Service was great. Burger was sad. I really do expect chili's to be better than fast food restaurants and thats setting a low bar. When I get the deluxe burger please put more than 1 slice of cheese on the burger and one slice of tomatoe. I mean I want it to at least cover the full round of the burger instead of being left in the middle and abandoned. Truly at first I thought they had forgotten some of the toppings until I flipped my burger over and peeled off the bun and there they were! It was like a joke and had to show my family. If you order the burger plain, this might be good but for the rest of the world, you can definitely avoid getting the food here. Horrible customer service. food took a loooooong time to come out and it was not busy at all. The chicken fingers were tough and the fries were old. The Mac and cheese was really bad. The the 10 noodles were swimming in a pool of watery cheese. The water plastic cup was dirty. When I asked how much longer for the food to come out she just said "we have a lot of people ahead of you." They didn't. With the exception of a few people coming in AFTER me everybody already had their food on the table. I asked again how long is it gonna take and food here takes 35 to 40 minutes to come out. I asked again and she said she didn't know. I love Chili's but this location was horrible. So disappointed. There were some people waiting at the host desk to be seated. The weight staff just passed them by then finally they would tell them they could sit anywhere. This happened each and every time people would come and wait and wait. This is easily the worst chilis in the country and I travel around the states almost year round. Staff are rude, they close early, the food looks terrible, and for a bonus they are closing early during a mass amount of delays so they don't even like making money. Definitely an opportunity for improvement. Arrived to a very disorganized and messy. Bar. Perhaps they were short staffed. Tried to place a to go order 30 mins until flight. A positive experience at an airport terminal without a bunch of food options. The staff were very nice and friendly despite it being mostly self service (you order yourself using a QR Code, someone besides the waitress brings your food, and you pay yourself using the QR code at well). So both the food quality and service are more similar to fast food, but the staff are nice and friendly if you need anything. Breakfast tacos, breakfast sandwich and eggs/sausage were 7/10 which isn't' bad for airport food. read more

Expectations of Chili's is usually pretty low, but a Chili's in an airport is even dicier...but happy that this Chili's, located in Concourse C at MKE seems to be an exception, or at least for me. Standard airport setup where "get in where you fit in" seating wise. Scoped my table, sat and was greeted shortly after. While you can still order the old fashioned way, they have QR codes which are connected to your table and you can do everything through the code. Makes the process seamless and efficient, especially when you are on a tight schedule with your flight. The server checked in on me occasionally, and brought my food, and he was friendly and helpful each time. The space is small with a candy cane shaped bar, a few tables inside and just a couple lining the walkway of the terminal. Tables were clean, turned and reset well. I wasn't after a full meal, just wanted some southwestern egg rolls and a water. Got just that, and with tip, ran me around $20. They hit the spot. Overall, no major complaints with this Chili's location. It did what I needed it to do, in the time I had! read more

Stopped at the Grab and Go counter. The woman that was there as we were walking to it went in the back and you could hear them screwing around. We stood at the counter for a 3 or 4 minutes and then asked someone from the restaurant to get someone to help us. She finally came out with a poor attitude, took our order and couldn't get in the back to screw around quick enough. While we waited 15 minutes for our order there were 3 different customers that came and waited, then left since no one helped them. The counter and floor was dirty, The food was ok. Rudest server I have EVER encountered. Party of 6, one of us ordered "to go" from Chile's, the other 5 decided to eat at Chiles as well. Went to sit down and the server said the person who had ordered takeout "is about to take his take out and go." Despite 5 more of us planning to order in the Restaurant and explaining we were planning to eat together. Took our $300 and ate elsewhere. His tone of voice when speaking to customers -- including another young family with children -- rude and unacceptable. Desperately lacking in customer service skills. read more

My colleague ordered a Maker's Mark x 2 and I ordered one as well. When we got the bill, each shot costed $20, and they were charged as double shots. We both didn't say "double" but the bill came out to be double. If you go to any bar and don't say "make it double," you should be served single shot. I had a really bad experience here at the terminal C chilis. I went in at 6:45, 40 minutes ahead of my boarding time. I ordered a house salad and a Diet Coke. All good so far but at 7:00 I asked how the salad was coming along. The bartender responded "Sir you realize you literally came in 5 minutes ago? But I'll check on it for you." She came back five minutes later and let me know I was 8th in line. Fifteen minutes later there was no salad and I left. If the bartender told me they were really backed up before I ordered I would have been ok but the combination of rude service and late food earns this chilis one star. On my way out my neighbors at the bar let me know "it's usually 40 minutes to an hour here for food but they've told us in the past." Skip this one and go for the pizza across the hall. I've eaten there before end the food is better bad the service can't be worse. read more

For some reason, everything else in this airport closes early. I get it, short staffed - but when you have flights coming through after 6pm dinner time and everything closes by 5pm, it's an issue. This place was pretty busy, so we tried to cut them some slack. We sat down and waited 35 minutes, we were being patient, but a family sat across from us and a waitress came to help them within 5 minutes. Someone at our table said "can we be helped first? We've been waiting for 30 min" and the waitress was super distressed and told the family "I'm so sorry I need to help them first I'll be right back". She was obviously not happy with us. We ordered our drinks (which took 10 min) and were told they were only serving appetizers, so we ordered a few. Luckily, they came out really fast. They were typical Chili's airport appetizers, we didn't have high expectations, so no complaints there. The family got their food shortly after us and had full entrees, so that was weird. At the end of the meal, I literally had to track down the waitress to pay. The family was gone 15 minutes before us even though we had finished eating before them. I had to find her, and give her my CC. Horrible service. Like I said early on, we have patience, that's not the issue, we understand them being busy. Quiet literally the worst Chili's in the US. The service is slow, the servers are awful, the food is not good, and the place is always dirty. I am always at this airport and they are few choices so you just have to deal with it. honestly all of the service in this airport is terrible but this one really takes the cake, the brownies, ice cream and the pie. I am at the airport flying back to Dallas and needed to charge my phone and grab a bite to eat. A young lady assisted with seating by an outlet to charge my phone and the bartender was super sweet. Not sure if he is being trained or just helping behind the bar but he is very attentive and a sweetheart! Standard chilies food. The breakfast sandwich was on a hamburger bun where there was a sold inch of bun surrounding the entire egg, meat, cheese. It was tasty, just odd. Also the order from the QR code shouldn't need to be "activated" by the bartender to actually place an order. It's pretty counter productive if you ask me. read more

As much as I love Chili's, this location is not the best. Unfortunately there are few options in Concourse C at MKE airport, so this often becomes the place to go. On the last visit, I went with the chicken tortilla soup and a side Caesar Salad. I was batting .500 with that combo: The soup was quite good. I can't handle much spice and this was approaching the limit of my tolerance but not to a point where I ceased to enjoy it. The salad on the other hand wasn't so great. The dressing was nonexistent and there was not much more cheese in there, either. I did appreciate Kelly's quick service and calorie counts prominently displayed on the menu as it allowed me to make a selection that was several hundred (not a typo!) calories less than many of the items that I normally would have chosen. read more

They say serves dinner but we fly out at 8:50 and all the food locations close at 7... how do you tell people you serve dinner when you dont stay open to a reasonable time... awesome! read more

Sadly this rating is primarily due to the awful waitress we had. The food was fairly decent actually but the whole experience was tainted by a waitress who appeared to just hate being at her job. She didn't crack a smile, kept a straight face, didn't engage in any conversation with us, and even after she forgot to bring our credit card back after running it didn't apologize. Like sheesh lady! And on top of that, this was after we stood at the entrance of the place waiting to be seated and NO ONE acknowledged our presence for at least 5 minutes. Inexcusable in my book. It was however super cool that I got to try a new gluten free beer made by New Belgium. That's probably the highlight for me on this experience. read more

The only reason I ate here is because the Milwaukee airport, unlike other airports, is still pretty much on COVID "lockdown" with only 3 dining spots in the C concourse. All have very limited "COViD" menus. I wanted chips and salsa, they were out. If made in-house like the claim, then make sure ample ingredients are on hand to make more. A national chain running out of a key menu item is just not something I expect. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, which came with fries. I specifically said, "no onion or garlic aioli." well, guess what? It came with both! I did not send it back as my server had a language barrier issue and was having difficulty understanding what I was saying. I took off the onion and scraped as much of the garlic aioli off as I could. It was okay, but that taste of garlic was still there, and the garlic aioli smelled like a piece of fried fish, which was a culinary turn off for me. The burger itself was cooked well and the rest of the ingredients were fine. The bright spot was the tasty and piping hot French fries. The fries bump it from a one to a two star. Much of my opinion of a restaurant when I order fries is how they come out. I travel a lot and have been to this Chili's before and with past experiences it was also a two. The server was efficient enough, but never asked me how I liked my food, did not really greet me, and put the check on the table without saying a word, like "thank you." The airport was actually very busy the last few times I gave been here. I think it's time to open up a few more options or the restaurants that are open need to expand their menus. read more

Wow! A Chili's that doesn't have salsa on hand (for my breakfast tacos). What kind of Chili's is this? It's a Chili's where staff is observed texting, moving slow without a care in the world. So I wander over to the bar area for a visible bottle of Cholula to spill on my tacos. Some bar clown bellows, "this is Wisconsin, we don't need salsa" to which I reply, "I was born here friend, and it's sad when a Chili's doesn't have salsa". Recently took a flight and need a little snack and drinks before hand. My fiancé and I at the bar. We had Japhet as our bartender, I believe his name was. He was very welcoming and attentive. He did not miss a beat with any of the customers. It was an afternoon flight so the place was pretty busy. The service was phenomenal. The food came out so fast! He also suggest a tequila for us because we decide to take a shot before we left. Will definitely be back there next flight! read more

This place is so poorly run it's out of this world. I order two eggs, no potatoes and bacon with toast. I get sausage instead of bacon, potatoes and the receipt under the meal. I waited nearly 10 min to get the servers attention. I call the server and she tells me she is tired of this not I am sorry. Then brings me my toast and sausage on a separate plate telling me they are remaking my eggs. The sausage is now cold and tastes really bad. They felt that the service was fine and no issue with the receipt under the food and charged my for breakfast. read more
