As someone who visits often, I can say this is my favorite spot for reliable, delicious food and incredible service. It's a 5/5 experience every single time and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a good value. The entire staff from the hosts to the servers are genuinely welcoming and incredibly nice. Over my many visits, I've met several of the workers, and they are all equally professional and kind. Even when the restaurant is packed, they work flawlessly under pressure, maintaining a great attitude and always ensuring the tables are clean. I've noticed the cleanliness is maintained even during the busiest rushes. Their steaks and burgers are surprisingly good for a casual dining chain. A crucial detail for me is that the meat is always cooked to the perfect internal temperature. You absolutely must try the Chicken Tenders. Best chicken tenders I have ever had. They are crisp, fresh, and juicy. For an appetizer, the Triple Dipper is the way to go specifically the mozzarella cheese sticks included in that appetizer they are superior to almost any other version I've tried. Great deserts as well! It's not an expensive place to visit and this Chili's provides an great dining experience. If you are looking for a reliable meal with great service you need to visit.

When we stopped by for lunch, we decided to try the Chili's 3 for me special, which included a drink, along with a salad and entree. The salad was average, but the hamburger and fries were served in large portions, which was a surprise. Usually an inexpensive meal means smaller portions, but not today. Hubs had good things to say about his steak, potatoes and asparagus. My lunch was 10.99 which is an amazing deal for expensive Naples. There was a bit of a wait, but the service was good and so was the food. They have generous parking and it's right off Collier, which is an easy to find location. Chili's has a varied selection of sandwiches and pasta dishes, along with a casual pub atmosphere. This is a place we eat at occasionally and poor service or poor quality has not been an issue.

The waitress was friendly but not super attentive, never checking in until we were done which prevented me from reminding her she forgot part of my order. What my side and I did have was good, although mine did not look like I expected (see pictures). I'll chalk this up to overworked staff and bump what should probably be a 3 star review up to 4 stars.

Hummm only 2 Stars , when I went to leave my review. Our waitress Haylee was great, she was friendly and did a good job. The food came out hot, my burger was delicious a d my wife Quesidia needed a little more chicken. Over all great experience.

Ordered take out. This sad salad and cup of skillet queso was $35. It arrived exactly as pictured. What a complete waste. We will not visit this Chilis again.

My friends have been trying to find this place for some time as they were told it's a nice place. A few years ago. Last year they gave up. This place was difficult to find because AT&T cellular is so bad that it takes forever for download/uploads at barely 1mps. If you get signal. 2nd of all if you have 40% battery the phone will almost die trying to pull signal and heat your phone up like a mini frying pan I had to shut it off twice to get a few photos. Headpinz /nemos cell signal isn't any better so in a matter of 3 hours my phone was at 0% then shut down. After driving the city gate blvd south then north we eventually got to the soccer fields. And find the cove Nextdoor to the man made walking lake. It's a nice area. The beers are priced for stadium/event pricing 3 bottles of Michelob ultra $18 yet it's just a park setting. Next to a lake. The large area wasn't very well planned in my opinion since the restrooms are on the back parking lot side of the cove. I'd imagine there would be a huge line if there was actually a soccer game going on. A Food service truck showed up at 3:15. And it didn't even open up, we ended up leaving 3:30 to have wings pizza and beer at the bowling alley. They have plenty of covered seating and table tennis along with 3 sets of pro ACL boards but the bags that were there were mismatched and not regulation weight. My guess is the original bags were slowly swapped for the mismatched bags that were left over during the past 3 years. They have a few options for draft beers along with a full liquor along with blended drinks available. But no snacks or food unless a food truck shows up and opens. If your park isn't offering any food or snacks I understand why people are bringing their own. Food 0/5 no food but a food truck arrives then doesn't open. Service 3/5 Ambiance 5/5 Location nice views of the lake plenty of parking. Walking trail around the lake Value. 2/5 It was worth the adventure to find a new place. But it's hard to justify coming here unless they have music or food to attract me out again. 5/2026

The Cove has a good choice of popular beer on tap as well as bottled refreshments. It is family and pet friendly. There is ample under cover seating with ping pong tables and corn hole available for your enjoyment. It's lakeside location provides a nice setting to relax and unwind. The gas fire pits add to the ambiance in the evening. Pair that with live Reggae music on Saturday night and what's not to enjoy? The Paradise Coast Sports Complex is located in City Gate. The park offers walking paths, sports fields, a stadium, a ninja workout facility, a climbing wall as well as The Cove. There is a monster outdoor television for watching sporting events. This is by no means fine dining. My five stars are for it's uniqueness. It's a great outdoor facility suited for family fun as well as meeting up with friends to unwind after work. The best kept secret in Naples.

The restaurant recommended reservations, but we walked up and were seated right away. Our server, Ellore, was amazing! She has such a warm and welcoming personality and truly made our dining experience special. The restaurant itself is nice and comfortable. The atmosphere is casual, with lighting that is a bit dimmer and more relaxing than bright fluorescent lighting. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for a restaurant located within a resort. For dinner, we ordered the half chicken, chicken tenders and fries, and the ribs with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The half chicken was outstanding. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and served with well-balanced sides. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were not heavily seasoned, but they were cooked perfectly and had a great crisp texture. The ribs were also delicious, with great flavor and a generous portion size. The coleslaw and mac and cheese complemented the meal nicely. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal, including our toddler. He ordered the kids' mac and cheese and ate every bite! The restaurant also provided a coloring sheet and crayons, which was a thoughtful touch. I especially liked that the crayons were double-sided, giving kids more color options while taking up less space. We were celebrating our toddler's birthday and happened to mention that mine had been the week before. Ellore went above and beyond by bringing both of us a complimentary ice cream dessert and having the staff sing "Happy Birthday." It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening even more memorable. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. If you're staying on-site, it's helpful to know that the restaurant is cashless, and charges can be billed directly to your room. The menu primarily features American cuisine, including appetizers, salads, burgers, entrées, cocktails, beer, and wine. We would absolutely dine here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying at Great Wolf Lodge.

Asked for it to be well done. But nope. It was pink. More pink than I cared for. But ate half of it. I'm still alive. My husband got wings with sweet chili sauce. Grandson got Mac and cheese with French fries. Granddaughter got chicken tenders with fries. Very very pricey. But you pay for the place. Definitely not for the food. Our overall experience at Fireside was nice. And I do recommend because it's on property.

We had just landed and stopped in for a quick meal, but it turned out to be anything but a typical Saturday night--the Bears vs. Packers game was on, and the place was absolutely packed. Even with kickoff still an hour away, the energy was already buzzing. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a table. Our server, Matt, was upfront and friendly, letting us know the kitchen was backed up and food would take a while. We were tired from traveling, so we kept it simple with iced tea. Matt checked in to let us know when our order was coming up, which we appreciated. I ordered the Rock Burger, but be aware: cheese is extra, and fries are extra. The burger itself was a thick, juicy patty with cheese--no lettuce or tomato, which I expected. The fries portion was pretty small, maybe a handful, room temp at best and was missing salt. (No salt on the table.) On the other hand, the brisket tacos were good, and swapping the tortillas for lettuce worked perfectly. Overall, it's a fun spot for game day, but be prepared for crowds, plenty of noise, higher prices--and some inconsistency in the food, especially during big rivalry nights. BTW, Bears Won!
