The service we received from Kathy was amazing! Me and my dad just stopped in for lunch and she was super attentive, quick with food and drinks and always made sure we were well stocked with chips salsa and other side stuff!! read more

I was craving a Quesadilla Explosion salad, so I talked my husband into lunch at Chili's. We started off with chips and salsa which weren't as good as they used to be, chips were kind of stale. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos which were good but the sides looked nasty. I had the salad, which is my favorite item at Chili's, and the salad mix was wilty and looked like it sat under the lights for awhile. The chicken and quesadilla quarters were ok so I ate that and left most of the salad. What has happened to Chili's? They used to have great burgers and fries, but not anymore. We were in the restaurant about 4:00 and there were about 5 other tables and they had no clean knives, so all we had for utensils was a fork. Lame! But, it's the end of the month and managers don't want to break out new knives because it will go against their bonus. read more

If i could give this place 0 starts I WOULD! My bread almost chipped my tooth. It was rock hard and un-edible. I would rather be homeless and starving then have to eat here again! They did not give my group any forks OR napkins. So rude terrible service! read more

Had the new Alex SouthWest burger! EXCELLENT new addition to the menu. More importantly; and the reason for this review... I accidentally left my passport at the bar. I received a call from my mom across town saying the manager Syed found my passport and then found her number. This is going above and beyond for your customers. I realize he has other things to do than be responsible for my belongings. Shows great pride in work ethic and world class service. Syed, thank you sir! I appreciate your professionalism and care for the customer. I will be your new biggest customer! Keep that alex burger on the menu and I'll see you soon! Thanks again to the entire team. You have a great leader and I hope you all know it! Jarrett S. read more

I almost didn't leave a review because it was so bad. I wanted to calm down. This chilis is terrible. We sat down, waited 10 minutes for our waiter. Ordered two beers. 15mins later our beers arrived. Ordered chips and salsa. Reminded the waiter twice about them. That beer was the 1st and final drink of the night. Waiter wasnt around much and never got us another beer. I ordered a chili burger. When it arrived it was overcooked and had no chili on it. I didnt send it back because a:I couldn't find the waiter and b: it took 40mins to get it. My wife's pasta arrived cold, but she ate it anyways. We wont be returning. And do me a favor chilis, dont reply with some automated "sorry, we will try to be better" Get corporate in there and make it better Just as I predicted, a generic response from chilis. They read nothing I wrote. We didnt wait to be seated, we waited for drinks and food read more

I ordered a large dinner and picked it up to-go consisting of a few burgers, appetizers of boneless wings and one chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Everything was great and packaged perfectly just as if we were in the restaurant. Portion sizes were also the same as if you were dining in. My only comment was on the quesadilla. It seemed as it was made very sloppy and was mostly tortilla and barely any cheese, chicken or bacon. I wouldn't recommend ordering it , but overall it was a great place to order from and I will definitely be doing it again. read more

This restaurant is ridiculous, they can't even get an order right. I called in to speak with a manager, was placed on hold and then hung up on. We got a half complete order. I don't understand how hard it is to read the receipt, grab the correct food, put the food in the bag, and hand it to the driver. One star is even too much for this restaurant read more

Have frequented many Chili's for years, I love their Oldtimer with Cheese. However, my wife and I went into the Chilis in Parker this past Monday evening around 7PM. They weren't very busy and we were seated immediately. The table had been wiped off, but there was still bits of food remaining (fries, etc.). The floor under the table also had ample food bits. The unclean table made me uneasy. We waited for several minutes as wait staff passed us by, but they did wait on the table across from us. So without any service, the table was not cleaned off, we did not get a menu or were offered a drink. As time passed (and we weren't in a hurry), it is one of the very few times I suggested to my wife that we leave. Hint to their management - Service, Service, Service, Service!!! Living in Parker, we try to utilize Parker merchants. However we will certainly not be going back to that Chilis for years to come. Good News - None; Bad News - No service and dirty restaurant. you know I am a fan of Chili's, but I am not a fan of this location because after a certain time they start taking down shop. They don't work until they close. I ordered doordash at 9 p.m., tells me that it's a 30 to 35 minute delivery, and they close at 10 p.m., and they canceled the order at 9:20 p.m. not doordash, Chili's cancelled the order. This is no way to deliver customer service. You are in business to make money enter provide customers with a decent menu. Unfortunately, you've lost my business. read more

The restaurant understaffed and dirty we sat for 40 mins with no one coming to check on us. Very disappointing and frustrating. When you talk the staff they say they are understaffed and can only do much... if that is the case what they would let people in? The restaurant manager is no where to be found and is not caring about the brand or service ... I would have rated this place no star if I could... if you care about your clients you need to correct this. read more

This location just keeps getting worse the 2.5 rating is way to high for lack of commitment to the customer that happens here, missing items, salad has more bad pieces than good to eat and forgot the salad dressing and chicken was cold, if I could rate them a 0 I would but 1 is as low as it will take, called ahead order took 55 mins to be completed, never eating at a Chili's location again read more

It had been a good 10 years since I stepped foot inside a Chilis/Applebees/TGINasties and I don't know how I fell off the wagon the other day when I found myself here getting a To-Go order for a late lunch. I mean, C'mon Man! The bartender was friendly and fast, so there's a positive point there. It appears they remodeled in the last few months, but you can't remodel the fact that the food is the lowest quality they could possibly find and tastes horrible. Dear Self: I'm sorry, I'll never do that again. Only real food goes in the tummy. read more

Chili's gets a bad wrap & I never understood why. Until we ate at this one. We were new to Parker & needed a family friendly restaurant after the pumpkin patch. Chili's was close so we stopped in. Ew. The menus were filthy, food and drink splatters all over-that alone was enough to make me nauseous. We ordered drinks for our kids (10 & 6) and they arrived in large adult glasses, rather than kid cups with lids. When we asked for cups with lids, our waiter acted as though we were being high maintenance. The food wasn't good, the service was slow, and we won't be back. read more

My husband and I went and ate on the 30th of March in the evening. We normally like going to chili's and enjoy it but this night was not good. First of all we had two young girls seating behind us and all night long our waiter along with another waiter kept going over to the girls and hitting on them. Come on.... really I am trying to eat here! Our waiter finally took our order and when the food came my spinach dip was cold not hot like its suppose to be. The waiter also ask my husband and I if we wanted something else to drink. We both said yes and our waiter brought my drink and went to talk to to the girls again forgetting my husband's drink. He finally came around and said oh I was suppose to get you your drink huh? Frickin duh... come on, do your flippin job not flirt all night buddy. I hope Chili's gets there crap together because I won't be going back there for awhile. Dear lord, please don't let Chili's 30 year old waiters hit on my teenage daughter if she goes there. read more

We hit this restaurant at least a couple of times a month...my kids are always earning FREE Award meals at school, so it makes the bill easier. :-) I am addicted to the Queso and the Southwestern Egg Rolls at Chili's!! They are the best! However, the chips are too thin....especially for the queso with meat. The Parker location has great wait staff, but it's always too chilly in the place. Bring a sweater!! read more

Chain restaurant. Nuf said. BUT, I can't get away from their cheeseburgers (especially when I'm really craving one), fries and ranch dressing. And for dessert? Molton Chocolate cake - AMAZING. Although I don't really like chain restaurants my experience here today for lunch was really good. We where sat promptly and greated by our waitresses quickly. I ordered the chipotle chicken and waffles, let me tell you this was one of the most satisfying meals I have had in a long time. This was my first time eating chicken and waffles but man what have I been missing out on. We never ran out of drinks and we are getting use to paying on the machine (even though I don't like them at all) so we left quickly. I can't wait to have more chicken and waffles. Give em a try! read more

Food isn't the reason to come to this location. Asked for extra well cook on burger but it came out medium rare or as I would say, raw. 25 minutes before server asked how everything was, but mostly talked to my husband. I felt ignored! Definitely had to take burger home to cook because our party was on a short turn around. 1/2 star rating today. read more

Why can't the food or the service at Chili's be consistent? We went to the Parker Chili's with on a gift certificate we received for Christmas, and even with a free meal, we felt duped. read more

Don't where to start but here goes. The service was ok but, I feel the staff need training. I ordered fajitas, steak chicken, and shrimp. The taste was subpar and the shrimp looked nothing like it the shrimp that is displayed in the menu. The steak tasted like nothing, no flavor just warm meat. The chicken didn't get any better. Looked like the cook seasoned it wth Lawry's season salt on the way out to are table. The kids seemed to enjoy what they ate, but what do they know they are only kids eating a meal paid by Dad. Ordered corn tortillas for my tasteless fajitas but the waitress brought bus flour. When I informed her of the mistake she came back with raw corn tortillas. read more

Chili's is chili's- the margaritas are good- the chips and salsa are the best around!!! The food is processed and not too healthy but it's a step up from McDonalds. After being on a plane, all day, we were hoping for a hot meal. Disappointing is an understatement. My first stop was the rest room, which hadn't been checked/cleaned in a while. Got to the table, picked up our menus, and they were covered in food and grease. Only got worse: Our waiter was brand new and couldn't figure out the computer system. We ordered appetizers, which we never got. After 25 minutes we still had not gotten our meal. We decided to leave. We asked for the manager. He could of cared less. We told him all that had transpired. His response: "Yeah, he's new." I kind of figure after all these years, and hundreds of dollars spent at Chili's, A MANAGER would have a better response. Not going back! read more

Well, was so looking forward to a fresh Quesadilla Explosion and Presidente margarita. First off, little to no alcohol in margarita but then that's probably why it was a special for $5. Secondly, the salad was wilted and didn't have the usual balsamic dressing. More if a thousand island but not much flavor. I asked for a side of the balsamic and sure enough I was VERY different from the other stuff. The waitress insisted it had balsamic. Really? Rate I a 2 today. Not good. Oh, and did I mention the floor in the kitchen was dirty? Update to this review: the waitress talked to the manager and brought me a real Quesadilla Explosion with fresh greens, crisp crispy noodles, beans, corn, and --wait for it -- warm quesadillas! That's what I had expected the first time. She also brought the balsamic dressing and I was a happy camper. The manager didn't charge me for the salad. That was smart on his part. I may go back again but it will be awhile. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered online (for a family of 5) for take out and scheduled pick-up for an hour and a half later. Showed up at scheduled pick-up time and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes at curbside and another 20 minutes inside the restaurant after assuming they must have forgotten about my order. The two girls at the carry out register said there was one item in my order they were still waiting on but assured me everything else would still be hot. I should have known better given how long it was taking. Upon receiving my food 35 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I made the 5-minute drive home only to find that all of the food was cold. Not sure what item could have possibly held up the order, because none of it tasted remotely hot or fresh. read more

Second week in a row of ordering curbside takeout with was the order taking 30 minutes beyond the expected time. Always had to go inside to even get any help anyways. On the second occurrence on October 30, I spoke with the manager, and she had a little interest in hearing my concerns. She told me essentially tough luck and she was short staffed and did not even apologize or try to help mitigate the issue. We will not be using this location at all in the future. The lone tree location is leaps and bounds better, and we will drive the extra five minutes to go there in the future. read more

When we arrived it was busy and they said the wait would be longer than we actually waited so that was a great way to start off. Then when we sat down it all went down hill. The waitress didn't get our drinks for a good ten minutes. I understand she is busy and was running around, but I also know being a former waitress that the first thing you do is great your new table so they know they are being taken care of and not forgotten. When she finally took our order for our drinks we ordered our food as well. We waited a good amount of time for our food which didn't bother me too much because I could tell they were busy. Then I got my food and was so excited to eat, then was disappointed. I asked for an 8 oz. sirloin cooked at medium and when I cut into it, I found it to be rare. I was so disgusted and sent it back to ask them to cook it more. My friend was already done with his meal by the time I received mine back. I was complaining to my friend that I better get the meal for free because they messed up my order and so on. The waitress did get the manager who took off 1/2 my meal, which I think was nice but I also think it should have been more. Our waitress was a total dodo bird and didn't hear us the entire night. My friend asked for more lemonade twice and he never got it. It was hard for me to give her a good tip. I understand we all have those days where we just fuck up, but not over and over again. I was not pleased with this Chili's. read more

I know it's corporate food but I still enjoy Chili's every once in a while. The chips and salsa alone are worth the trip. It probably only gets a 4 star rating from me because of nostalgia (I ate there all the time in college and high school) but I do enjoy a lot of their food. The chicken enchilada soup is great for lunch. I also like the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. I haven't had a burger there in forever (there are better places to go for a burger). My wife also loves the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Service is usually pretty good too. Always fast and friendly. It's still a chain but I'm alright with that from time to time. read more

It was my son's turn to pick the restaurant and he loves the sliders. I hadn't been in here for years and thought, "okay." Football is on the TV's. We were seated right away...but seemed to wait forever for service. Then, like magic, we had one the best waitresses and service I have had in any restaurant for a long time...quick, friendly, knowledgeable. The beer and beverages...cold. The food...average. When I eat out, I want the "wow...wee" and it wasn't present. Oh, and "Happy Hour" all day every day...little beers seemed out of place. Will I go back...only when it is my son's turn to pick...or I may have to overrule his choice read more

Me and my mom decided to go to lunch and took 15mins for them to ask for drinks and different servers from everything I needed. None of the employees wear masks and They forgot to put knifes and straws in their brown bag not no problem but took a long time when we asked for knifes. We get the cheesecake and took them 30mins to bring it out and didn't pickup our plates to clear of the table for the next meal. She arrived with the cheesecake didn't get and strawberry drizzle on it and asked her if we can get more and gave us attitude and poured alot of the strawberry syrup in a bowl. We sat in the bar to watch basketball and have a quick dinner. The food was good and free chips and salsa were nice, but the service was so slow. Our server was nice, but we barely saw her and when she did she was always in a rush. It was a disappointing trip, but it was cheap and didn't taste bad so I didn't let it bother me. read more

Tried ordering TOGO because my neighbors were dining this evening. When I asked if I could use my credit card over the phone they said no. What a horrible policy! Unfortunately we did not even get to sit down. Quoted 15-30 and at 45 we were told it would be longer. Mind you, no one else was even waiting as they left long before we did. My point is there was not a long wait list. There were tables open and clearly issues in the back with food coming out timely. After the hostess asked the manager and we were told it would be longer we left. Very hungry and very disappointed Chili's. read more

Stopped in for lunch with my mother in law during a recent visit to Parker upon arrive they were busy so we decided to sit in the bar area the empty tables did have plates on them but it didn't take but a minute for us to clear off one to sit at we didn't mind since the staff seemed super busy. Our waitress came over within a few minutes and took our drinks order she was very patient with us while we looked over the menu and decided what we wanted to eat in between chatting. My mother in law ordered the lunch combo of side salad, burger and fries and I ordered a side salad half sandwich and fries. I don't know how long we waited for food because we were chatting and I didn't pay attention to the time but it didn't seem awfully long and when our food arrived it was hot fresh and all tasted great no complaints. Our waitress did great about keeping our drinks topped up and checking in with us without been in our face which I liked. I just want to note that I never eat at our local chillis in Albuquerque due to bad experiences but that's for another review- so my expectations were low however I expect high standards and am not necessarily easily pleased but I had no complaints with this chillis. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the entire time we were there the tables seemed to be full of plates I understand they was busy and like I mentioned we didn't mind clearing off our own table however there clearly needs to be something done about that. The staff seemed to be working very hard so my assumption would be there understaffed in the bar area because it didn't appear to be because they weren't working hard enough. I would return to this location- Oh and they also offer a discount for military read more

Now, I know I've eaten here but for seem reason my memories of it escape me. Perhaps it's because of the not so memorable food, or my distaste for the price considering what I am getting. This place is always packed from what I've seen for some unknown reason. The menu isn't small, but every time I've gone I've had a hard time finding anything that sounded appealing.
