Everything was terrible starting from the service, to the food, management and customer service. I highly recommend to avoid this place. Service wise, they do not attend to you with a greeting, took about 10 min just to be greeted. After the long wait, decided it may be quicker to do take out, again very long service and was rudely told to move away from the take out area even though there were others waiting after us. When asked how much longer after waiting 45 min, they said they would check... another 20 min later they came back with the food without giving an update. When got home with the food, the burger was charred so bad, wasn't even eatable. I feel they did this on purpose, no way should someone serve this to anyone. I called the next day to make a complaint, was told the GM would call me, never did so i contacted Buffalo Wild wings corporate and they also notified the GM to call me, and of course he never called. I tried the chips & dip trio and the spiked black cherry limeade ( not on the menu). I liked the idea of the Black Cherry limeade so I suggested to the bartender, Caleb, to spike it and he did. The restaurant was chilly so I put on my cap. Unknown to me at the time the restaurant has a roll u The drink was excellent, but the guacamole had too much lime in it for me. The Pico was ok, but if I had to do it over again I would have 2 queso' and 1 pico. Also I added ground beef into the queso. That made the queso so much better! I suggest must warn you they charged me $6.00 for a shot class amount. Not a bargain. Unfortunately, I may sound wishy-washy, but the queso with the beef was pretty darn good. Our waiter Brian was the best we've had in YEARS. We eat out alot, haven't been to BWW for along time since we were in Glendale,AZ and always get bad to mediocre service. He was very respectful to our kids and got our orders right. He was on the spot with refills and came by many times to check on us. Went in tonight with my other half waited 15 minutes for someone to seat us until we finally sat ourselves at the high tops by the bar. It took another 12 minutes for the waitress to take our drink and food order when her section wasn't busy only 6 people in it. We ordered 15 wings and nothing else. Look, I get it after 18 years in restaurant business, but pleasing your bartender so she can make money isn't worth bad service for your guests. Don't try and call in an order. The person that answers the phone says "Thank you for calling Buffalo Wild Wing's, Please Hold" and then she puts you on hold and never comes back to the phone. I hung up and called again and the phone was answered and automatically put on hold. She never ever came back to the phone to take my order. Either this person is very rude and doesn't care about the customer (ME), or she is overworked and doesn't have time for the phone customers (ME)!!!! Either way it was horrible customer service. First, a male waiter should not refer to a table full of middle-aged men as "boys" throughout the meal. It's not cheerful or endearing. It is just weird. Second, If the waitstaff are required to wear that mask, they should wear it on their face, not as a diaper for their chin. Today ducked in to catch a game and a brew.. will not go into details on why am not recommending this place, only to say it's not as good as some BWW and on par with others which isn't a compliment ... and nowhere as good as it once was. He noticed we were sitting for a while and took our table even though we weren't in his rotation. I had asked management who our server was prior to him coming to us and the lady didn't even know. He made a comment to her about the sections and she just made a face. Pretty sure him and the server who's in the bar area are the best two they've got. I think this experience has turned me off of BDubs. We ordered takeout and our order not only came out wrong but had just been dumped in the containers. Could tell it didn't shift while driving because the actual paper was trapped inside the container when it had been closed, if that makes sense. One of our burgers was put together lopsided and cooled that way, and the brisket was hard like it had been reheated several times. We were also given extra fries instead of cheese curds. One of our orders of fries wasn't seasoned at all. The service here has always been poor. As far as safety, there are social distancing markers but it's not really enforced. At least one server had their mask pulled down, and one group of takeout customers had brought in a dog and one woman working the bar reached across the counter and pet it-- then went back to sorting dishes before washing her hands! Use to love coming here for lunch..they've gone down hill. WAY down hill. Today did it for me. Ordered to go. Got my order wrong, again. Chicken was luke warm at best. Frys were cold and soggy. I order the same meal literally everytime I go here, whether it be take out or to go. They have gotten this order wrong more times than I can remember. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances but to no effect. I've walked out after I had to send my meal back multiple times before, with a manager standing close by. I complained on their corporate website and they offered me rewards points. I could care less about a hand out or a free meal. I would love to see this place thrive because it has so much potential but I don't think management cares that much. Just another mediocre to below average chain "restaurant" who could care less about a complaint..the million, 1 to 2 star reviews should say enough about this place. Do yourself a favor and go on down the road to chic-fil-a, get yourself some nuggets, go to Kroger, get your favorite wing sauce and apply to your chicky nuggies. Anyways, if there is one thing you, the manager, should at the very least take away from this....teach your damn cooks the difference between lemon pepper seasoning and lemon pepper sauce. My husband and I have stopped coming to this location due to the lack of service and quality of food for the past few months. We decided to give them another chance and did a take-out order. We thought nothing could go wrong because we're telling them exactly what we want and giving them plenty of time to get our order right... We were sadly mistaken when they were missing over half of our order when I went to go pick it up. The staff was not Apologetic either. We are sadly just eating wings for dinner.
