I must say that this location really delivered. From the drinks to the appetizers to the entree, the entire dining experience was great and our party was quite large and taken care of greatly! I started out with the queso and chips. It also comes with salsa. It was a good portion size that's sharable with the entire table. I also had the holiday drink that they had. It was so good I had to get two, lol! For my meal I had their popular dish...the Triple Dipper. I had the honey crispers, sliders, and egg rolls. All it was really good and filling. I couldn't eat it all. Our servers were great as well. They were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire afternoon. I always love a good Chili's experience.

It's really great food and really great service the people are so great and really nice people

Told my wife to pick dinner she chose here and I'm glad she did I haven't been to a Chili's in 5 years and the food I got tonight was delicious.

Really dusty railing
Nicole M.

My family and I ate at Chili's this evening and we were sat in a booth as you can see in the photo and the railing and wall that separates the two separate booths was completely dusty and the picture I have provided doesn't even do it justice on just how disgustingly dusty it was not to mention our food is so close to it all you had to do was just blow on it and you would've had dust in your food. It was also caked with dried up condiments, you can tell it obviously has not been wiped down or cleaned in a long while. The other picture I have shown is the meal I had which is a combination plate of ribs chicken strips with corn on the cob french fries and a piece of Texas toast. The chicken strips were so thin it clearly does not look like the picture nor was it appetizing, I was expecting a little thicker chicken strips than that I felt like I was eating a kids meal. The corn on the cob was pretty spicy but with good flavor the only problem was that it was clearly boiled and it was wet and soggy, definitely not the way you want your corn on the cob. Everything else was pretty good and I would probably like to have this again if the corn had been grilled like it should be and the chicken strips were a little larger. I do have to say the service was very nice and besides those two items we did have a good experience. I truly hope that this review is viewed by some type of management at the Johnson City establishment because basic cleaning is a must especially when you have food nearby, you would think this would be a part of their nightly cleaning or at least once a week but clearly that is not the case.

I don't have one bad comment to say about the food. Whitney (our server) was so attentive and kind. My only complaint about this restaurant is that if you sit at the one and only bar table, the seats don't have backs. It's a bit uncomfortable.

The parking is also becoming a problem. We came on a Tuesday night and there was not a single spot so we had to park up the road past the dog park and walk. Not that big of a deal, but they really need to expand parking because cars were all over the place outside the small lot. Prices have gone up since we last came. They changed my favorite dish and it wasn't really indicated on the menu. The salmon used to come with a cream based cabbage with horseradish, but now it's a sweet purple cabbage (maybe pickled?) but it didn't say that on the menu. There wasn't any horseradish flavor in this new interpretation of the dish and the sweet acidic cabbage did not pair well. However, overall, I think it's worth a visit if you're looking for somewhere to have a nice more "upscale" dinner. There's some gems on the menu that I hope they don't change without indicating like the au gratin potatoes.

Food-Cuban sandwich was good and close to the kind you can get in Florida. Other places I've been…read morein the Tennessee area have served their Cubans with a pork chop on it. This sandwich has ham, sliced pork, pickles, cheese, Mayo, and mustard. It was good. The pub hamburger with cheese was large and filling but the bun was stale. I had to peel most of the bread off. I'm sure they would have replaced it if I had asked. I like my cheeseburgers extra cheesy. This was not. So next time I will ask for double cheese. The fries were cooked perfectly. I would like to see them offer a little spice of Cajun type seasoning on the fries but otherwise they were great. Atmosphere-meh looks like something Jon Taffer could renovate. Upon walking into the side door closest to the parking lot, you feel as if you're walking in a back door and as if it's the wrong door but we were greeted with a smiling waitress who was sweet. The women's bathroom sink tile is broken off and in need of repair. It is a large space. I wasn't super impressed with the interior but it has the basics: bar tables, a pool table, televisions, liquor, dart boards and bar decor. This place has A LOT of options for bottled hot sauce, looked like over 30 different bottles. There are 7 televisions to watch from different angles. This is a place where the locals go to eat and drink. It looked as if they are undergoing some remodeling or repairs to the outdoor area. (06/16/2021) Overall, decent. I will try it again. I would have given 4 1/2 stars because the hamburger meat was a little pink even though I asked for well done, they need a larger slice of cheese on the burger, and they really need to update the bathrooms but I don't know the history of the place. Perhaps they just bought it and haven't had a chance to update it. And the cheese thing is a personal choice. Some people probably like just one slice. Classic country music played in the background like Hank Williams, Jr. The menu is extensive!

The outdoor area can be loud due to its close proximity to the busy street. Not really much of a view; just the parking area and passing cars. Plenty of parking in front and to the side. They do have an inside dining area, but the host didn't give us that option. Our waitress was nice but wasn't very knowledgeable about the food; I asked her if the shrimp poboy came on hard or soft bread. She said soft so I ordered that. It was toasted to the point of being rock hard; actually cut my lip on it. Otherwise the poboy was pretty good, just hard to eat. The wife enjoyed her burger, but it wasn't anything special. And neither of us cared much for their side of chips; it's clearly their attempt to be different by not serving the usual French fries. But in our opinions, it's a fail. They were neither a tasty potato chip nor a fry, but something in between, that even ketchup couldn't make tasty. Interesting place to visit once, but I doubt we'll be back.

Here's a polished positive review you can post:…read more We had a fantastic dinner at Aubrey's in Johnson City! The seafood pasta was absolutely delicious, loaded with fresh seafood and tossed in a flavorful sauce that was perfectly balanced. The Boston scrod was cooked to perfection, flaky, tender, and seasoned just right. To top it all off, the peanut butter cheesecake was incredible. Rich, creamy, and full of peanut butter flavor without being overly sweet, it was the perfect ending to a great meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Aubrey's to anyone looking for a consistently excellent dining experience in Johnson City!

Granddaughter ordered the kids chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. I think she got the adult version. It was extreme. She ate maybe three pieces of chicken and two bites of the mac and cheese. She's a Kraft Mac and cheese kid. I thought the Mac and cheese was good. Would have been better if it had a crust on it. The server was very apologetic about my meal and the manager. It was comped. What's funny is that we were in town for the USS Greeneville 30th reunion and our luncheon the next day was from Aubrey's and the steak bites were good. So go figure....
