I don't think I've been to a Chili's in years and now I won't hesitate to go back. Went with friends for an early Saturday dinner at 430pm and the place was packed and already had a wait-list. Now no biggie for us but I was surprised. The restaurant only got busier throughout the night in the 2 hours we were there. That said once we got seated everything was fast and smooth. Server was wonderful, the food and drinks came out promptly and everything tasted good to great. The menu really has a wide variety of fun options which we all greatly appreciate. I think if you're looking for an easy crowd pleaser with something for everyone, you got a solid option here. Enjoy!

I don't often come here but when I do it's always a fun time! Our server was a bit absent because it was a busy night. But, when she was interacting with our table she was polite and efficient, always making sure our drinks were taken care of. The fried mozzarella they have is absolutely delicious, nothing but cheesy goodness! It is a bit overwhelming if you're not careful because the cheese really does feel like there no end. But I don't mind taken the extra time to digest the yumminess of the cheese inside the crunchy fried mozzarella.

Walked in after being called in for our reservation and they didn't have a table? Got put in a tiny booth with 5 but 2 people after us got a bigger booth. None of the cheese is drippy, uncooked not stringy. NO CHEESE PULL. Good waiter. Mac and cheese didn't look fresh out of the box. Don't even get me started on the wait time.

After getting a positive review from a friend, we decided to give this location a try again recently (a couple times). Happy to report it's back to being the Chili's we know and love. Service has been great and the food has been served quickly and piping hot. It's a chain so you (should) know what to expect, and this is the same tasty food that originally made Chili's our "go to" lunch stop on days we are out on shopping trips. Good stuff!

Went here for a quick dinner after stopping at nearby store. Due to covid and other reasons they were running short staffed and the bar was closed. Even though they were busy we were sat in about 10 minutes (they take your number and text you when the table is ready). Service was average and what you would expect when a place is running short staffed. The workers did everything they could to keep up with the pace. Food was average but came out nice and hot. We started with the egg roll app that is always good, I got the Quesadilla Salad and my husband got the fajita. Everything tasted fine except the chicken in my husbands fajita tasted like rubber but the chicken in the salad was fine, so we felt that was just a one off. All in all ok place for a cheap and fast meal.

Friendly service but a weak menu. They put their God awful Beans on everything and it ruined my meal.

Good nachos -- (add a star for excellent service) -- Chili's should give 10% of revenue to servers and line cooks - IMO. on the sliders.

I love the chillies chain but this one really sucked. Steak tasted cheap and the vegetables were garbage.

They brought us warm chips and salsa and our drinks and came back in a little while to take our orders. The food came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. Service was very good even as it got busier during lunch. My 1/2 Enchilada Supreme came with one cheese and one chicken enchilada, rice and lettuce, tomato and sour cream. It was a decent size lunch portion. My friend had shrimp and rice and vegetables. She said it was cooked well, tasted great and took some leftovers home. The decor was colorful and fun. Next time we'll try some margaritas, they looked great. ( Sorry, we were so hungry I forgot to take food pictures)

True Blue Margarita ordered and sipped on while order was being prepared, I think the blue is my favorite at this establishment so far! They will give you a to go cup, as the margaritas are monstrous! I was greeted immediately upon entering and seated myself, drink and to go order both taken promptly. Short wait time for to go order, I do like to have the salsa and chips with the margarita but that came with the to go order this trip. I do think the tortillas were a bit stale this order. I ended up using the salsa with the quesadilla. Great quesadilla wish it came with sour cream, I would love to add jalapeños as well next trip. Supreme Enchiladas good as well, I prefer the chicken. Good amount of food for the price. The portion was plenty to share. I need to remember to add the Guac! I think the dinner meals should add the guacamole with order but I'll be sure to order next trip! Bon appetit!

San Miguel Mexican Bar & Grill was great! Was there on a Friday night with a party of 4 and we…read morenabbed a reservation for 615pm. That may not have been completely necessary but it was busy and it never hurts to have one. The location of the restaurant may be tricky if you aren't familiar with Baldwinsville. There is a fairly spacious lot in the middle of The Bville diner, the dollar general and San Miguel for reference. And San Miguel itself from the parking lot goes down a ramp or stairs to the entrance of the restaurant. The restaurant itself stays true to the form of all the iterations that came before it, a good sized space with ample seating and in warmer weather there is some seating outside by the river. The booth we sat at had an unfortunate feature of being right under the heating and air conditioning and we were going from hot to cold depending on the heat going on and off. If you enter and go left and straight back to the corner, you may want to avoid that table until that can be adjusted. Most importantly the food and service were both incredible! Our server was fantastic and she took great care of us during a busy evening there. All the food was delicious and there were happy tummies all around. The jalapeno poppers were some of the best I've ever had. The main courses everyone either finished every bite or made sure to take the rest home. We all ordered our own dessert and again 4 happy sets of taste buds. If you can't tell what I'm getting at, it's that you won't be disappointed with whatever you get. Best Mexican ever, that's for you to decide, absolutely delicious, it definitely was. I highly recommend San Miguel and when you go, I of course, hope you enjoy!!

First time trying their diabla taco and it tasted more like plain steak. Salsa was good, the guac turned color quickly at the table. Wish the street taco came in a corn tortilla.

Friends invited my wife and I out to El Mezquite over the weekend, so we gave them a shot. First off, did not realize until we got there that the place in inside of a hotel, so that was an interesting discovery. We were sat immediately, given menus, had our order taken & food brought to us in a timely fashion. My wife ordered chile relleno while I ordered tacos de diablas - three tacos with steak, chorizo, and a spicy red sauce. Most of my party was happy with their food. Mine was fine, although the meat was a bit rubbery and the red sauce wasn't very spicy, but I suppose my problem with El Mezquite is the same as most of the Mexican restaurants in the same area - I'm convinced they all just order the exact same stuff from the same place. El Mezquite's menu is the exact same as most other Mexican restaurants in the area, same offerings, even the rice tastes exactly the same in all these places, so I'm becoming less and less convinced there's any authenticity for most of the places in CNY. That said, the food was fine, our service was fine as well, but I don't believe we'd return for the simple fact that we can find the exact same dishes at other, closer establishments.
