JENNY is the best hostess! She took the time out to let us try the various iced teas Chilis has to offer. She also makes the best Mango Iced Tea. She took very very good care of us. Our desserts were exceptional, we had the cookie with ice cream and the Oreo. She was attentive to my children and even after the meal was done and the tab paid, Jenny took care of us until we had left. Will definitely be asking for her again! read more

Chili's is ok. We've been a few times, but have noticed the lack of friendly greeters. St times, they tend to put us in the bar area which I do not like. The food is ok, not great like it use to be. Improvements are needed to be addressed by management. Take pride in your job. read more

Arrived a little after 6 for dinner with the family. We were told the wait was 15-20 minutes but we were seated within 10. Jenny was awesome. Very attentive even though she had soooo many others to take care of. She worked very hard and she was lso nice that my son even wanted to personally give her a tip rather than leaving it on the table. If it weren't for the kind manager and the other server I would have given this place 2 stars for just their food because the service was horrible. Our server tonight was Jeny and she was pleasant when she came over, but she ignored us the whole time we ate. Anytime we would ask her for anything she would say she would come back but she never returned. Our time would have been ruined if it weren't for the people mentioned above. There was an urge to leave her no tip but I just can't do it and ended up giving her 15%. However my friend was very upset and left her a lot less. I did feel bad for her, but we tip on service and we didn't feel that we had gotten any. We kept thinking perhaps she didn't like us? Maybe we're too local and not military and that's why? I thought we were nice and we were forgiving until we had to ask for the same thing 3x and still didn't get it. As for the food, it was good. I had the prime rib burrito. I normally get the shrimp tacos so it was nice to try something different. I doubt my friend will want to come back here again which is too bad because we use to come monthly. read more

The young lady host that evening was something else. -- You could've SMILED and greeted us warmly or told us something as we stood there kind of confused if we should sit and wait or whatever. -- On our way out you were so busy eyeballing me for whatever reason I could careless about that you still didn't thank us for coming , or invite us back ,let alone SMILE for goodness graciousness. -- I hope you learn your job well and execute your customer service skills properly because it's just very distasteful in a very customer oriented setting. At lunch here today, I cut into my smokehouse burger and found hair in the middle of the patty. I've had encounters with hair before & I was hungry with 2 loud toddlers so I asked them to make me a new plate. Geez they could have given me a free item for the extra 15 min again. Super disappointed... went there to celebrate my birthday. I understood it be busy since it is also cinco demayo day too. They don't take call ahead so only way to get on the list is to go there. I went and told them my party size and told the host I can't have a booth because it is uncomfortable for my husband since it is tighter. She said 1 hour so I said okay. I went back to my car and waited. As the lanai area started clearing we went up there to sit on the bench. I checked the waitlist and I was number 1 on the list. As we waited about 3 other parties were called, so I went back to the host and asked her, since I was number one in line why are they seating so many others, she said it's because they are waiting for my table so they are seating the smaller groups. (I had 4 adults and 2 babies). Okay I sat back down. After 1 hour and 15 minutes they finally call me. It was another lady and she said she had my booth ready but then she stopped because she sees my stroller (mind you I'm on the bench right in front of the chillis door, really hard not to notice a big stroller). So the other lady was like wait you have a stroller, she put you at a booth! I looked at her and said oh I can t sit at a booth I specifically told the lady that too, she agreed because even she remembered and overheard me say I can't sit at the booth. So we had to sit back down and wait again. After I don't know how long we were finally called, we get to our table and our server greets us in a timely manner! So great my night is not totally ruined things are turning around. NOPE! We order our drinks and appetisers... our drinks come and our server let us know she will be bringing all the appetisers out at the same time. After awhile we still get nothing and are drinks are empty. Finally a guy comes by to drop off our fries and queso dip. He tells us be careful it is hot and he mentions that we still have no chips! Yes we have nothing! So he apologised and says he will come back with chips. As we eat the food the fries are cold and almost stale and the queso dip is also cold! We are so hungry and we waited so long my husband said forget it let's just eat it who knows how long it be till we get another one. We start to get our appetisers, she messed up on the soup we supposed to have a bowl she brought a cup but she apologised and said she will bring another cup out to equal a bowl. I also asked if the southwestern egg rolls were on the list and she said yes it be coming as well! She came to do another drink order so I decided to order my meal since I wouldn't know how long that would take! I also ordered our desserts. After that no one came to check on us! The appetisers were gone the drinks were empty and no one was there! The annoying part was that it was really empty, what table there were, they were closing up already and only few new people would be seated here and there. Other than that it was empty because the quote time given while we were waiting was 2 hours so most people left. So getting back to my story our waitress was nowhere to be seen! There was another lady (the one who overheard me say I can't do a booth) she kept checking on us! She filled the drinks and I asked about my southwestern egg rolls and she was shocked I didn't get it yet so she went to grab it and when she brought it, it was in a timely manner and it was hot! She also brought another cup on soup for the bowl it should have been. After she helped us our waitress finally came to check on us! By the time my food came I had already ate all the appetisers and even finished my daughters Mac and cheese(I ordered with the appetisers thank goodness). I just started my meal and our desserts came. It was the other lady who has been the only helpful one, my husband asked about singing and she was shocked it was my birthday. (We did mention it to the waitress as well as we wrote it on the paper that we fill out for tracing purposes). So she went ahead and got everyone together to sing to me. So over all it was fricken horrible, no communication mistakes made and no compensation we waited way over what we should have, our food was cold and wrong, and our server was MIA most time while another girl (I think she was a host not even a server) served us and provided better service! At the end of the night I tipped the waitress a minimum 15% but I did go and give that girl cash tip! I hope if we go back it is better this was the worst experience I ever had and sadly it's how I had to celebrate my birthday read more

This is the first time I've ever been to a chili's with such poor service. The server was impatient and not attentive. Our drinks were filled by another server. We ordered a sandwich with no tomato but it came with tomato. Crispers salad had no crisps (tortilla chips) on it. The credit card kiosk thing at the table had the wrong check for another table. After the server brought us the check on paper, she never came back. So we had to bring our credit card to another server who then took over and brought the card receipt back for signing. First, we had arrived with a party of three and was told we'd have to wait for about 15 minutes. A party of four came in after us, and was seated right away! When we asked what happened, we were told that they were trying to seat larger parties first--what happened to first come, first serve? So when we were finally seated, the chips that they served us were all broke up pieces. When we asked our waitress for a new basket, she glared at us...seriously? We ordered our food, got it like 45 minutes later, and was maybe checked in on maybe twice. If we wanted something (refills, ready to order, more chips), we pretty much had to whistle her over. Lighting in there is really poor as well. There's a blinding light-bulb about 2 1/2 feet above your head, and it just hangs there. So you're pretty much eating with the light in your eyes the whole time. Finally, the alcoholic drinks were NOT alcoholic drinks at all. We ordered a margarita, and it was sweetened so much, that you could have thought it was a virgin. But then we ordered a Coronanita (which btw, the waitress took to offense when I said it wrong), and that was probably the best thing that night. I wouldn't go back to this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone. read more

Went there to have lunch. We were seated right away... but then waited 30 minutes before we went to find a manager. No one approached us and when we tried flagging a server down... they would just pass us. When we finally spoke with the manager, he offered us an appetizer. He kept coming up with excuses for the poor customer service and thought an appetizer was an adequate substitute for good customer service. Our food was good but our server was pretty rude. She was annoyed I was paying cash and then when she finally returned with change asked me if what she was giving me was good enough or did I need it broken down even more. Mind you the ticket was roughly $25 and I gave her 2 $20's. She didn't provide exceptional service by any means but the attitude I got from her about wanting change was ridiculous. I come to chili's every once in a while and order take out. It's usually very quick. This time was no different. While the food is subpar at best, it's quick and easy. Now, today I ordered my usual. But my boyfriend decided that he wanted something different. He saw the sirloin cilantro steak and decided to try it. When we got home and opened our food I was so shocked when I saw his. For $17 he got a teeny tiny piece of meat, 2 slices of avocado, a gross tomato salsa and ordinary portion of greens. I ordered the triple dipper that I always get which was the usual. And a side order of fries. I swear I got the same potion as a McDonald's small fries. I am UTTERLY disappointed. I don't know if I will be coming back here anytime soon read more
