Server seemed agitated at first then warmed slightly. Ordered table side guacamole, got regular guacamole. When I asked about it, we were told they don't make it table side anymore, it's made in the back. However it was not fresh like the table side guacamole that we always order. As we ordered our meals, they were out of various items and the server stated it was because it was Sunday. It took over 30 minutes to get our food even though the restaurant had less than 10 customers. When we got our food, instead of a kid's cheeseburger, my son got 2 sliders. His mashed potatoes were also lukewarm and hard. My margarita grilled chicken seemed like a half sized portion and it was tough. This was a great place at one time, but their service and food quality have continued to deteriorate. My friend and went their last night. We ordered buffalo wings with fries for an appetizer. The wings came out Luke warm without the fries. When we ask about the fries, the waitress told us they were cooking some fresh ones. She brought them out and we literally cold. This business has great food. But also donated an entire day of profits from its entire chain across the us to childhood cancer which is amazing and more businesses need to do. We have plenti card and should get bonus points but this something lose this Chillis doesn't do despite nothing about certain Chillis not participating. Bathroom not very clean. Normally eat here once every few weeks because it's near our house and in our regular rotation. Foods normally pretty average and service the same. Tonight we were seated and for at least 8-10 minutes we never had a server come by. Plenty walked by... None stopped. We used to go to Chilis and remembered how good their burgers were. We ordered an Old Timer Cheese burger. The meat was white looking and didn't even look like real meat, the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and their garlic pickles were so strong with garlic it pretty much killed my pallet. Probably a good thing as it made it difficult to taste how bad the burger was. The restroom was a wreck too with fixtures torn off the wall and out of order sinks. read more

Entering the building I experience ear shattering local radio. Enter building, all is well. Seated away from blaring radio. Ordered our appetizer, chips and hot sauce. Chips, fairly good. Very thin and crispy. Hot sauce, taste like a bottled version, nothing fresh here. My husband ordered steak. His first bite he stated it was definitely not like our good steak at home. My daughter ordered a Santa Fe salad. It came drenched in very spicy sauce. She could not eat it. I even tried it, and it was hot to me. I ordered an enchilada blast salad or something to that effect. It was okay. The salad was so drowned in dressing. Our server was very nice. Check out was easy with the new self serve paying device at the table. We left saying to ourselves, why do we do this every 3 years. I think we forget how much we always walk away feeling disappointed. I really don't know how they stay in business with their food. It must be the alcohol business that keeps them above the red line. This chilis is horrible!! The first time my husband and I ate there iin January around 9pm. It took 45 minutes for the food to get to our table and the order was all messed up. The waiter was polite, but clearly more interested in the group of 10 that had been seated after us. They even got their food before us, go figure. I couldn't find our water anywhere to tell him that my salad had all kinds of stuff on it that I cleared said I did not want, so I went to the hostess and asked for the manager, she said she would send him over to my table, it was nearing 10pm now. I was pretty irratated at this point, because my daughter and husband were half way through their meals and my husband said his chicken fajita tasted weird, but he was so hungry he ate it anyway. Took all the stuff off my salad and picked around the rest. 20 minutes goes by and no manager. The waiter plopped the bill on our table and I had to raise my voice to get him back, so I could order my daughter dessert. We paid and left. I figured this had to be a bad night or something, because Chillis usually nasty. My husband spent the night throwing up, was it Chilis? Probably, because that's all he ate that day. I remember all the detail very clealy, because it was a bad experience. Foolishly we decided to grab I bite to eat after a movie, June, 6 months later, it can't be bad still, right? We got into the bar area around 10ish, husband orders those fajitas again, give it another chance right? The tortillas come out hard as a rock and he again says that something tastes weird. My wings were okay, but the celery is nasty, old nasty. I asked for edible tortilla and didn't want to push it with complaints, as I have heard many horror stories about sending food back. My husband only ate a little bit of the fajitas and I shared my wings. I think that the food quality must go down at night. Who serves rock hard tortillas and old ass celery? People that don't care about for quality, that's who. Big thumbs down on This particular Chilis. Shame on you for serving crappy food not once but twice, same dish, same time. We have had a few good visited but this one was terrible . My wife's salad was stale and I got the applewood bacon hamburger. Asked for no mayo and got no BBQ sauce also. Horrible service after we sat down we waited ten minutes for our waitress to take our drink order. After she took that she wanted our appetizer and meal order at the same time the appetizer and food came out at the same time. What I ordered is not what was brought to me then the waitress told me that I got the right food then she changed her mind took the plate to the kitchen and came back about ten minutes later to tell me I was right. So we just left chili's. Terrible service. We waited 40 minutes before our food was brought out. The "fajitas" consisted of a grilled chicken breast on a bed of onions served snarkily by the manager who said he wasn't aware that we didn't know they were out of bell peppers. Another ten minutes later he brought out ribs to replace the fajitas and about 4 French fries on the side-good thing we are watching our carbs. He said he would take $10 off our meal-the ticket arrived and we even had to send it back because he had only subtracted $6. I would give it no stars but it won't let me. Waited almost 45 minutes for our food. The Texas Cheese Fires were cold and the second batch was almost as bad (You could hold the skillet with your hand). My wife's Steak was warm but her loaded potatoe was cold. My baby back ribs were STONE cold but the fries were hot (Only good part of the visit) We got our salad after we got our meal and had to ask for silver ware (I guess they figured we could eat with our fingers) We asked to talk to the manager who came out. We told him of the situation and he told us he would take the Texas Cheese fries off the bill (Problem was it was part of the meal). When we got our check it was full price with nothing taken off. We had to ask for carry out trays so we could take our meals home and put in the microwave so we could have hot food. When we were leaving I asked to talk to the manager again to get the name and number of the regional offices and he would not come out. He sent a waitress out to speak to us. I told her to ask him to come out again, because he wouldn't come out the first time, and give me the name and number. He did not come but sent the waitress out and give us a refund for the meal. The only good thing about tonight was the young lady that took our order and tried to make thing as good as possible under the circumstances. Her name is Shandi Miller and I would like to thank her publicly for being the only person in that restaurant to treat me and my wife like people instead of trash. read more

I had stopped going to this location because of past terrible experiences with their service, but had given them another chance because the group wanted to go. We waited over an hour for our meal! We had to ask three times for drink refills. We were there during the lunch hour. We saw one hostess and two wait staff for the entire restaurant. We asked about our food several times. We were told the kitchen was behind because there was only one cook working. We were told our "food was coming." We were told our food "was being cooked." After asking for the manager TWICE he finally came to the table. We explained the situation. He said he would get our food right out. Five minutes later they brought my sirloin to the table. I had ordered it an hour earlier. It was raw. All that had been done was the cut of meat had been laid on a grill to make it appear cooked. I called the manager back and he agreed that the steak was raw. My friend's soup had what we hope was a chicken bone in it. I ended up sitting there for an hour and forty-five minutes and eating nothing. I told the manager I would NOT be back. This time I will stick to it.
