Everything was great. All 4 of my sons' and their friends, go-to place for food that is always inexpensive, fast, and delicious.

Raw hamburger, replaced with one that still had plenty of pink, GREASY, soup was barely warm, salad had chunks of lettuce heart, husband's chips were bendable and greasy. Manager was nice enough to comp our meal, and hear feedback. Needs a new team. read more

Was so lucky to visit this gem 6/26 and experience the stellar and sanitary service that they offer here. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and we still received subpar slow as a sloth service. Not only did our waitress seem overwhelmed by the two tables that she was serving but I watched another waitress wait on one of her friends at another table, eat something off her plate and then lick her fingers clean. But wait it gets better. This waitress then went to the back and made a bowl of soup with cheese, that she added with bare hands and delivered to a table. Then she took to-go boxes to a table that was leaving, ALL WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. I have emailed corporate Chili's and received no reply. So heads up if you're in the area and looking to add new germs to your immune system, stop on by. read more

my family ordered Togo tonight and the service is never great, but it's usually semi decent. Tonight Seth answered the phone, put me on hold for several minute and then hung up. I called back, he answered again, asked if he could put me on a hold, and I tried telling him that last time I was on hold for several minute and I was hung up on, before I could finish my sentence I was on hold again. he finally came back after 5 minutes or so and took my order. I went to pick it up and he passed me about a dozen times before I waved him down to ask about my Togo order, and then I waited another 10 minutes or so before I saw him again. tonight was not a good Togo experience and the level of horrible service is getting worse. read more

I am a huge Chili's fan as Tex-Mex is my favorite food. I also dislike chunky salsas. I can eat their chips & salsa every day! I was so glad to find this Chili's in Liberty. Most of the towns in Texas have the same restaurants and Chili's isn't usually one of them. We went right at opening, so the restaurant wasn't busy. We sat at the bar and the bartender brought us Diet cokes per our request. The chips & salsa came right out. I ordered the triple dipper and my hubs ordered his gold standard- a cheeseburger!! The manager was present in the dining area and kitchen. It took a little longer to get our food than expected and the bartender had to get our refills in the kitchen instead of the soda gun at the bar?? Not sure why. Our food finally arrived and it was hot and visually appealing. My little burgers were yummy. The chicken fingers were crisp and delicious. The fried pickles were slightly limp :( My Husband's burger was huge and without onion! Yay. So glad they got that correct. The hubs and I traveled to Liberty recently on business and stopped at Chili's for lunch. We had not been there for quite a long time, so we were hoping for a good meal. We ordered the Ancho Salmon and the low-cal steak meals, both of which were amazing. The salmon was perfectly cooked, grilled crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside, seasoned with a tasty ancho glaze and feta crumbles. It was excellent! And so tasty. The accompanying broccoli and the rice pilaf were both delicious, as well. Hubs enjoyed his steak and salad immensely, too. But that salmon stole the show! I think I could eat that very entree again and again, it was that good. Our server was attentive, the salmon was superb, and we left Chili's extremely satisfied and happy. Wish I lived closer so I could order that meal again tomorrow! read more

I can't stand this Chilis. I had a waitress that I loved that worked there but once she quit I avoid it. The waitresses always seem overwhelmed even when it's slow. They always mess up the order or the food comes out gross. I love chili's just don't like this one. read more

We had a terrible experience. I would give less if I could. We couldn't get waited on and had to ask. When we finally got service, we couldn't get anybody to refill teas. We waited an hour for food for an hour and never saw our waiter. When we asked, we were told he was handling take out. When the food came out, it was cold. Another waiter brought it out, not ours. We never saw him again. We had to pay with the table device. I will never go there again. read more

Don't go here for lunch between 1 to 2 - the help thinks they are on vacation. Manager must go somewhere else for lunch. What looked to be an underage waitress brought us our iced tea then left to spend the rest of the afternoon with her kinfolk across the room - they must have been hired to babysit her. Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of restaurant doesn't serve fajitas on a Saturday night? Apparently the liberty chilis. They didn't have fajitas, or chicken crispers, or broccoli, no wait, they have broccoli, just not the kind anyone would be willing to eat. The chick that took my to go order was rude. I was so livid I forgot to order for myself. Thank God I didn't. So when my order got home, the corndog kids meal I offered for my son was burnt, the broccoli, was disgusting looking/smelling. The pretzel sticks? Stale. The cheesecake? Clearly frozen and thawed a few times. NEVER AGAIN will I waste another $20 here. read more

My husband and I took our daughter and her wife to dinner on 3/9/15. It was about 5:30 pm, and the place was almost empty. We all ordered the 2/$20 dinners, where you choose one appetizer and one dinner from a special list. Our waitress was new, but nice and did her best to keep our drinks full. I asked for the grilled Chicken salad without croutons or any grains. It took about 20 minutes to get the appetizers to our table, and another 15 to get our dinners. When mine arrived, it was a Southwest Chicken salad with corn in it. I asked the waitress if I could get one without corn and she happily took it back to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later, she came back and apologized for the delay; apparently the staff was giving her grief about my salad. I guess I should have apologized to the salad maker for my grain allergy. By the time my salad came, it was time to go, so I asked for a box. One thing that really burned me up was a young waiter of about 19 or 20 wearing a jeans jacket with a Marine emblem and Lance Corporal insignia on the back. On the front of the jacket was a huge stack of medals. My daughter and her wife are Marines; my daughter served in Afghanistan. She and her wife told me that the stack had missing medals(some medals are issued in conjunction with others) and some were worn incorrectly. He had a bronze star. It was very doubtful that he had earned all of these medals; if he had, they would have been worn correctly. So, for a mere $60, I was able to not enjoy my meal and have my daughter and her wife insulted by this waiter. Everyone else said on a scale of 1 to 10, their food was a 7. The appetizers were very good. We won't be back. read more

I ordered classic fajita nachos, because they use to be fresh and delicious! But the meat was freezer burned and had a bad taste as did the nacho chips. The prices are to high for the quality. The cheese on them were the only thing that was good. Will not order nachos again. What happened to good quality food. The person taking the order was not very knowledgeable on what they came with e.g. guacamole/sour cream pico? Then when I picked up the order I saw 6 nachos. I said wow the portion is really small. She apologized. Took my $$ and I left. Once at home it took 10 minutes for me to realize there was a layer of nachos under the top layer! They used foil to separate the nachos. So they say there and got soggy the girl said she's been there 5 months. Everyone should be versed on the appetizers and to go orders. A heads up that there were nachos down under would have helped. read more

my family and I went to this location last night for my birthday. we want to have a nice dinner but it was one of the worst restraints I've been to. first the hostess brought us our drinks but handled my 9 year old daughter my husband's beer instead of her root beer. then our waiter finally came by to take our order but we were not ready so he said he would come back. 15 minutes later we had to ask another waiter to find ours so we can order. finally we order I asked to substitute black beans for French fries he said no problem. we wait another 30 minutes or more for the food (mind you the place wasn't that busy). we get our food and the waiter hands me my plate and burned me (plate was very hot). I almost dropped it on my daughter cuz the waiter didn't warn me it was hot. so by that point I was very upset. now my husband had to request new tortilla cuz the ones they gave him were cold. I order shrimp and fish tacos they were nasty and cold and no French fries either. it takes the waiter 10 more mins to bring hot tortillas back to my husband. at this point I'm about to ask for the manager but my husband talks me out of it plus it was my birthday so I didn't want to make it worse. I still tipped 20% of my bill even though I knew the waiter didn't deserve it. I regret not talking to the manager now. I warned everyone don't eat here I give it 1 star it was that horrible. read more
