It's an airport Chili's. This should tell you that Terminal C (where Southwest flights arrive and depart from) doesn't have many food options. I probably hadn't eaten at a Chili's in 10 years? Maybe longer. And now I remember why! The food is meh to the hundredth degree. One change from when I used to go to Chili's as a high school student (we were all about their skillet queso in those days)? The menu didn't have the calories listed on it then. And seeing those calorie counts now? I was both grateful and horrified! A heavy meal before a flight just doesn't seem like a great idea to me? And it was hard to find anything under 100 calories. (I ended up with a cup of tortilla soup and a side Caesar.) My husband had a Tex Mex bowl, a beer, and a whiskey soda that appeared to be 90% soda. The service was good and fast. And kudos to the bartender who handled the drunk girl that wanted him to charge her phone for her behind the bar like a pro. Other than the listing of the calories on the menu not much about Chili's has changed. Mediocre food, blah menu, salads with enough calories to be your daily food intake. If the terminal had had anything better, I wouldn't have been there. read more

If I could give NO stars I would (and it would be a first). I've truly had to process what transpired today because it was so appalling. We stood at the hostess counter for about 5 min while servers passed by (silent); still we stood (we know it can get busy); finally this African American server (I only say that bc he should be fired) says snotty "sit wherever... the bar, table...where ever" (there was no sign at the hostess counter that said to do this, mind you). I respond, "thanks for letting us know." (Probably equally snappy bc I'm irritated that he'd passed us maybe 4 times and hadn't said anything) .... We sit (and we wait) -no menus, no anything... I got to the hostess stand and get the menus myself... we wait ... I get up (server is coming toward me: "do we order at the bar?" "Wherever you want!" (He will not make eye contact with me - I'm starting to think this is personal. Is it racism? Bigotry? I don't know...) I literally put my body in the walkway so he'd look at me "what would you like us to do?" (I was server, and we're sitting at tables so those are usually for servers!) "Do what you want!" .... (Guy at the bar said - I'd go somewhere else. It took me 25 min to get service).... We left. I don't know what in the world was (or is) going on at this restaurant or in that poor server's life but oh my goodness... close this place and try again! read more

My flight got delayed and I was excited to see a Chili's in our terminal area since I love Chili's and I've not gotten to have it since my new home town in FL hasn't one. Well, I never got to experience it sadly, since I got in line and the host told said to me and the others "sorry folks, full up!" There's another restaurant down around the corner! Excuse me? You're sending people to competition? I pointed out that there was a lady on her computer since I had first walked by earlier in the day (about an hour ago) at a table not ordering anything or eating anything but water. Taking up a two person table. His response? "What? You want me to ask her to leave?" Well, yeah, typically you try to turn tables for your customers. We decided to eat elsewhere. I would've loved to drop at least 45 bucks on drinks and food, but I guess the managers can ask the exasperated/rude host "Luis" why he turned away a line of people and sent them elsewhere. At this point the Chili's has seats open but I've already eaten elsewhere since "Luis" couldn't be arsed to even give me a timeframe to come back in. Too bad. I really wanted Chili's. read more

Went here before flying out to Colorado with my family. For the price of the food it was very below average. In addition I have tried to go here a couple times and every time they are out of multiple things on the menu we have tried to order. The margaritas are very sweet and taste very obviously like they are from a mix. Based on the taste of the food and drinks it is quite obvious that this is a chain restaurant and I probably will not go here again next time I am at the airport. The tables are also small if you have tings with you to bring on the plane which I try to travel with carry ons making it hard to maneuver around the restaurant to actually sit down at a table. read more

Worst Chili's I've ever been to. Our flight was delayed, so we had time to sit for the meal. However it took over 20 mins to get eggs that were nearly raw. The server was nice, and had both plates remade. However, most people might not have time for that before a flight. read more

Wrong food, unethical server, and poor follow-thru with empty promises from district management My salad was made wrong, server told me it was correct. At end of order I confidently said it was wrong. Server, "oh should have told me I would have gotten you a new one" ...um I did! "I'll give you 15% off"...and when she returned with my bill, "I took 10% off"...asked for a water to go as my mouth was on fire, "We don't have cups"...so not only is my salad wrong, you said you'd give me a 15% discount and only gave me 10%, I now have to BUY water to cool my tongue? Then, "the manager didn't want to give you any more than 10%"..why didn't the manager come talk to me? I called and did their survey -- someone called me back, including the manager who was on duty. Apparently the server presented a different story. (Why am I not surprised) Oh and YES they had cups..... "We are going to give you a refund"...2 wks later I followed up, "Oh, that was supposed to be done Monday"...10 days later, STILL waiting for my credit. Early morning flight and I was just looking for something quick. I did not go to the restaurant I went to the side counter which serves quick breakfast burrito and snacks. I got a regular coffee and a banana so I cannot speak for the quality of the food but the customer service was wonderful. I originally wanted the breakfast burrito without the meat but she told me that I'd be waiting a while for it to cook. She also held To my coffee while I ran to the bathroom was really sweet when I asked to fill my water bottle. It's the small things that makes food service and I was so happy to have a positive interaction to the start of my day. read more

We had breakfast here 3 days ago while waiting for our flight to leave. 1) the coffee was not only poor quality, it is priced outrageously high ($3.36) and you wouldn't know because beverage prices are NOT LISTED on the menu 2) the food varied. The burrito was very good although I had to ask for the listed sour cream (response: may be they don't have it yet so early!??? note: it is on the menu), the western omelet had almost no filling, and the scrambled eggs was just a omelet basis cut into strips. I ordered at the Chili's To Go in the airport and it took 25 minutes for a simple sandwich. With people trying to catch flights they should be more responsive, especially at the to-go counter, or at least let people know when the wait is going to be ridiculously long. read more

Stopped here for a flight home. We ordered a cheesecake, a Bloody Mary, and chips and queso. The queso came, cheesecake took over 35 min ("it'll be just one more minute on that.") we never got a water refill. The explanation was there were so many tickets it took too long to bring out on time. I'll chalk it up to mismanagement. Either way, something needs to change. read more

In Wisconsin for a 3 week work trip and headed home for a quick weekend to see my family. Had an early morning flight so since there were only a handful of customers I stopped in and asked for a booth that was being cleaned off, she rudely said NO , and told me to sit in the 3 small tables SHE wanted me to sit in. I said, No thanks, and left and went and had a delicious breakfast at Piccola's. This lady was the plump, fat blonde BITCH , working on 11/1 at around 9am. If I could give less than 1 star I would. You don't tell people where to sit unless your section is closed ...you have caused your establishment to LOSE business. Not good lady. I know you life sux, I mean look at you, but you should not be serving food to customers if you can't serve them superior customer service, which is what Chili's should be striving for. read more

I fly in and out of MKE several times a year. As I fly out I often stop in for a beer. It's cold its refreshing, however, this will be my last stop in Chilies. The bartenders seemed more interested in their own meals and complaining about the most recent employee being fired than their customers. They do still depend on tips?? Never even asked if I wanted to see a menu. Sad really, I believe MKE could position a more appropriate and appreciative vendor. Management pay attention your staff is taking away your bonuses. read more

The burger was really good but the service was terrible. We were there when the place was less than half full and we had to wait over 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. He begins by asking "Are you ready?" in a tone that makes it spund like he's been waiting for us. 20 minutes after that I get my beer. It should not take 40 minute to get a beer in a half empty restaurant in Milwaukee! The waiter never checked back with us to see how things were going until after we had been there over an hour. Horrible customer service. No one was at the counter and there were employees walking in and out. No acknowledgment if customers needed anything or that they'll be right with us. Finally after 10 mins I politely asked if someone would be abke to help us. This lady who rang out 3 people(me and two other older ladies) acted like the world was about to end. She huffed and shooked her head, seriously? This Chili's is located inside the airport and I know that it gets busy, but she was rude. We had 40 minutes to get breakfast and the food took 30 minutes to get. My food was cold as they apparently forgot my husband's order. The bartender said he comped the coffee, but we found that we were actually overcharged. Another patron asked the bartender if he could put the Ryder Cup back one of the TVs (we were watching it earlier, but the bartender is apparently not a golf fan and just changed it) and he argued with him about how the patron was going to leave in a half hour anyway. There are too many other better choices for places to eat at MKE. read more

I am a fan of the chili's restaurant chain menu including the limited menu at this airport location. Judging by how quick I received my food they seemed to be adequately staffed. They appeared to serve everyone quickly which is ideal for an airport restaurant. The quality of food was the same as any other Chili's location. read more

My companion and I stopped to grab a bit to eat and the service was terrible. We stood waiting to be seated and no one said hello or just one second. We stood for about five minutes. Then the employees from the to go window started to walk out like they were going on break. I stopped one of them and asked to be seated. She advised all the tables were full and that we could sit at the bar if we wanted. We got settled at the bar and I'll admit it took us a moment to figure out what we wanted. As we were placing our order, Sherri seem very distracted, threw the silverware down on the bar. Didn't write anything down said okay and walked to the computer to put our order in. My food came within 4 minutes. However, my soup was not even hot. My companions food was not delivered. Another 5 minutes went by. When my companion ask for a refill for a second time I asked where his sandwich was? Her response "I have no clue! I guess I could check on it." She then went back to her computer typed in his order. I advised her that we had to get on our flight very soon. Her response "So does everyone else!". She then disappeared for the next seven or eight minutes until after his sandwich was delivered. She didn't say anything to us until after the bill was dropped. Never apologized for the mix up our delay. I've been a sever for nine years. This was the absolute worst service I ever had. read more
