I haven't been to chilis in a bit but this experience was fantastic! There was no wait yet the whole restaurant was packed for a Friday night. We started with chips and salsa which with a rewards acct are complimentary. Then I ordered a blue moon draft which was great to go along with it! For food I ordered the triple dipper. It always throws me off how big the portions are. Like I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing on my own so I took some to go for later. The service was top notch and I really thought the waitstaff were so friendly that makes you want to come back again soon for sure. This is a great chilis and I def recommend stopping but this one! read more

Cheap drinks, chips & salsa = great vibes every time! Very sad the triple dipper went up in price AGAIN, now it's $17.99. Still very tasty tho I love their monthly margs as well! $6 for a sweet drink is right up my alley & I have been obsessed with their recent flavors!! Food is great. The wait times are bit long for pick ups but overall this is my favorite location.

Took my family here for Sunday Night Dinner after seeing their 3-For-Me special. The restaurant was busy and lively, lots of seating and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit. Service was excellent, the staff and manager/owner were super attentive and brought out the food quickly. 5 out of 5 for value and excellent customer service. Will be back! read more

Chili's on University Drive was my definite go to with my daughter and my boyfriend. I lived near here for years when I had my house in Broward County. I know I did a review but I see it's been removed! I've tried Chili's here but it's just not the same neighborhood Chili's that I enjoyed. It's more of a tourist destination in Times Square. If you're in Florida visit Chili's and get the salad bar! read more

Chili's is underrated in my opinion! It always hits the spot. I love their quesadilla explosion salad. I get it with the honey chipotle chicken crispers. I had a casa amigos watermelon margarita and it was just okay. I've had better margs elsewhere. Our server was very sweet and attentive, checking on us regularly even after it got busy. Chilis has more of a loud ambiance but not too loud. They play sporting events on the tvs and it's definitely a place you can go with kids and have a decent meal. read more

This location is pretty good! I usually order takeout from here from their 3 for me menu, which offers myself more than enough food. The orders usually take 20 minutes or so. Delivery also is about the same duration. Though have had a couple hiccups on missing drinks when doing Delivery and despite informing them and being told I'd get a credit for the drinks that would come in the next few days but never received that. By the time I realized it was too far past when I first called, so just be mindful if you ever do delivery from here. The food isn't that bad and is extremely filling with everything you get. Still my spot to go when I'm not in the mood to cook! read more

The area was clean, the lighting is warm service is very quick, with hot tasty food. The employees are also nice and pleasant.

This place is always good and always has good deals and a good vibe . Always a good time .

I am beyond upset with the service we received from Emily at Chili's in Plantation. From the moment we were seated, she was completely non-attentive and shockingly rude in the way she spoke to us. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. She barely checked on our table, and when she did, her tone was dismissive and unfriendly. Our food didn't even come out as we ordered it, but honestly, because she was so rude and so slow the entire time, we didn't even want to deal with asking her to fix it. That's how uncomfortable she made the experience. Dining out is supposed to be enjoyable, and this was the exact opposite. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unbelievable. We will NEVER go back to this location. In fact, I made an entire Yelp account just to make sure corporate is aware of how absolutely AWFUL she is. Management seriously needs to address this, because no customer should ever feel the way we did tonight. Completely unacceptable. read more

During a Mommy/Daughter movie & lunch date, I brought my daughter to Chili's, her favorite spot. We arrived around 2pm and it wasn't packed at all, but it took a few minutes (maybe 3) to be acknowledge and seated. I actually saw a bartender look at me a couple of times and get (who I assumed was) the Manager's attention so that I could be seated. To be fair, I did also see, whi ended up being my waitress, look at me waiting but she was with another table at the time. Once seated,e everything was fine. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. read more

I haven't been to a Chilies in 9 years, but today I had the urge for their southwestern egg rolls and after one bite, I remembered why I haven't been back in 9 years. Talk about awful. The food is stale and salty, and there's a cloying salty aftertaste that's chemical, yucky. Bleh! So bummed and disappointed. The food is overcooked, over salted, should have gone to Publix instead. My arteries are hardening and blood pressure sky rocketing as I right this. And the Southwest egg rolls used to be a major highlight. So sad! It's terrible how the company has allowed/encouraged the food's depreciation. Anyway, gotta go vomit now... $90 down the toilet The rest of the food in the photos is going in the trash (hope no rats get into it). We've all had our taste and all agreed, it's awful. read more

Went here for dinner on Friday night and had to sit at the bar due to a long wait time otherwise. Went to order the 2 for 1 and the bartender informed us that they changed their happy hour menu and it is now from 3-6pm with $3 beers and after that it's full price. Did the 3 for me for $10.99 and the old timer burger was delicious! Recommend if looking for a quick place to grab a bite. read more

My favorite chili's location! The service here is amazing! We always get seated and attended to instantly. We received our drinks and appetizers so fast. The food was good and came out hot. I enjoyed the chicken crispers a lot, I do recommend them! My family and I always go to this chain and they are fairly consistent in all aspects. Our waiter Nyla was super nice and checked in on us often. The manager Winnie stopped by and greeted us and was super nice! read more

Let me start with the highlight of the visit: our waitress, Tara, was phenomenal. Attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind -- she's the reason this review isn't lower. Five-star service without question. Now, Chili's is my daughter's favorite, so we're regulars. I usually stick with my go-to: the eggrolls and the quesadilla salad. It's a reliable combo that I've enjoyed for years. This visit, however, was... off. When the salad arrived, something didn't seem right. At first glance it was hard to tell, but thankfully I noticed before pouring on the dressing -- they had served me honey mustard instead of the standard dressing. No big deal, mistakes happen. While waiting for that to be corrected, I took a bite of my cheese quesadilla, which was unfortunately cold, soggy, and overloaded with cheese. I asked Tara (bless her) if that could be fixed too when she came back with the correct dressing. As for the salad... where was the salad part? It was just a mound of cheese with some lettuce hidden underneath. I normally devour every bite, but this time I found myself picking through the cheese trying to salvage something edible. I let Tara know -- not to complain, but just so it could be improved for future guests. What happened next really soured the experience. A gentleman (manager, maybe?) came over to "address" the issue. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, he basically lectured me about how the salad is made "to spec" and maybe next time I should order the cheese on the side. Mind you, I've been eating this salad for 20 years -- I know what it's supposed to be. His tone was condescending, and frankly, he smelled bad, which made the interaction even more unpleasant. The attitude matched the stench. All in all, I'll probably be back because my daughter loves it, but this visit was disappointing -- saved only by Tara's excellent service. Management might want to work on how they handle guest feedback -- especially from loyal, long-time customers. Also - my daughter was happy, everything came out to order for her. read more

Always love Chili's and the food. I've been coming since before I had two cool kids. I say cool because they now love Chili's just as much as me. I haven't been to this Chili's location (Plantation, FL) in a while, and I won't be coming back. Although the establishment was clean, the service was sub-par and the quality of food has fallen below average in comparison to where it used to be. This location used to be a primary training location, if it still is, there needs to be more re-training. I'm very disappointed as this location used to be a great location. read more

New managers - the winny lady and Jim are constantly arguing with each other + all the time - then they project there frustration on the poor servers and bartender that are actually the ones making the guest happy - If these 2 managers can't get along how the hell can they help and manage a regular staff - I noticed they blame there staff for there short sideness - the bartender has a hard job and so does the servers I NEVER HEARD ONE OF THEM SAY GOOD JOB TEAM ! I FO THERE 3 SAYS A WEEK WEEKENDSNIGHTS - SAME THING ALL THE TIME - Only Chris - Jon , Glenn and a few young servers keep that place going and they get NO constructive criticism - it's all a blame game - these managers don't realize if something goes wrong it's there restaurant and there responsibilities - read more

This is a chain restaurant, so you know the menu and you know the setting. This was a very well kept and clean establishment. We enjoyed the over all orderly manner of which the restaurant was kept. Your average Chili's here and honestly if it were not for the waitress we had, this review would probably be lower. The food is decent, you are for sure getting what you pay for but I think if you want a quick meal you can pop into this location anytime because it always seems to be empty. When I got here with my friend, we made our way to a booth near the bar and were greeted very quickly by our waitress. I decided to just grab a beer and some chips and queso for my visit and my friend ordered the chicken tender meal. The food all came out very hot and really quick so that made me happy. The chips with the queso was okay, they are too thin here and I think I won't get them again. Some chips also were so overly salty that it was inedible and I needed to get new chips to enjoy my queso with. The drinks are always good but to me they never seem to be strong enough but like I said, you get what you pay for, if you are buying lower priced mixed drinks you wont get that much of a kick for the price. The waitress was attentive and friendly and even brought me an extra bag of chips to take home when I needed a container for the leftover queso that I had because I could not finish it in one sitting. read more

First of all, I ordered the surf & turf sirloin 10oz Medium term and they brought me a medium well/well done cooked steak. On the menu was advised that it came with a dozen shrimps (12) and they brought like 4-5 shrimps that were cold, and they looked like someone's leftovers. For a plate that cost $30 it should be better. Also, my boyfriend ordered the fajita trio that comes with black beans but apparently they forgot to add the beans. Really bad experience. read more

3.11.25 I went this week. Unfortunately, I have to give a not good rating instead of a could've been better rating due to 1.Dirty silverware. Then when replaced with the new silverware, I asked for a cup of hot water. 2. She gives me a cup of warm water that had white particle floating in it. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. However, (3.) she spoke really fast and I couldn't get everything out to her at once because she'd already moved on to what her next table is, the food could've been better beans wasted over my . It's just too much. The fajitas are sticking together. All in all Chili's used to really good service food was on point. They have really gone down and it's unfortunate because I liked this place but I'm going to choose to go somewhere else. read more

It rained the entire time we were there (and Florida gator gushers can be pretty substantial). While we were eating our meal, I watched as the restaurant manager, Winnie (?), walked literally dozens of people to their cars, protecting them from the pouring rain with her umbrella. She got soaked in the process, of course, but she kept on doing it. This was above-and-beyond service that I've never seen at a restaurant before, and that sort of attitude is why I'll go back to Chili's Plantation again and again! read more
