Did a curbside pickup. Paid online and left a fairly generous tip considering the amount of the bill. Waited for 10 minutes after texting them (people walking in were being taken care of quickly) and didn't get a thank you. Food was terrible. The burger, ordered as "well done" was RAW in the middle. I took a picture because it was so bad and even though I finished cooking the burger at hone, I hope it wasn't a mistake to eat it. Fries were cold, without any warmth at all, making me wonder how long they sat and/or how many times the box was opened. Spoke with the manager who comped the amount of my purchase towards the next time. There will be no next time. I know we're not supposed to complain these days, but FFS, why do they even bother? We had the 3 for $10 special and it was surprisingly good. Our server, Brandi, was wonderful. She was helpful, attentive and provided the kind of service we all expect but very seldom receive. The only reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 was the hostess. This gal is the first person you see when you walk in and I seriously thought about turning around and leaving. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have. Talk about a frown and an a I-don't-want-to-be-here attitude, she had both. Really made you feel like you were very unwelcome. I really don't understand why this Chili's has such bad ratings. I think it's more of who you get and what time you're there. Our waitress was great at answering questions and at getting our refills and food quickly. I hate that they don't take money off the pasta when you order without meat but I'm used to that, can't complain much. Overall it was nice. I'm surprised this location is still in business! Every time we visit this location it is the same excuses. It doesn't matter if it is on a weekend or week night. The kitchen is always backed up and they tell me they can't seat anyone for an hour and a half or longer. You look around and the restaurant is not even half full. I understand that restaurants are struggling right now due to Covid and other circumstances. If you don't have enough people to fully staff a location why not do like other restaurants are and go to a to go only operation. Having a hostess greet you at the door and tell you they can't seat anyone for 20 minutes and then when we say we will wait the time changes to 1 1/2 hours. Customer service goes a long way and how you train your staff to handle situations as well! read more

My wife and I have always been a fan of Chili's. I worked at a Chili's in Jackson MS when I was in college many years ago. Over the past several months, we have ordered online or by phone on 4 different occasions and all 4 times we have had incomplete orders, food left out of our orders, many missing items and food over cooked. I have spoken with manager regarding our order twice and was supposed to be placed on the VIP list to have something comped when returning for a future order but found that I was never placed on the list, even by the manager himself. The most recent order did not include any of the sides for our fajitas. No sour cream, no guacamole, no cheese, etc. we will find somewhere else to order from now on. Screw up an order a few times can be understood but not every time you order. read more

I know it's open late, but why does the food have to be so terrible? The service left a lot to be desired as well. The BBQ sauce was basically ketchup, the honey mustard lacked color and flavor. The noodles were so under cooked I sent it back, something I rarely do. Again, I got a terrible plate back, and when the bill finally came, after taking our plates (mine obviously uneaten), they failed to remove the charge. First time EVER leaving zero tip. $13 charge for nothing, I don't think so. You should never leave a restaurant hangry, and you shouldn't need to flag down and have to ask another waitress for help. Kids plates came out 10-15 minutes before the adult plates. Not a big deal except they are done eating while everyone else is starting. Refills took a while to get. Food over all was good. This may have been the worst dining experience I have ever been in. This was my first time ever going to Chili's and I was ecstatic. My good friend, Alfred recommended the Chili's 3 for 10 (this will be relevant later). Not thinking much of, I drive my way to Chili's on my lunch break (I work a few miles away). My server Samantha sits me in a booth by myself, which was quite embarrassing to start. She asks my drink, but her country accent was too potent I thought she asked my favorite shade of pink. Like any reasonable being, I said rose. She comes back with a fresh rose water. It was pretty dog on good, but it's later when her accent really screws me over. 15 minutes pass, and she asks what I want to eat. Nervous and already embarrassed, I forgot what Alfred told me. I said the Chili's pee for men because I'm pretty sure that's what Alfred said. Feeling confident it was just a weird name, Samantha walks away. 2 and a half hours pass before she comes back to my table with 18 police officers peeing in a cup. Samantha is celebrating because she says somebody hasn't ordered this special in 6 years! I am absolutely petrified as the pee starts overflowing from the pitcher and into the restaurant. All the other customers start fleeing the restaurant before it finally bursts from the sheer amount of pee. It was so much pee that a pee wave took us all from Chili's all the way to the juicy seafood. The pee tsunami destroyed my car and Samantha has been missing ever since. read more

Went to chilis for a late meal. Walked in the door to the restaurant near empty and was told there was a 15 minute wait. We opted to sit at the bar assuming we would get better service. The bartender was very nice but was anything but attentive. It took 15 minutes for her to notice I needed another drink - unacceptable when five people are sitting at the bar. I ordered the ribs which came was supposed to come with fries and broccoli. I got mashed potatoes (tasted like they came out of the box) and broccoli that was not cooked. The ribs were barely warm. My friend orders the tilapia which also came out cold with uncooked broccoli; but his fries were hot and good. If you like waiting 15 minutes for a drink and only eat French fries then this is your place. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Saturday night is not exactly an off time yet the restaurant is half empty. It appears staff is short or is thinned out at this time. We waited and then left. What a shame as another restaurant appears to be on the path of Zea's, Applebee's, Cheddars, Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden and others. I would hope they either decide to close or supply some upgrade in their staff as for now they are just alienating what is left of their customers. On the other hand they are marketing new dishes. If you do not have the staff to serve or you are planning to close...why oh why do you keep marketing new promotions etc..... I love this restaurant for many reasons. First off they have the Coca Cola freestyle machine and I love to get Vanilla Coke. If you like to drink they have $3.50 margaritas everyday but my favorite is the strawberry "el presidente" one in the shaker. Lately I have been sitting at the bar and the service is always great and the bartenders and nice. One more thing... Anything Honey Chipotle is awesome! read more

I will NEVER eat at Chili's again. I have been a server before, I've worked in a kitchen and I NEVER complain, but this experience was absolutely disgusting!! My husband and I ordered a very simple 2 for $25 and what we received wasn't fit for a dog to eat! We both got steaks. We asked for them to be rare. They were both well done. Could have played street hockey with them. We order "fresh" guacamole as the appetizer. It was completely brown and watery. We both got broccoli that smelt like sweaty feet. The dessert was cheesecake that had black spots all over it. I can only assume it was moldy! I contacted the manager, Elizabeth, to tell her about our HORRIBLE food. She offered to remake it, but with our first experience, I didn't trust that the next order wouldn't have spit in it. I brought the food back so I could show the manager that I wasn't just looking for a refund. I pulled up to the curbside parking spot (as instructed), called a few more times with NO answer or greeting of ANY kind. I waited in the parking lot 15 minutes, so I decided to walk inside. I was ignored by several employees. Stood there another 5 minutes before I was greeted. I heard the "F" word from the kitchen at least 4 times. Someone finally told the manager I was there. Waited another 5 minutes. The manager never came out. I handed my food to the next employee I saw. They had already wasted enough of my time! I called after I left to make sure my money would be refunded only to have the manager, ELIZABETH, tell me "I'm sorry you couldn't wait 5 minutes for me!" I spent $46 (after a nice tip!) only to be treated like garbage. Not only is this the WORST manager I have EVER come in contact with, but the food wasn't fit for a street rat! Btw, the manger hung up on me after her nasty little comment! I have posted a picture of just how many times I had to call to FINALLY get someone on the phone. Have always loved Chili's and it's my first time at one that sucked so bad. We Just moved from California and went in for dinner. I ordered the chicken enchiladas which have always tasted amazing. Not this time...first we waited to get our actual food when it wasn't even that busy. Then it came out looking like it had been sitting a while. The black beans looked dry and rice was hard. The enchiladas just did not taste the same. Husband wasn't crazy about his fajitas either. The only good thing were the chips and salsa. Service was lacking as well. Went here today for lunch and it was a bad decision. I had chips and salsa for starters and the grilled chicken sandwich as an entree. First off, salsa should not be the consistency of water. My pressure probably went through the roof with the amount of salt on the chips. Secondly, the grilled chicken sandwich had a watered down honey mustard dressing and wilted lettuce. Alright, the staff were awesome. They're all upbeat, and they're always good and attentive. The only downfall is the food. It's clearly pre packaged type food, and the salt content will force you to down water so you don't implode. The alcoholic beverages are good though. Really the only downfall is the food, but if you want good drinks at a bar I would recommend it here. read more

Myself and my children have started coming to this Chili's over the last couple of weeks but is clear they are under staffed. Each time we have been it required significant patience but the servers were always very nice and well intentioned, good employees all. The food has been very good each time, just expect to spend a good deal of time waiting for it. Tonight was a pleasant surprise. The hostess tonight was a one woman force to be reckoned with, her name was Amber. She was a very sweet and was assisting the wait staff in getting drinks out to customers and helping the Servers clear tables. What a breathe of fresh air this young lady was to behold. She was a great addition to the team, coordinating with the Manager who was also pitching in every way he could. Although they we visibly understaffed our server and Amber and the Manager made an unstoppable team that got the job done. The reason I call out Amber by name is that her professionalism, ability to keep things moving and coordinated with the Manager make a young lady talented beyond her years. Promote her, reward her, make sure she understands how valuable she is.... Chili's Management needs to understand, she is the first face of the business any they should do everything in their power to keep her. Needed something for dinner, didnt want to cook. Last time I went for pickup, i ordered inside, and the girl taking my order all but chased me out of the restaurant to my car to wait there. Today, the young lady helping me offered me to sit there at takeout, at the bar, or in my car, much better. The food was acceptable- make your own meal - i did salmon and shrimp. The shrimp were 40-60 count, come on people, get real. There were only 8-10 on the plate, the salmon was slightly dry but was tasty. I always go to the chili's in Diberville, MS and have great service and a good time. This chili's though I learned is a chain. Once working in the food service I know what standards should be meet and this place doesn't meet them. Every time I come I have to ask for napkins and silverware and the service is very slow. I could go into story's and details but over all I'm not impressed and it gives chili's a bad name which is sad to say cause not all chili's are like this one. read more

Went there for lunch and I got the Turkey Avocado bacon sandwich. Well I asked for no onions and when I got it, it was loaded with onions. It was grilled and they had put so much butter on it that it was greasy. The fries were cold and the service was sub par. There were several times that our drinks were empty and we had to get another server to fill them. Now it was around 1 pm so the lunch rush was over and they were not busy. Also we got the chips and salsa and the chips were so salty we couldn't eat them and when we said something to the waitress she said ya that's how we sell them. I am done giving Chili's a chance. Everyone I have been to across the Midwest in the past year has been horrible. They used to be a good restaurant and now they are not even remotely good.
