Yesterday I came in with my family and received the worst service imaginable by a female server . she was rude from the moment we sat down and didn't offer refills or anything . it felt almost as if we were in inconvenience to even having dinner there which I know for a fact that customers shouldn't ever feel that way . it's been a year since the last time I came in there and now I know why its been so long . to be honest I have no plans on returning . the food was disgusting and I seriously took like 2 bites . don't waste your time or money there's so many other restaurants in flagstaff that want your business . read more

Chili's is Chili's. If you've been to one, then this place probably won't be any different than any other one you've been to. The hostesses and servers are upbeat and friendly for the most part, and the food always tastes the same. My only complaint about this particular location is that it's often a pain to pick up your food if you've ordered it online. It takes a while for them to actually come back and attend to you, but they're usually always friendly about it. It's a very convenient location being close to NAU and right off of MIlton. read more

My family and I came here excited and left upset to say the least. We came in and got seated right away, we saw that everyone else looked impatient, we figured they were understaffed and being that we're servers we understood. We looked at the menu decided what we wanted and waited for about 15 minutes. Another couple got seated on the table next to us and not even 5 mins later the server of the section gets their drink order and doesn't acknowledge us. We got up and left. It was clear that he was the server for that section, so I'm unsure as to why we were ignored. We will not be returning. read more

On my most recent order, the manager noticed that I'd forgotten to add an item I usually get with my order, and included it as a courtesy along with a very kind note. My friend, father, and myself all went to Chili's around 7 o'clock and ordered the chicken fajitas and prime rib burrito. Chili's is known for its sizzling fajitas, so my friend and I (we both ordered the fajitas) we're looking forward to them. Unfortunately, we were solely disappointed. Everything about the fajitas were fantastic except for the vegetables; they were composed mainly of under cooked strips of onion, with a handful of bell peppers. The problem was that my friend's bell peppers were undercooked while mine were charred. When we voiced a complaint to the server, however, he handled it FANTASTICALLY. Not only that, but he immediately brought out a replacement salad entree that was fantastic! Overall, the burrito, salad, and everything except for the vegetables were absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic, so 4/5 stars for me. :) read more

My boyfriend and I eat at Chili's all the time. With a college schedule and minimum wage jobs, Chili's provides the perfect date night meal with their 2-for-20 meal deals. We usually get the same thing, both ordering either burgers or the Cajun pasta with the chips and salsa or Texas cheese fries. We always, ALWAYS, have amazing service and amazing food. The atmosphere is pleasant and we can always catch an interesting game on the TV's. Recently, we ordered our usual chips and salsa and a little splurge with getting their delicious skillet queso and the Cajun chicken pasta. However, when our pasta came, both him and I noticed the texture of the noodles to be rubbery and dry. We've never had a problem before so we reported it to our waiter who took it away right away with apologies and a smile, saying he would quickly bring it back better. The next thing we know, the manager comes out apologizing to us and asking what exactly the problem was, as to not repeat it or to give it to any other customers. After she left, the waiter returned with our bill and told us that our queso had been removed from the bill and that they tested the noodles and the batch did seem somewhat under-cooked and apologized repeatedly. We both thanked him repeatedly and left a hefty tip and a note thanking the staff once again. This restaurant has never dissapointed me. Ive been to Chilis with awful service but this one has never let us down. Ive worked for 4 restaurants and have been a manager. I know that sometimes, especially in a lunch rush, things can slip through the cracks. I appreciate the effort by this staff so incredibly much because dining is an experience, its more than the food. its the atmosphere. 5 stars for fixing your mistake and not punishing us for it!! First off let me say the only reason I am giving two stars is because our waiter was fantastic! That truly is the only thing that was good about this place. Are plates were small for the prices we paid and their was hardly any ice in our drinks. The food was just AWFUL! I never tasted such bad sauce on enchiladas ever and their was hardly any meat. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience here tonight. We drove all day and decided to have dinner at Chili's because it's a safe restaurant chain that I've always had a great experience at any place I have gone. Not here. The food was awful. We had chips and salsa to start, and the chips looked like they had been sitting there for days and they just dipped them in oil to give to us. Some were crispy, others where soggy and you could see the oil dripping off. Strawberry lemonade had a bland taste. The chicken salad looked like they opened a bag of grocery store salad bag and placed it on the plate. The chicken had no flavor, was completely cold and did not look or taste fresh. Corn on the cob was cold and chicken crispers were hard to chew. My 5yr old son didn't even eat his pizza and just left it. This is the first time I was a little upset about having to pay 70dls for a meal that was not good. The only reason we almost finished our meals (minus the chicken because it was really bad) is because we were really hungry and didn't want to go somewhere else and wait again. Honestly, it looked like everything coming out of the kitchen was bad because I saw other customers complaining. I will never eat here again. It was really bad. Seemed like the kitchen was way understaffed and was just trying to get food out. read more

Pulled into Flagstaff late after a long drive and just wanted to get a quick meal. I sat in the bar to watch the basketball game. The service was exceptional as they have quite a decent selection of beer on tap. I ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa while I perused the menu and it arrived quickly. When I decided what I wanted, I would be making a few changes to an item on the menu and the wait staff took the order without hesitation. We claimed two seats at the bar , the bartender was a nice kid, yes, we are a little older (50s), but he was right on top of our needs. Sat down right away which is always a plus!! waiter took drink order dropped them off and was gone for long periods of time for no refills. This place is usually really good when I go in person, but the delivery last night was the absolute most disappointing meal of my life. My friend and I were starving and were very tired from moving in, so we thought we'd order some chili's. We each got such a small meal and you'd think they could get the order right, but no. My friend ordered the chicken enchilada meal with rice and beans, and she got no rice and beans. The enchilada was bad quality and there was way too much soggy sauce that gave both of us a stomach ache. I ordered a chicken crisper meal, and they gave me about 4 fries total, all soggy. The chicken I got was some random chopped up, soggy grilled chicken. Also no dipping sauce. This experience made me not want to ever eat from chili's again. Very disappointed. read more

I don't like to give 5 stars unless I think it is truly deserved. As a consumer and customer, I think we should help each other out to establish what best suits our needs at the time. Having said that, this particular Chili's deserves 5 stars for this experience. My husband and I decide to take our youngest two kids to visit our oldest 2 at NAU. Nasty travel got us to Flagstaff at 9pm after leaving Phoenix at 3. We were tired, hungry and a lot bit cranky due to those. My kids and one friend met us for dinner. They arrived about 5 mins prior to us and had a table when we walked in. That's a huge smile because it was crowded with a constant flow. Our server, Noah, I cannot rave enough about. He was cheerful, all smiles and what I can only say is maybe a sixth sense. He was busy, but took time with us. So, let's start the real stuff. We ordered the combo app thing. My kids devoured it. I'm picky. I eat very little and only small bites. I taste everything because I don't usually order my own meal unless I'm sharing. So I taste the app and all of it was really tasty. The fried pickles, which are normally mushy inside, were crisp outside as well as in. The egg rolls were a good consistency on the inside when I assumed they'd be baby food. I was wrong. We ordered the following..a bowl of soup-great flavors, nothing overwhelming and all blended together well; the buffalo chicken sandwich, tasted great and not dry chicken; queso burger- not too much, not too little; bacon burger- moist patty, and juicy veggies; and something I forgot.
