This is the third time that I have gotten food poisoning from this place. I thought the first time was a fluke so I tried it again a few months later and it happened again. 11.13.23: Tonight I was craving some chicken strips and DoorDashed Chili's. I ordered the 4 piece Chicken Crispers Combo with the new white Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes as my sides. Everything was better than I expected so that's a plus. The chicken tenders were decent sized and actually crispy and not soggy or over fried and still juicy. As for my dipping sauces, I went with traditional ranch and the new sweet chili zing. If you're into Asian inspired sauces then give this one a try--it wasn't too spicy at all, if anything a bit on the salty side. The new white mac and cheese was pretty good and the loaded mashed potatoes hit the comfort food spot. My order was delivered about 5 minutes earlier than expected so no complaints there! read more

We stopped for a late lunch and sat at the bar to watch college football. The bartender was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Computer arrived quickly, and looked delicious. Drinks came quickly and were well prepared. And have to do a shout out for a restroom that probably was one of the best smelling restrooms in a restaurant I've been to. The classic nachos here are 2 die 4. Bro, the flavor hits you immediately upon touching the tongue. Perfect amount of spice, not too intense, just a little heat. Almost like they're pickled or something. Add a dollop of cool sour cream and it's a party in your mouth. Every appetizer is can't miss. The service is always top nootch and very nishe. There's just something about Chili's that makes it one of my favorite chains. There's a lot of flavor and better ingredients than some places, and I love the value. The price you pay for what you get is actually worth it to me. The "3 for $10" is my favorite new thing right now. You can choose "a non-alcoholic beverage, then choose an appetizer and an entree from our 3 for $10 menu." Usually I get that, especially if I'm eating alone. However on this night I was with my boyfriend. So we actually decided to get the 2 for $25! Yet another great deal they have. It's the "Meal for two", and it includes a starter, two full sized entrees and a dessert. First, we got the fried pickles!! I LOVE fried pickles!!! And while I'm sure there's better versions... maybe something that includes an aioli... I live for these fried pickles!!! I eat them every time. We had lunch today at Chilis and we were seated at are table and our waitress came right by to take our drink order. Our drinks came quickly and we ordered the Three For Me. I ordered the Tortilla Soup and my husband ordered the chips and salsa. The soup was very good and the chips were lightly warm, my husband loves the chips because they are so light and crispy and warm. I literally downloaded yelp just to leave this negative review. My wife and I are moving cross country and after a 10 hour day on the road we decided to door dash chilis to our bnb. Started out by with the driver almost giving our food to the neighbor (I know that's not the restaurants fault but that was just the start of the horrible experience) Then we realize they forgot my wife's 6 dollar lemonade. We both ordered the triple dippers with various Nashville hot items, and upon opening the box realized that they had poured the sauce not just on the Nashville hot items, or battered the items in the sauce, but all over the entire box of food, all over the sliders and southwest egg rolls as well. The sliders shown were individual sliders but when they arrived they were still stuck together as if you had just bought some White Castle burgers from the frozen aisle. The southwest egg rolls were goopy and smashed (it literally looked like someone had smashed them.) Also I had ordered avocado ranch with the egg rolls and they forgot that as well. Overall this was literally the worst chilis food I have ever had in my life, and I grew up with it being one of my favorite restaurants. Stopped into our local Chili's on a recommendation from my partner because it's in the neighborhood. It's been years since I've been to a Chili's and I've noticed some varying reviews for this location. I arrived and was seated immediately. I did wait a few minutes for a server but I understand that places are experiencing work shortages, so I was okay with the wait, especially having been a server myself. When my server greeted me, I asked for a few recommendations and he gave me some to try. I ended up ordering the just bacon burger and a strawberry lemonade. The food came out very quickly and looked delicious. The burger itself was a bit bland but with the bacon and toppings, was overall delicious. He did come back to check on me a few times and helped me put in a to-go order. The food was extremely well priced for what you get and pretty tasty. I understand people's complaints about wait times but having been a server myself and knowing the times we are in, please be patient with your servers. Well. It's a chilis for sure. My mom loves chain restaurants like this. So we went in yesterday. The food is great for the money - really all of the food was very good. Tried and true if you will. The restaurant was severely understaffed, and the staff that was there seemed very "over it". The only person that was super responsive was who appeared to be the manager. Very kind - sort of rockabilly looking guy. He was running - doing 5 jobs while everyone else was kind of slumping around. Pretty frustrating as someone with a lot of restaurant experience. The last thing I want when I am trying to dine out is the urge to get up and help. Again food is very good and reasonably priced and he was wonderful. I like Chillis. But this one feels a little less comfortable and the staff is a little less polished than the other one in town. The food was the same as it should be which is good. Typical Chillis fare. The staff needs a bit of training here. It's really bad to bring three of the six entrees and leave the other three people to sit and wait for 3-5 minutes while others enjoy their food. That's why someone invented the salamander. So food could stay warm while the entire order was put together. All in all a slightly below average trip to Chillis. I think i'll stick with the other location in the future. read more
