Sub par food compared to other locations. Last time I went to this chilis in person, I waited much longer than usual for my normal 3 for me order. Once it came out, meat was barely warm. Fries had practically no seasoning and very little salt. I had to literally ask for a cup of seasoning. Then waitress kept annoying me, coming by every 5 mins asking if I needed something. Horrible service. I called waiting to speak to someone to place a mobile order because their app was not working. I was left on the line for over five minutes. Tried hanging up and calling again. I never got to speak to a representative and I finely just gave up and went somewhere else. I love going to chilis, but that was the last straw for this location. Service suck here. Thought we would come give it a try tonight but it was a epic failure. Waited 15 minutes before they even came asked what we wanted to drink. Food was almost done by the time it came and when it did they brung a drink that wasn't mine ‍. Food came out look great smells great okkkk it's getting better. Wait no silverware at all. Waited another 6/7 minutes on that while our food getting cold. Then to top it off I was seated one seat behind the hostage (person that seats us) and I guess they got bored and was playing with other employees and plucked a piece of paper to our table damn near in my plate at that point I lost my appetite. There was a large group waiting when we got there. We were a party of two and given a 15 min wait time. There were lots of empty tables. I asked if we could be seated and just wait at the table and they said NO. I asked if they had a full staff because I'd had another experience there when half the restaurant was empty and they wouldn't seat anyone because of being short staffed. So they said they would text us and we decided to wait in the bar. Another employee came over and said they were fully staffed. After a few minutes I got a text that read we had been removed from the wait list. I went back to the hostess and ask why. "Well you said you were going to the bar". I said to my friend let's wait at Bear and get a margarita." I guess they overheard that and decided without asking that we would eat at the bar. So we are back on the waitlist. Then another woman came over and said I'll seat you. So we cashed out and were taken to a table. Our waitress was friendly but the food took a long time to come. We got hamburgers and they were barely warm. The meat did not seem freshly cooked. French fries were warm but not hot. The starters, salad and chips and salsa were good. Then when we got ready to pay there was a confusion and we ended up not being able to split our bill. We tried to use the table top check out. I asked a question and 3 people came over and in spite of my saying we wanted to split the bill they kept saying it was split but it was not so I paid for both if us. They told me that the amount was half the bill but it was not. It wasn't a huge deal but just more aggravation. This is a shame. Chilis is a good chain. We have had excellent meals at other Chilis in the past but evidently this Chilis needs better management. Overall this was a disappointing visit. read more

Oh how far this place has fallen.....Food was absolutely terrible, the service was super fast but not accurate. I ordered two different drinks during my stay and they were wrong both times. The dry rubbed baby back ribs were the absolute most pathetic excuse for ribs that I have ever seen, they were dry as the Sahara desert and pork ribs are a very fatty meat so I can't comprehend how long or what kind of cooking you have to do to make them turn to jerky. And when you ask for no jalapeños on the burger, you would think there would be enough common sense amongst the staff to say well if you don't want it on the burger he probably doesn't want it on his fries the fact that they brought me fries loaded down with jalapeños when I asked for none on the burger, just blows my mind. Made a recent visit to this Chilis location and must say that this was the worst experience I ever had at a Chilis. It was really cold and I was sick, so I ordered curbside. After picking it up and returning home. Two bites into my food I get a nice long curly red hair. I call the restaurant and explain what I was experiencing. They tell me I can come back and they will remake it. I wasn't feeling good and asked if I could bring it tomorrow. The manger was incredibly rude and showed no customer consideration. He had an unwarranted attitude and combative. The "manager" Kyle told me if I didn't bring it tonight that it was nothing he could do. He stated " You need to bring it back tonight because I need proof, this is happening way too much so I want to see it." I told him okay, I would bring it back, but due to the inconvenience I did not want more food I would like a refund for having to make a second trip and the lack of customer service. He told me no I could not have a refund. When I asked why, he said because I placed my order online, if I wanted a refund call corporate. When I asked why he said because he could give me a refund but if I wanted to I could leave my name and. Number and he could contact corporate and they would decided if they "wanted" to refund me. I repeated this back to him asking even if I bring the food back, I still may not be refunded. His response "like I said, it's up to corporate as yo if they want to or not." I went there, with the food. He says okay show me the hair. When I do he just stares at it, leaves, without saying anything and then returns a few mins later. Asks me for my info, I inquire again about the refund, he looks at the food and says you want a refund and you are almost all of it. I stare at this mindless body and ask one question, "How, how did I eat most of it when it can with 4 waffles and 4 tenders and one side. The side was never touched and you are holding 3 and a half waffles and tender, what do you mean most of it? Two bites?" The genius didn't even realized they boxed the food into two separate containers. when he does he says okay clam down . I ask again, when will I be refunded. He still never gave a straight answer. We haven't ate at chili's in probably 3/4 years. We decided to try it last night. VERY disappointed. The restaurant was not clean what so ever. Was told our wait was 20 minutes it turned into roughly 45. When we finally sat it took the server another 15 minutes to come to the table. We ordered our drinks 2 lemonades. When they brought them...it was teas. When i got the servers attention and told her about the drinks she rolled her eyes. We also ordered chips and salsa and didn't get it until right before our food came out. We ordered the chicken tender basket with fries and the cajun chicken pasta. It took 30-35 minutes for our food to come out so i expected it to be hot being as they weren't busy. When we placed our order we ordered off the 2 for $25. Being as they was taking so long we told the server we didn't want the desert just to bring us the ticket. My ticket was $50!!!!! But yet, we ordered off the 2 FOR $25?? Doesn't make sense right? So when my husband and I arrived, they said it was a 10-15 minute wait. Ok, gave name and number, he put it in little computer. 10 minutes pass, no call, 15 nothing. I was getting upset, finally after 30 minutes of waiting, a girl comes to me and asked what name we gave, did they delete or lose my name some how?!!
