attentive and personable. While at the table I had looked up ( I like to see how clean - or unclean - light fixtures and items hung above are when I go to places) I found it interesting that the light fixtures were real colored glasses turned upside down on top of lightbulbs. Back to the food: I had ordered the Mango-Chile chicken which is a grilled chicken breast seasoned with 6-pepper blend, drizzled with spicy habanero mango glaze & topped with chopped mango, cilantro, house-made pico de gallo & fresh diced sliced avocado. Served with citrus-chile rice & steamed broccoli. (510 cal) I ordered the the glaze on the side as I like to be able to somewhat control the amount of extra heat in my meals. Unfortunately, I did not think to take a picture of it until I was done but I will say it was a very flavorful and very filling meal and for $10 it was well worth it. For dessert, the four of us ordered the molten chocolate cake which is chocolate cake with a melted chocolate center topped with vanilla ice cream & a thin chocolate shell. It was plenty for all of us and at 1150 cal, I am glad we shared! I do like the fact that their menu shows the calories for each of their items as part of the description so you don't have to go looking for for it. This helps make my meal choices easier. read more

I had trouble with the menu, so I placed my order online and called the restaurant to make sure they had it correct. I ordered the margarita chicken and wanted ONLY the chicken. I called and clarified that I was only interested in chicken. I got the food with Spanish rice and limes (not on the side). I also waited in the designated to-go spot for 5+ minutes without anyone coming out. I called the clerk and she asked me which spot I'm in, came out with no greeting and snatched my card and told me to have a good one. Not even sure why I tipped. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, no grilled chicken, they put the chicken on (sending it back isn't possible because kitchens hate that and these teenagers probably would have spit on it or worse, so o picked it off the cheese on the quesadilla was cold, they used the core part of the lettuce which is difficult to eat, the server slammed the broken order tablet on the table and wouldn't just take our order, stay away.
