I come here for a lunch quite a bit. The service is usually pretty good, and they always are checking on you. It's a rarity that I am looking at the bottom of my glass. They just added some new food items and I had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla. I was a little unsure when it was plopped down in front of me, but the flavor was incredible. Just the right amount of tangy with just a little bit of spice. I was definitely happy with my selection, and will continue to visit for lunch. read more

Disgusting. First of all, my plate came out with mysterious food stuff smeared around the edges. The enchilada was obviously stuck in the microwave with the hardened cheese crusted to the plate as evidence. I didn't even want my chicken soft taco anymore. The one measly excuse for an avocado slice was slightly brown and shriveled. The pico de gallo and lettuce just looked old. Oh yea, and the manager came over to ask how everything was. He asked how my enchilada was and I unenthusiastically said, "Well, it's alright". I expected him to ask a follow up question, like, "How can we make it better than just alright?" But you know what he said? "Okay!" And walked away. The only upside was that I had a gift card that covered the whole check so at least I didn't have to pay for this disappointing meal. Walked here from my hotel just to get out. Sat at the bar. Service was pretty good. Ordered Triple Dipper (3 apps). Burgers and southwest egg rolls were cool, stale & chewy. Boneless wings were good and hot. Walked into men's room and it was covered in a shiny new coat of puke. Vomit. Barf. And the floor that wasn't barfy was covered in... uh, something. A liquid. I've never regretted wearing flip flops as much as tonight. Went here this past weekend and they took almost an hour to get our food prepared. Meat was clearly reheated so my medium sirloin was well-done. They ended up taking off my order and a burger we got from the bill but the wait time and lack of a manager was unacceptable. Waiters seemed to avoid eye contact and we couldn't get anyone to help us out or to even tell us where our waitress went. Finally manager had to step in a both sit people and help with our food. I haven't been to Chili's in years and this experience reminded me why. Food is terrible and service is even worse. Please go somewhere else. read more

For starters, thank you to the stranger that paid for lunch for my co-workers and I. I've been to this location a few times and on my most recent visit we ended seating ourselves which isn't the norm. They offer military discounts and the waitstaff are pleasant and attentive. I am fond of their current promotion for the smoked wings. If you get the chicken tortilla soup, it is a bit salty so be forewarned. I can get the pick two or pick three deal and be satisfied. They do have affordable lunch specials if your time doesn't allow for a Hollywood lunch or if you are just a little hungry. Periodically, they'll have events such as Daddy-Daughter night and of course their email promotions will get you coupons on various items. All in all, good establishment but needs a wee bit more attention to what's going on. Seven customers shouldn't have to stand at the hostess booth and hope someone will come to seat them. Chili's itself is a chain so you expect the same fare and experience. This chili's is always so dirty! Whenever I walk in there is always a smell of funk and filth... currently it has a smell of unwashed rear end... so nasty. I am only here because I was meeting coworkers for a quick drink at happy hour. I no longer order food. I've been patronizing for almost a year now as my company puts me up right next door and there is nothing else that is close, has a bar, and is a short walk in the colder months. I keep expecting the best but getting the worst!! The wait staff and employees are attentive and cordial. You can tell they all get along, which is great, but is the constant group chat hang outs near the kitchen entrance the reason why the cleanliness suffers? I was pleasantly surprised with this Chili's! I haven't been to a Chili's in a really long time, but their menu had some good options and our service was really good. I came with a group of about 20 people and our food came out really quickly. I got their "pick 3" platter where you can pick from a variety of appetizers. I got their potato skins, buffalo bites and sliders. It comes with 3 different sauces. They happily separated our checks for us and served us really well. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Chili's? It's your typical box restaurant, generic food, generic waitstaff, with a unreasonable wait for a table!! We were in town for the Comic Convention and the friend I was with prefers to eat at "BOX" restaurants. For those who don't know what a "Box Restaurant" is...it's basically any chain restaurant with your typical American food and flair (Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday's...etc.) I was actually rather disappointed because their Drink and Spirits Menu SUCKED!! There was nothing on there other than about 15 different flavors of the same Margarita! I don't like tequila...and I was hoping for some kind of Vodka mixed drink but no such luck. Chip and Salsa...meeh...chips were bland and barely salted and salsa was spicy and more like crushed watery tomatoes with some texas pete mixed in. For my entree I order the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which was actually pretty tasty. That would be the only thing I'd ever recommend from Chili's. The service was ok, the waitress was friendly, but wasn't the brightest crayon in the box, if you know what I mean. It took her a little longer than usual to process simple requests but she was very friendly. My biggest complaint was when I left the restaurant and asked for a Sweet Tea To-Go (this is what I had been drinking at dinner.) I was charged $2 dollars for a styrofoam cup that held less than 12 ounces. It was WAY too expensive for the small cup they gave me. Well, it was "OK". Nothing great, I've had better....but I've also had worse. I was staying nearby on business and this was one of two restaurants to choose from nearby. I had a steak on this visit and it was just so so. It was a bit over done and the quality was a little on the cheaper side, but the flavor was decent and really made up for the meal overall. I went to this Chili's for dinner the day that I moved into my apartment in Baltimore. It was a Saturday night. The restaurant was pretty busy. We were seated right away, but it took probably 5 minutes before we were acknowledged by a server. Oh, and that server just let us know that our server would be with us shortly. So another 5 minutes and we finally had our server to the table. The service was pretty mediocre. No one checking on us, no one getting us refills in any kind of timely fashion. When our food came, my mom had ordered fajitas. They didn't bring any of the side veggies (lettuce/tomato) or condiments (sour cream, guac). So she had to wait to get someone's attention and then for them to bring that. I am not a huge fan of Chili's chains to begin with, but my parents love them. A fun place near work where you can get away for a bit. Food is pretty good, not fine dining, but hey, it's a Chili's. A few new ad-on to the menu are pretty good, mainly, the shrimp tacos. I do love them. Their queso is pretty tasty and I really like the Southwestern eggrolls. The service at this particular Chili's is really good - everyone is friendly and efficient. I've been here twice in two months as work brings me to the area and the food tastes mediocre at best. Chili's as a chain has a certain standard for thier franchises and this one complies. However the service is slow, wait staff are clearly 'trying to get through the day' and always in a rush which creates no excitement for the guest unless you are with company and not caring about the hospitality aspect. Food presentation is good however quality ingredients lack. Lettuce brown in salad, over fried chicken tenders that are rubbery to chew, are a few cooking fails to say the least. I gave an extra star for clean and tidy environment which is appreciated. Overall just meh, and I would not come here without a gift card paying for my meal. read more

My second time going to this location. I set at bar area. The service was extremely poor, I felt invisible, the young woman serving the tables took at least 15 minutes to come to my table and then kept ignoring me, but going to the other tables. The first time I was there, I set at the bar, it was kind of the same. It appears that the servers need more training or need to be replaced. When I was about to pay the bill, the little tablet at my table suggested 20% tip. I thought, them people don't even know what TIPS stands for. TIPS To Insure Prompt Service. I usually don't write reviews on franchises, just because one restaurant of the franchise may be great, while the same restaurant in another location may lack in both food and service. But nonetheless, I stopped in for lunch with my mother after getting off work early on one particular day. First Impressions: Walking in, it was just like any other Chili's. The decor was a lot nicer, and it was a little higher class than your regular Chili's. However, it was not crowded and yet it took a long time for anyone to even acknowledge our presence, let alone seat us. Once seated, the waitress was actually very nice and attentive. When looking at the menu, I realized I must not have been here in a long time because a lot of the menu items that I used to order were no longer on the menu. The menu, in my opinion is very small. If you are a lover of fajitas, burgers, etc, then this is the place for you. But it's not a lot of variety. Anywho, after what seemed like an eternity I ordered the Soup of the Day ( which was the Potato Bacon Soup), the Sweet and Smokey Burger with a side of french fries and a lemonade. The Potato Bacon was extremely good. Very cheesy with a lot of bacon and the seasonings they added were superb. That alone I would give four stars. On the other hand the burger left a lot to be desired. Reading the description on the menu, I thought it would be a great burger, with the mango- infused barbecue sauce and Chili's Signature Sauce. Sadly, it didn't live up to the hype and I had a hard time finishing it. The french fries were french fries, nothing special. It's always a gamble when you decide to eat at a franchise though. Every restaurant is different and you never know the quality of the food that you will receive or the service that you will receive. Figured I'd give them another go and again nothing but disappointment. Order the Ultimate Smokehouse and one side was Cole slaw they gave mea tablespoon worth. NO toast or pickles again. I can understand some issues and I am usually not much of a complainer. I have had chips and salsa that actually had a bag of chips SWIMMING in grease in the bag (you could pour the grease), a cookie dessert that was totally RAW with no ice cream!
