Steak and shrimp plate. +/- $28
    Alana R.

Food/seasoning was good. They serve bean dip with their chips for those who care. The salsa bar was decent for those with a mild, spicy, or tart palate. Lunchtime (12:45 on a Monday) wasn't busy at all, except for filled window seating. Music was at a proper level, we were able to hear our server unlike other restaurants. Prices were higher as expected for a new opening location and their servings sizes are comparable to other Mexican restaurants.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant around here! When you walk in your greeted with a smile and kindness. Service was super great, attentive, friendly. Atmosphere is super nice. This place is the whole package from ambience, atmosphere, service, location, parking, cleanliness and food

Entering the venue was an incredible experience. The decorations are stunning, and the music is perfectly balanced--not too loud. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. The service was excellent; our waitress was very attentive to our drinks and our needs at the table. When my food arrived, it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back!

Where do I start? What in the white people, no seasonings, bland A mess was that?!?!? For real! This isn't Mexican, nor is it even Tex Mex. Honestly I don't know what it was! My husband ordered a shredded beef burrito (barf) it was like someone made some unseasoned slow cooked pot roast without any of the veggies and slapped it in tortilla and called it a burrito. I had a steak fajita quesadilla and it was even flavorless and sad. The meat tasted like it wasn't seasoned nor even cooked with the peppers and onions. Then just slapped into a tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese and they called it a quesadilla. It was difficult to order because a lot of the menu had weird mix-ins like mushrooms where they don't belong. Please if you're looking for Mexican food RUN ELSEWHERE!!! If you're looking for white people novelty food and atmosphere, this is your place. Service was great, but everything else was awful.

    Tres Carne Fajitas.

Second time here. Had the El Gran Burrito first time (excellent) and the Tres Carne Fajitas (shrimp, skirt steak, chicken) this time. Also ordered the Blackberry Margarita as a splurge and it was yummy but expensive. They have a salsa bar here (refried bean dip comes with chips at the table). I like the salsa bar ..especially the spicy avocado salsa. I wish instead of small cups they had a small dish though. The fajitas were very good with about 6 large shrimp and high quality skirt steak and chicken. Ample serving size ...I ended up taking some home which rarely happens. All the side items...refried beans , pico , rice are very good. We got a Tres Leches to split for dessert. It's was tasty but not quite as delicious as our favorite version at Chuy's. The only downer for me here is the modem Latino music which is that annoying blend of Shakira meets Rap meets EDM . Would much prefer the more traditional Mariachi or at least Tejano music to set the mood. Chente's is definitely a step above most Mexican chain restaurants.

Nothing wrong with that we were greeted with water so we had to decide what we wanted to drink. Highly recommend that you use your phone since the menus are QR code. Prices were pretty fair for the speakeasy. Restrooms were absolutely clean. A few things I noticed that kind of dropped a few Stars was that the Speakeasy was absolutely cold!It had to be about 60° inside. It took a long time for us to be served. Lastly, I noticed some of the staff drinking behind the bar. People here are absolutely friendly , you got all walks of life here and everyone here is having a great time. The staff are dressed for the occasion and it does feel intimate being inside this speakeasy. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back here again. After leaving, you leave through the back door. I do believe that the prices were a bit High compared to other visits of speakeasies I've been to but that's more so on Tennessee's part for the way they Factor checks.

From our parking spot, we spotted Tennessee Hills Distillery and knew we needed to check it out. The Tennessee Hills Distillery opened in the historic Salt House of Jonesborough in 2016. We were immediately impressed with the downtown area of Jonesborough and the salt house in which Tennessee Hills Distillery is located. The building itself is amazing and is something that we would love to have as our own. We are drawn to historic commercial buildings that are being preserved and renovated to house businesses and/or homes. After walking inside, we were even more impressed. They were offering complimentary tastings and we decided to participate. We thought the pineapple upside down cake rum was delicious. They have a wide selection of liquor ranging from whiskey, flavored whiskey, rum, flavored rum, gin and vodka. They also have some nice SWAG for purchase and unique gift items. We purchased a bottle of their Pineapple Upside Down Cake Rum to give to our good friends. Overall, this was a great visit and we highly recommend to others.

While this is in the hotel, I feel like this is a local bar or at least that's how the bartenders treat it. If you're a hotel guest you're ignored and get less service. Yet you get to watch the locals get preferred service. I sat and watched an older female guest go behind the bar, one bartender follow a Middle Aged man out of the bar and when they came back together about 15 mins later, she only talked to him and the other gentleman he was there with not making drinks for anyone but the 2 of them. I saw the bartender who took my order stop making my drink to take care of people she knew. I've had that same bartender when I stayed her before and she was unpleasant last time too, so she must night like out of towners. I wasn't overly hungry so just ordered the fried green tomatoes. They were tasty but very dry. I told her I didn't want remoulade, so got ranch instead, for an additional dollar even though I didn't get the remoulade (and I actually didn't even like their ranch). I may eat in the restaurant again if I stay at the hotel in the future. However I'll look to see who the bartenders are and if it's either of these 2 ladies, I'll probably save money and not give them my business.

It was early afternoon and busy, so we sat at the bar to save time. When we looked at the menu, we thought everything looked pricey but figured it would be worth it. We ordered the namesake dishes: the Chicken Bella Vita for me and the Veal Bella Vita for my husband. Wait staff was very nice and indicated it was a good choice. We also ordered a bottle of wine (way overpriced for what it was). The bread and the extra olive oil dip we ordered were delicious, as were the salads. Then we waited. And waited. Over an hour after finishing our salads, the entrees finally arrived. I'm patient with holiday crowds, but no place should take this long. When the food arrived, I was not impressed by the portions for a $25.99 entree, but I hoped the taste would make up for it. It didn't. There was no taste at all! It was supposed to be a champagne sauce, but it tasted like flavorless biscuit gravy with no salt--and no cheese was offered to help it out. My 'Bella Vita' plate had only about 2 bites of chicken, 3 shrimp, and a few pieces of artichoke with some sun-dried tomatoes. I get that poor planning can make a holiday meal prep a challenge, but we paid full price--over $100 for two people before tip. We won't be returning.
