Came here with family around 230, there were tables open and no host/hostess to seat us, it took about 10-15 minutes to be seated. And even when we did get seated there was still a mess all over the floor! Our waitress was awful, no smile no nothing. She acted like she didn't even wanna be there and didn't even try to listen when my grandfather talked she asked him to repeat himself every time he talked and he talks pretty loud! It took her forever to come and check on us and refill my empty drink. My grilled chicken sandwich was eh, it was supposed to have honey mustard and honestly it looked like the chicken was just greasy or something, no honey mustard flavor at all. Was supposed to have lettuce, had maybe a few little shreds on it. My grandfather got food poisoning from his meal. We definitely won't be giving this chilis our business again. AWFUL! read more

This place was nasty and dirty. The food was cold I ask the waiter no bacon on my burger but she still put bacon on it. The first time she brought it out it was cool I just ask to take it back. But 5 minutes later she brought back another burger with bacon on it. I hate that place. I never had a bad experience from Chili's until I came to this one. And the waiter was gone I had to get up and find other waiters throughout the dinner. read more

My family went to dinner tonight at chili's. Got there around 6:50 seated around 7:20 wanted for service until 7:30. Since we had been sitting at the beer we already knew what we wanted so we ordered by 7:40. Tables around got seated and food and some left before we got our food! We waited til after 8:15 to finally get our food. My daughter's oranges were hot. My steak was cooked well done ordered medium. Of course we did receive several different reason why our food took so long....the chicken was taking longer then normal, the kitchen staff was very short handed, and the kitchen got crazy. Nonetheless we waited almost 45 minute for sub par food....worse service I have ever had at chili's. It will be a while before we go back.... read more

Chili's used to be a great chain but with the recent revamping of their menu (which isn't the best), the service seems to have gone downhill. Do not go later in the evening, you'll be neglected! read more

Had to give it one star . otherwise I would have given it -5. Was the worst experience ever. Waited over 45 minutes to get chips at table then after another 20 minutes told them to forget about queso, Since they hadn't brought it yet. So in all after they had us seated at table it was 1 hour 45 minutes before they brought food to table. By then i had already found manager Jackie and told her I was so aggravated I didn't want my food. Then after that she came to table said she take care of it and greatly reduce the bill since we were almost two hours by the time we got our food. Then when we got the bill the only thing that had been taken off bill was food we didn't eat. Queso we never got and my food I told them they didn't need to bring out and had them take once it arrived at table. Mind you two of the other orders were chicken strips kids and adults that were cold when they got to table so 1/2 of them were left . So of 4 adults and 1 kid only 2 people actually were able to eat . And I might point out 5-6 other tables including parties larger than ours got food before ours. Never had an experience like this at any chili's in the country ever. Avoid this Chili's at all cost they made million excuses for why food was taking so long .. what a great start to New Years thank chili's read more

Above five stars! This has probably been my favorite trip to Chilis ever. Our server, Jennifer, was amazing! She was very attentive. Every time our drinks were close to being empty, she came back with a fresh new drink. Also, we got chips and salsa, and she asked us just the right amount of times if we wanted more chips. It wasn't an annoying amount, and she was just so polite about it. Then at the end when we wanted to pay, I was having trouble with my chilis rewards, and at first she tried to fix it for me, and then she went back and talked to her manager and fixed everything. Not to mention, she went to get us to go cups and made us a fresh new drink. She was just an all around polite person. I was very pleased with my visit and next time I visit the chilis in Killeen, I will definitely ask to be sat in her area. Thank you so much for making this visit so memorable! read more

I want to give this Chili's a 1/2 star bonus but it's yelp so 3 it is. Veterans Day special is a great deal. That in itself is worth raving about. But for the meal I had I just ant give a oof review. I had the chili and salad. The chili is really just beef and chili powder. It was so strong that as I was eating I felt like I was choking on the powder. I could not eat more than 3 bites. My husband tried 2 and even he could not eat it. On the positive side his Cajun chicken penne pasta was great! Fast service, clean and relaxed atmosphere balanced out the rating. I had Chili's tonight and it was very good when i walked in i felt welcomed all the smiles greeting me as i walked in.I had the ribs they were very good i enjoyed my meal the location is in a very good stop its by shopping centers so when you get throw eating you can go shop for a little.my over all score is a five great service,nice people and good food. read more

Everytime we go to chili's we get a table very fast & the food is hot and fresh. The servers always show great customer service skills, keeps the table cleared for us and our drinks are always full. We've gone a few times since living here and everytime our experience is great! I highly recommend going! read more

Good food good staff always there when you need them great place to eat for family or solo

I'd come to this location for a quick bite with some friends and was wondering why it had been so long because I like Chilli's. I was quickly reminded why. The waiter was awesome....That was about it. The food was blah and when we first showed up it was kinda warm inside and smelled like urine (no joke the bathroom smelled better than the restaurant). We ordered drinks but it seemed like the waiter kept coming back to tell us why they couldn't make certain ones because they didn't have whatever ingredients to make it. We were seated quickly and our server was very friendly which made up for the somewhat bad food. My husband ordered a burger and the fries literally tasted like they were moldy. I ordered a fresh mex bowl and it was actually very good. However, the menu said it came with fresh avocado and I didn't see an avocado in my bowl. I wish I knew the name of our server. She was friendly, suggested specials to us and even refilled our drinks without us having to ask. All in all, that was only our first visit. Went tonight for a birthday dinner! We arrived at 7 and didn't get seated till almost 740. Once we finally got seated our waiter came to our table 10 minutes after and when asking if we were all going to be paying separate or together he rolled his eyes as we all said separate and had already started giving some attitude. He showed up with our drinks and yelled across the table asking who's drink was who's while rolling his eyes. After a while he finally came back and told the side of the table I was on that he's been ignoring us bc he doesn't want to deal with some of the people at our table bc they aren't paying attention. He never came to the table to check on us and on many occasions he would just speed by us even when one of us was trying to get his attention. Our "starters" didn't arrive until our meals finally had come and when our meals did come he would again yell when asking who's meal was who's. At this point it's about 9:00 and everyone has been finished yet no one has gotten a check or even asked if we needed anything. I sat there for an hour waiting to get his attention so I could get a refill on my water which also never happened. He was blatantly rude all night and rolled his eyes at about everything anyone asked him. We were all polite throughout the night and didn't get the same energy back. The food wasn't as tasty as it usually is and we also found hair in our bowl of lemons and in more than 1 plate ordered. We've all been to this chili's many times and this is the worst experience we've had. Won't be back for quite a while and if I have ever happen to get him as a waiter again I will make sure to ask for a new one. read more

I have always enjoyed myself when I have gone to Chili's. Its is a happy fun environment and the staff is always fast and friendly. Every server I have ever had makes me feel like we are old friends catching up over a plate of GREAT food. It's like a family reunion every time. Great food, fun, and your favorite people. on a comment about the pictures... what LR failed to mention is that the reason the bartop was empty was because it was just before close, last call had already been done and the last of the guests had already left. there were no more alcoholic beverages being served, in fact, the husband didn't even have a non alcoholic beverage in front of him because he had just come in to pick up his wife from work. I frequent chilis often and know he does this every night. which to stand up for the management, is why they didn't say anything either. he comes in every night, sits in the same seat, usually with no beverage in front of him just before close and waits for her to get off. read more
