As a server myself and someone who's frequented multiple Chili's, our service and overall experience was horrible. We sat there for 20 mins while staff just walked passed without even glancing over. She apologized so I was willing to let it go. Then our drinks took way too long to come out. The food came out not even looking appetizing and the taste matched. We LOVE a Chili's Triple Dipper and what we got was subpar. The server seemed like she was trying to avoid us. Then we overheard the other server tell a table "I completely forgot to put your food in but I did now and it's being made" only for it to come out wayy later. This was a difficult review to do. It is a nice place but a bit noisy. Our waitress was very disorganized. We ordered our appetizer right away with the drinks so we could get it quickly and enjoy it before the meal. The meal arrived and no appetizer. Then as we were into our meal they came with the appetizer. Well. We weren't interested in it now. But the lovely manager gave it to us to take home. The waitress tried to blame the kitchen rather than own her own mistake. And she was not very polite. We were in a conversation and she just started talking to us and inquiring about the food taste before we had even had a chance to eat. She is only reason I didn't rate this higher. The food was well prepared and the guy who brought the food to us was excellent and the manager couldn't have been nicer. We will be back but hopefully will get a different waitress. read more

DO NOT GET THE "NACHOS." 1 star for the Nachos. Add two stars cause our waitress was nice. These are not nachos. So disappointing. It's literally 12 tortilla chips laid in a circle, with cheese melted on each of them. Like mini pizzas. So while it does taste fine.... These are not nachos. Service was slow, but we were more concerned with the fact that we came out for nachos and didn't get nachos. Just 12 toasted cheese chips. Sad. read more

Got to Chili's around 11:45. There were 10 of us so we knew we would have to wait. Got out table (6 and 4) Not a problem. Server came to get drink orders. Asked about smoothies or shakes and she said " if you want a smoothie go to Culvers" Very unprofessional. Then we asked about a virgin drink and we were told that they don't do that either. Okay. So we placed the drink order. Then she took the orders for everyone. The food came out relatively quick. One of the orders was for a steak/soup and rice combo. Asked for the steak medium well. When it came it was cut into and you could see that it was not done enough. She cut some more because maybe it was better. Nope. The server never came back but when she did we told her about the steak and she said she would get a manager, which she did. However, he said that if she wouldn't have cut into it they could have put it back on the grill. My question, if you didn't cut into the steak how would you know that it was undercooked. He basically blamed my daughter for cutting the meat and almost accusing her of eating too much of it. However, he did supposedly give her 25% off her meal, BUT then they charged for the soup and the corn. The bill was over $150 for the ten of us and we kept waiting for the bill and she said it was on the pad. They tried and tried to get it but to no avail, but when the server came back she found the bill on a different table. I realize these are not terrible thing to happen, but the server didn't seem to want to take care of us and the manager was useless. I know that I will not go back. Excellent server and on top of everything. Food was a 2 star. The worst food at any Chili's. It is so disappointing now since costs are up at restaurants. Burger, Fajitas, cups and 1 soda $45 plus tip. This Chili's restaurant has turned me off. Orders a Philly cheese steak with fries. The fruits were cold and the cheese steak was sloppy put together.

We had a delicious lunch. The chicken enchilada soup was excellent, with plenty of chicken and just the right amount of spice. The loaded potato soup was also excellent. Both soups were exactly the right temperature. The lunch cheeseburger was excellent and just the right size, and the fries were good. Lunch side salads were fresh, with lettuce, cucumber, and onion. I thought it odd that they didn't have French dressing, but it certainly didn't ruin my day. Dining room and bathrooms were clean. Service was reasonably quick considering the staff shortage all over the country. There were two servers in the entire place. Our waitress was quite friendly. Horrible experience. We placed a carry out order that included a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tough that not only could you not bite into it, but you could barely cut it with a knife. We also had a shrimp salad that had pieces of rotten spinach throughout. I called to speak to the manager. The person who answered listened and said he was going to put me on hold to get the manager. After waiting a few minutes, he came back on and said the hold had times out and did I want him to try again. I answered "either that or I will go online and write a review explaining how bad this food was." His response was. " so you are going online?" We always loved going to Chili's and having their chicken enchilada soup. It was the best, thick and full of chicken and cheese. We were there a few weeks ago and they didn't have it and we were told it would be several weeks until they had more. I ordered a salad and wanted French and ranch dressing. They no longer carry French dressing. 2nd strike that day. I have always ordered caffeine free Diet Coke. Another strike, #3. They no longer carry that either. Beer was cold, service was good and food was tasty! I ordered the sirloin which was delicious. I ordered beers from the happy hour menu. It's Chili's- a franchise. I'm not even about to comment on the food. However, the margaritas are something big enough to draw me in the door and order an appetizer. I'm very particular about margaritas, as I was describing to my server how I would prefer mine prepared, she looked pleasant but slightly confused. Another server apparently very enthusiastic about margaritas as well took it upon herself to assist the bartender that was also unaware of how to complete this task. I believe her name was Samantha. She was ***** for a server working in Chili's. She made it a point to check back with me frequently and personally made my additional drinks. Very impressive service. This is directed to the General Manager & District Manager of Chili's. I don't ever really write reviews over restaurants, but when I do.. it's either because I had an AMAZING experience or a horrible experience to where I NEVER EVER will go back. This happen's to be an experience that has led my husband and I to NEVER come back to this location. I would rather wait three year's to get back to Texas to eat at another Chili's. ( Our home, currently stationed up here for recruiting) Than eat at this location ever again. Where to begin... We arrived at Chili's around 5:25-5:30. Keep in mind this is our now FOURTH time being at this location and every single time we have had a bad experience. But in hope we thought this time would be better. We had four adults, three minions with us. The hostess told us the wait would be approximately 30-35 minute wait. Surprised since it was their dinner rush and the lobby area was packed. We waited. . . . . . 35 minutes passed and we see there was 5 groups in front of us. Kiddo's were entertained, we were people watching and catching up. Didn't even realize that 35 minutes had passed. Next thing you know, we see a table of 7 being prepped for seating, my sister in law checks her phone and the app the hostess told us to download to monitor when its time to be seated said your table is now ready. So she goes up to the hostess, but then another party takes our table....informs us it's going to be another 5-10 minutes.... My sister in law comes back tell's us the news. My husband then goes up to the hostess ( Because our second ever experience with this location had a similiar story.) My husband asked the hostess is it going to be another 5 minutes? OR is it going to take longer? Because we kept being told it will be another five minutes.. When the app said it is now our turn. She said to our group, they are waiting for a table and she's not sure when a table will be ready... Upset, we now have three hangry little ones, and four hangry adults. We waited.... The hostess offered to seat us in a booth and have one of the kiddos sit at the end of a table... Not going to happen. There is absolutely no way in hell we would all fit in that booth. Twenty minutes later we finally were seated. Ordered our drinks immediately as well with some appetizers. The hostess brought out some " Free chips & salsa" on the house. We waited about 5-7 minutes for our drinks. My husband and I ordered as our appetizer fried pickles ( which were pretty good in my opinion) My sister/brother in law ordered Texas Cheese fries. Ours came out before our meal. There's on the other hand, came out with the main course. My family's food came out how we ordered. BUT my husband waited over 30 minutes on a refill on his beer. I had a Dr. Pepper and we just shared that until it was empty...from there we waited another god knows how long for a refill. At one point I wanted to go to the bartender to just ask for a refill. My sister in law her order was messed up. She asked for additional dressing on the side for her pasta dish. It did not come out until we were putting our food in the to go boxes. . . Terrible. At this point it is now 8:00pm. Our son is crabby because it's 30 minutes shy of bed time. We have been in this restaurant for close to 3 hours, and he's been sitting in the same spot for ..you guessed it 3 hours. A issue came up when we tried to take care of the bill. We tried to get just two tickets with what each party paid for. Instead of just splitting it right down the middle. We sat for another 10-15 minutes...My husband then get's up goes to the hostess desk ( where the manager and hostess were talking and doing whom know's what) and ask for help so we can go home and to speak with the manager after words. Finally another five minutes goes by the manager approaches us, and no our check's still were not split. He asked us what was going on. So we told him every thing. How we were told improperly the waiting time, the hostess should have given us proper seating time ( mind you we all have worked the restaurant world, so we get it things happen.) and how it was so many mistakes from the time we entered all the way up to the moment my husband grabbed him to ask for help. The manager then says " The system they use to seat/keep track of seating defaults the wait time by 30 minutes." We then say but she ( Hostess) could/SHOULD have said " The wait time is going to be about 45-60 minutes of a wait time ... " So at that point if we did decide to stay, and was told that information and they would have called our names sooner than that time frame...we would be like " Oh wow! That was sooner than expected!" Rather than waiting. We had two small children, a ten month old, and also four hungry adults. We could have and should have gone to another restaurant. I could keep going but not enough characters. Never again. read more

We stopped here last Sunday night. It was a little late but they didn't close for awhile and the Packer game was on. I had never been to Chili's and wanted to try it. We had a combo dinner with chicken and it was really good. The corn was wonderful. I liked the layout of the place. My disappointment was in the wait staff. They were in a booth when we walked in. Not sure who was on duty and who wasn't or if they all worked theree. Found out who the bartender was when she finally came over. I ordered a beer and she suggested the larger one for cost saving, that was nice. When she came to take our order she sat on the cooler as we ordered. I've never seen that except when an older lady who had fallen during her shift, didn't expect it from a really young person. She went back to her booth and didn't return until the food came. She sat it in front of us and left. I got up and got our silverware and napkins while the servers sat in the booth. The bartender came back out sat back in the booth and proceeded to pop zits on a guys face. Never saw that before. She did come back and ask us if we wanted another drink. I did get one but made sure she didn't touch the rim considering she didn't wash her hands. Gave us the beer and went back to the booth. She never cleared our dishes. I got the strong impression they wanted us gone but hey it was the end of the game so I wanted to see it. We did pay for the food which she immediately took. Left a very little tip which is so not me. I could see cleaning going on in the back which is fine but the people in the booth didn't do anything but sit there including the one we knew was working. I'm assuming it was the manager who came out and told her she could close out. She actually took the money tray over to the same booth and began to count it there. I would have fired her for bringing the cash over to a booth where at least one person wasn't in uniform so I don't think he worked there especially if she was picking at his face. The food was good and would go back for that. Wouldn't go back to the Sheboygan location if that is what I have to view. read more
