I was recommended this snow bird brewery place by my hotel concierge. Bad Bad mistake. I walked in it was busy. Tuesday night. I must admit I was Hangry. I was given a menu and sat at bar. Dude ! I ordered a beer. I want for an hour. Drank my beer. An hour went by. No bar tender offered a refill. No waiter came and asked for my meal order. An hour. I was advised it would be an hour for food. But my beer glass was empty for 30 minutes at the bar. Enough of this gripe. I walked over to CHILIS AND ABI was a godsend of a server food was even tastier and beer glass did not sit empty refill after refill. this. I do. My brother is allergic to milk products. We told them of this and they worked feverishly to accommodate him. He got their shrimp and chicken fajitas and did not get sick. My boyfriend and I went to Chili's on Sunday 12/28/25 and had the worst service. We felt like we were being rushed and inconveniencing our server from the get go. Our salads came out with our entrees, so we wanted to eat them, but didn't so our food wouldn't get cold. Our waitress checked on us once, and we said we didn't need anything else and were still eating (our plates still had probably 75% of our food left on them). A couple of minutes later the waitress came back with boxes and left them on our table. We were feeling like our server really wanted us to leave so we just boxed up our meals and paid on the computer at the table and left as quickly as possible. read more

We decided to stop in here as we were trying to find a Mexican restaurant in town. We could not find the Mexican restaurant so we went here. There was a long line so we sat in the bar area. The waitress was really sweet and took our order. We got the three item fajitas. I was a little skeptical about this place after visiting the restroom and noticed how dirty and old the place is. On my way back from the restroom I could see that the kitchen looked like an absolute mess. Crap all over the floor etc. I was thinking omg I hope the food is not going to be nasty. Well, the food was not too bad. Not the best either. I was wishing I would have found the Mexican place I was looking for. I think the name was Jaliscos. Oh well. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had a server by the name of Maddie and I have never experienced such horrible service at any restaurant. She definitely needs retraining for customer service because she did not know anything about patience. Such horrible attitude and didn't understand what she was even doing. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated. I believe the manager was our first contact, and he was very friendly. Our waitress, Brandi, was immediately at our table with menus. We didn't have to wait for more than a minute, and the manager asked for our drink order. A few minutes later, Brandi was there to take our orders. My wife ordered the quesadilla salad, and I ordered the chicken/shrimp pasta. Within 5 minutes the food was delivered...fabulous food! Very flavorful and fresh. Both my wife and I were very pleased. Food takes 3x longer than applebees across the street too Ordering out? Door dash drivers forced to wait almost an hour in the parking lot for your bacon ranch quesadillas. Managed to get a table? You're in luck, after you wait forever for your food you can checkout via the handy table billing device that double/triple charges your card if you can get it to function. This was the surprise hit dinner of our vacation. The ambience was very nice: some TVs playing sports in the corners, but not at all intrusive (which I would really hate), & in general very peaceful & not at all noisy. Abundant good food & excellent service. The buffalo wings were huge! I expected the oh-so-frequently-served "baby" sized wings, but not here. Took about 20min to get some guacamole and the manager is no where to be found and we witnessed about 10 people walk in, wait and leave even when workers walked by, said nothing like they were not even there. This place is horrible. I have tried eating here multiple times thinking it will get better but it doesn't. The service is non existent. The waitresses/waiters don't seem to care about doing their jobs and getting your food or drinks to you. The only time the service was good is when "Kyle" was working. This man is amazing! He was serving many tables and always made sure we had full drinks, chips and our food. Besides Kyle every person we have serving us has been worthless. I'm currently at Chili's and our waiter hasn't come by in 35 min. I can't pay my bill because the kiosk at the table is broken and there's no workers on the floor.
