Another sensational chilis. Always attended quick and my order is always correct down to minute changes. The food was amazing and I try something new everytime. I am yet to find a dish that they don't make to perfection. We ordered to go, but this was my first time trying Chili's and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The street corn is a definite winner, so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered a rack of ribs, quesadillas, and wings, and everything was fresh and cooked just right. Chris is probably the best server I have ever had. I've been here 3 times so far and he's been my server twice. His bald head radiates so much aura and I can feel it from across the restaurant. Not to mention that he has an amazing level of swag and wears his triple dipper shirt every time. The only reason I go to chilis anymore is to see Chris and if he's not there I cry. Clay was on top of his game. He made sure we were taken care of. I'm disappointed that the Oldtimer with cheese is completely lacking. I remember how great their burgers were in the 90's and they have a long way to go to be there again. We started with chips and salsa and the crispers, southwest eggrolls, and sliders. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We sat at the bar. Enjoying the bottomless chips and salsa. Chips were hot and crispy and we requested the heat up the salsa. We split the quesadilla explosion salad and the split it in the kitchen for us. Salad was made with fresh ingredients and was super tasty. I found out the hard way that most BBQ places are closed on Mondays - however, Chili's came through. :D I was pleasantly surprised with the service and quick seating, but the food & drinks were pretty good too! I ordered the ribs platter (1/3 rack) with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Honestly, one of two ribs in I was full - the portions are pretty filling. I saw they had a special drink of the month called the Grand 7 Romance - it was gooood. Trust me, it's a one hitta quiter - I left feeling quite nice. Lol. I actually wrote off Chili's overall several years ago. The good just wasn't hitting the same. However...since I've moved to this area, this Chili's has changed my mind. It's clean, and the waiters and managers are always efficient and attentive. The food always comes out VERY quick. The food to me is good and what I expect of Chili's. Unfortunately, the food was as expected for a chain of Tex-Mex and backyard (or apartment patio) BBQ food. However comma this Chili's is probably the strongest link because of the server Malana, a Texas-born gal with all the sass and a lot of ... class. I had a solo dinner outing as I needed to clear my head from the pangs of life and Malana was the absolute sunshine in disguise for my gloomy day. She unexpectedly kept up with my wit, and that's just what I needed to cheer me up. She recommended the watermelon margarita of the month because it was lip-smacking good and I surely smacked my lips until I left. She said the Triple Dipper was where the party was at so I got the burger bites, southwest egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks. Came for lunch with a large party after a funeral service. I called about an hour before hand to see if they accepted reservations. Whoever I spoke with said they typically do not but they would do everything they could to have multiple tables available close together and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Don't offer curbside to go service if you're not capable of delivering orders CURBSIDE! 15 minutes past promised time and had to come inside and get my order that's getting cold off of a metal rack. I've been here three times since it opened. I really enjoy Chili's and I live close to this one so I keep hoping to see an improvement. No improvement thus far. It is my opinion that the problem with this location is management. It is a beautiful restaurant in a great location; however it is does not operate efficiently. Each time that I have visited, it appeared to be under staffed. Yesterday (11-15-19), I popped in for a pint at about 5:30pm. It was happy hour, no one was behind the bar and there were many tables, as well as empty seats at the bar, that needed to be bused. I had planned on a pint and a bit to eat. After about 10 minutes of sitting there looking at my phone, a nice young girl realized that I had been there for awhile, got behind the bar and poured me a pint. I probably would have had a second pint; however she didn't ask and went ahead and cashed me out upon giving me my first one. I decided to leave after that as I was really disappointed. A member of higher management with Chili's really needs to look into this location. I remain hopeful that things will improve eventually. read more

The young man at the reception desk didn't greet us when we arrived. He was too busy putting together menus. After standing there for a minute, we finally asked if we could get seated at a booth. It took 10 minutes for a young lady to get us our drink orders. Another 10 minutes for ice tea and 15 minutes for a margarita to arrive. We showed her our coupon for free chips and queso, but she insisted it would be an additional charge. We had to point to the coupon stating it was free with our entree. My husband asked her some questions about the different rib spices. She stated she didn't know, but would be happy to ask. My husband said never mind just the ribs with barbecue sauce. I asked for a refill on my tea during our dinner, and my husband wanted another margarita. Neither of them ever arrived. By the time we finished our dinner, we reminded her of our drink orders that never came out, but didn't want them now that dinner was over and we were ready to leave. Receipt came out, and of course we were charged for the chips and queso. She fixed the error, but didn't come back to get our credit card for 10 minutes while it sat on the edge of the table. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we never saw a manager checking on customers. This particular Chili's needs stronger wait staff and management that walks around checking on their customers. No wonder it was quiet at 6:15 pm. read more
