What sets this place apart is the service. Let's face it. Most chain restaurants like Chili's have pretty standard menus and you either like what they serve or you don't. We had a server named Rhonda and she was absolutely the star of the show. From the minute we walked in until the moment we left, she was attentive and friendly. She came back to check on us numerous times and each time stopped to chat with us a little. She possesses a rare gift that allows her to really connect with her customers. After five minutes, we felt like we had known her for years. The food was good, but all the better because of who was serving it. My daughter and I visited just after six pm on a Saturday. There was no wait for a table in the lounge area though it was a small wooden table on the corner that doesn't really look like it belongs across from a wait station. We each ordered a flavored margarita that are strong but tasty, had I known they were $10 and $11 I would have stuck with the Margarita of the month for $6! The discontinued Buy one get one drinks definitely is noticeable in bill total! The boba Margarita was fun and bursting with dragonfruit taste. It was served in a regular glass as opposed to the Margarita glass in picture. My daughter liked her triple appetizer, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and mini burgers. I think my adult pallet has superseded this frozen choices. I went with the triple fajitas and though you get steak, chicken, and shrimp, it's not three times the amount of meat just smaller portions of each. I do not recommend the steak, very well and tough. I would stick to chicken or shrimp fajitas. Not really worth the extra meal price. Added Guac. Salsa and chips are now $7.95. All these extras really added up. To go volcano cake for my daughter, did not look appetizing. When I pulled up my bill it was a bit jaw dropping at $99 plus... for two at Chilis... I added the complimentary salsa and chips from Chili app that takes of $5 so you are still paying $2.95. Service was pretty steady throughout the meal. A bit of a wait for the check at the end of meal and give cash. The prices won't deter us from revisiting but I will definitely be more careful with ordering! read more

Chilis bar service never disappoints and neither do their Presidente margaritas. My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel which did not have a bar and decided to stop here after a long day to have one drink and split some chips & salsa, the chips needed a bit more salt but everything else perfect! read more

I don't think I've been to a Chili's in years and now I won't hesitate to go back. Went with friends for an early Saturday dinner at 430pm and the place was packed and already had a wait-list. Now no biggie for us but I was surprised. The restaurant only got busier throughout the night in the 2 hours we were there. That said once we got seated everything was fast and smooth. Server was wonderful, the food and drinks came out promptly and everything tasted good to great. The menu really has a wide variety of fun options which we all greatly appreciate. I don't often come here but when I do it's always a fun time! Our server was a bit absent because it was a busy night. But, when she was interacting with our table she was polite and efficient, always making sure our drinks were taken care of. The fried mozzarella they have is absolutely delicious, nothing but cheesy goodness! It is a bit overwhelming if you're not careful because the cheese really does feel like there no end. I'm not a chili person but my girlfriend really wanted a skillet cookie. We ordered it for pick up for a later time since we wouldn't be there right away and it comes with ice cream and to my surprise it was done 20 minute early. I walked in and watched the wait staff and kitchen joking around and talking for 5 minutes before someone noticed me then finally handed me my order. The ice cream wasn't melted yet so it was fine but the portion size was barely half a scoop. Over 10$ with tax for a stupid cookie with barely any ice cream to go with it that was almost melted in the 20 minutes it took me to get home. I'm not fully sure how the ordering system works but if someone orders things for an hour out it's probably because they want it done around that time and not sitting there waiting out of temp and breaking cold chain. read more

After getting a positive review from a friend, we decided to give this location a try again recently (a couple times). Happy to report it's back to being the Chili's we know and love. Service has been great and the food has been served quickly and piping hot. It's a chain so you (should) know what to expect, and this is the same tasty food that originally made Chili's our "go to" lunch stop on days we are out on shopping trips. Good stuff! read more

Walked in after being called in for our reservation and they didn't have a table? Got put in a tiny booth with 5 but 2 people after us got a bigger booth. Went here for a quick dinner after stopping at nearby store. Due to covid and other reasons they were running short staffed and the bar was closed. Even though they were busy we were sat in about 10 minutes (they take your number and text you when the table is ready). Service was average and what you would expect when a place is running short staffed. The workers did everything they could to keep up with the pace. Food was average but came out nice and hot. We started with the egg roll app that is always good, I got the Quesadilla Salad and my husband got the fajita. Everything tasted fine except the chicken in my husbands fajita tasted like rubber but the chicken in the salad was fine, so we felt that was just a one off. I'm not really into this chain, but when in town for work, it fills your stomach. I don't like to go too crazy when away for work, so I stuck with their "chicken crispers" (aka: fingers). They were decent; maybe a little chewy. I ordered steamed broccoli with it and fries. The fries and crispers were made better by dipping into the honey mustard and ranch dips. The bartender, Chris, is a good guy and is there before you know you need something. So props to him, and keep it simple at this Chili's. read more

I apologize for the delay on this review, this is in regard to the time I went here last fall. I know it was fall because there was that autumn smell in the air. Pam felt God in a Chili's once, I cannot say I felt the same, but for once in my life I felt like anything was possible. I could have ribs, a cola, food between two pieces of bread, or an alcohol drink. If that's not limitless possibilities, then I don't know what is. If you come here expecting a library, then you will be sorely mistake because this is a restaurant. On a side note, "restaurant" is a difficult word to spell. I remember my friend Ian from Long Island told me the Skillet Queso was "wicked good" and I said, "dude get out of the bathroom, I'm trying to shower right now". We had our dinner doordashed tonight so wasn't expecting the best presentation. But, I got the "chipotle bowl" that said it had field greens and it did not. It also had nothing to do with chipotle.. seasoning or otherwise. It also came in a to-go container that had ridges on the bottom which made it almost impossible to eat the rice bowl out of. The rice was also incredibly undercooked and hard, while the chicken was pure gristle. The chips that came with the meal complimentary were so salty it was inedible and that made us realize that our entire meals were also too salty. I had a side of the roasted elote corn cob, which is traditionally delicious however it comes wrapped in foil and all of the toppings don't come off of the foil when you try to scrape it off and back onto your corncob. I don't have a suggestion on what to do different there, maybe a different container? The food came in a reasonable amount of time for doordash, but the food was not great. At all. I am giving 2 stars because the corn cob is delicious even if I had to lick foil to get the flavor. read more

Checked out Chillis on Rt 31 in Clay tonight. Dining room was pretty full, but luckily we (family of 4) were seated right away. Started off with the family sized mozzarella sticks, which in my opinion, weren't even sticks really... more like slabs! Very decently sized portions which were very gooey and stringy, just like they should be! Hubby also tried the loaded baked potato soup, which he very much enjoyed. Both of us got burgers (he got the old timer and I got the bacon burger) which were pretty decent and cooked medium well. Best part was my kid's meals. Chicken tenders, Kraft mac n cheese (which is awesome for a mom whose kids only eat Kraft), french fries and mandarin oranges. How in god's creation are we gonna do this when both kids want all of it.. well leave it our waitress!! She was absolutely amazing and took the time to make sure that the kitchen split their meals so that each of them got a little bit of everything. Meals came out and it was awesome. Tendies and fries on each plate with two separate bowls, one with oranges and the other with the kraft goodness... needless to say both kids were stoked. In and out in just over an hour. Every time my family and I have been to chili's there has been something wrong with our food. Before Covid hit we would go because our daughter likes the ribs. My husband had a huge fly in his salad that was mixed in so he didn't see it until she was halfway through. When I was pregnant I asked them to cook my steak with no pink and I had to send it back twice because it was practically mooing in the plate. They offer 2 for 1 margaritas that are 90% sour mix. We went to Chili's in Liverpool, NY for my Mother's day dinner. After an hour and a half wait we were finally lead to a table...right in the bar section. With our son! It was very loud and very distracting. My husband said something to the hostess and she stated it would be ANOTHER hour wait...with most of the quiet side of the place empty! I asked the waitress to please seat us else where. We'll they did! Right in front of the kitchen door. There was yelling..swearing and just a very uncomfortable feel. They were charging us 18$ for 6 street corn...which was horrible! Over cooked and tasteless. Took us eating 3 chips and salsa before our meal came out. I didn't finish mine. Wanted to order a drink only to find out they were out of the main ingredient! Wanted to speak to a manager but instead he ended up taking 12$ off our bill instead of talking to us.
