I usually only go here for the happy hour food and drinks. Calvin in the bar area is a phenomenal server! He knows how to make mixed drinks and makes my visit pleasant. read more

Chilis(this location) is lit. All the servers are very friendly, pretty, and handsome. The food is either great or just good. Never eaten bad food here, same with the drinks. I highly recommend this location. Chilis is prime boi. read more

OK may be it was just a off night for our waitress, a smile would go a long way , floor was dirty , no pre buss of glass empty, on table, food just OK no big thing just OK .With all the new people in town you would think the staff would go out of the way to welcom the family's of N.A.U we do come back. read more

Good food, fast service. But, they've taken all the vegetarian main-course items off the menu! e.g. no more cheese enchiladas, just appetizer stuff. That would seem to be bad for business, especially in a town like Flagstaff. read more

Worst dining experience of my life. Aye here on 1/23/16 around 10:30 pm, was greeted with cold unappetizing food that legitimately was awful. Server was nice enough but check took a while to come out. Would not recommend- go downtown and have a good mea at a brewery type place for the same price. read more

Never had a bad experience. Wish the potato skins will still on the menu though. You can never go wrong with the 2 for $20 when you're dining with another person. Last time we went, our waiter Conor was a riot. Had us laughing the whole time. read more

Never can go wrong with the 2 for $20! The steak, bacon burger, quesadillas are all my favorite. Oh and their skillet mashed potatoes !

This place is usually really good when I go in person, but the delivery last night was the absolute most disappointing meal of my life. My friend and I were starving and were very tired from moving in, so we thought we'd order some chili's. We each got such a small meal and you'd think they could get the order right, but no. My friend ordered the chicken enchilada meal with rice and beans, and she got no rice and beans. The enchilada was bad quality and there was way too much soggy sauce that gave both of us a stomach ache. I ordered a chicken crisper meal, and they gave me about 4 fries total, all soggy. The chicken I got was some random chopped up, soggy grilled chicken. Also no dipping sauce. This experience made me not want to ever eat from chili's again. Very disappointed. read more

We visited Chili's last night 12/31/2015. We drive up from Phoenix and stopped there on our way to hotel. We ordered the Texas cheese fries. It came with 2 ranch cups...one of which had a VERY visible black hair foaming on top. We asked our server to have a manager stop by our table. He did and we showed him the hair. He quickly brought us a new ranch, BUT did not compensate us in anyway. Being a former restaurant server, trainer and manager I was shocked. At the very least he should have taken the app of the bill. Very disappointing and we will never return to this chilis again...OHHHH and forgot to mention that there wasn't any avocado on my turkey club....ahhh read more

Probably the worst food I have had at chili's. the beef enchaladas wear unseasoned and dry.

Wasn't seated right away but service was great and everything was cooked perfectly me and my friend joquin were very pleased with everything our server even brought us a chip bowl with a lot of chips very pleased and if I could give a bigger rating I would read more

I don't like to give 5 stars unless I think it is truly deserved. As a consumer and customer, I think we should help each other out to establish what best suits our needs at the time. Having said that, this particular Chili's deserves 5 stars for this experience. My husband and I decide to take our youngest two kids to visit our oldest 2 at NAU. Nasty travel got us to Flagstaff at 9pm after leaving Phoenix at 3. We were tired, hungry and a lot bit cranky due to those. My kids and one friend met us for dinner. They arrived about 5 mins prior to us and had a table when we walked in. That's a huge smile because it was crowded with a constant flow. Our server, Noah, I cannot rave enough about. He was cheerful, all smiles and what I can only say is maybe a sixth sense. He was busy, but took time with us. So, let's start the real stuff. We ordered the combo app thing. My kids devoured it. I'm picky. I eat very little and only small bites. I taste everything because I don't usually order my own meal unless I'm sharing. So I taste the app and all of it was really tasty. The fried pickles, which are normally mushy inside, were crisp outside as well as in. The egg rolls were a good consistency on the inside when I assumed they'd be baby food. I was wrong. We ordered the following..a bowl of soup-great flavors, nothing overwhelming and all blended together well; the buffalo chicken sandwich, tasted great and not dry chicken; queso burger- not too much, not too little; bacon burger- moist patty, and juicy veggies; and something I forgot. Overall, we had an amazing time and Noah made sure we were never lacking or wanting. Don't change a thing. read more

We came in restaurant talked to hostess and said that there were gonna set a table 15min later we asked how much longer the hostess told us oh we don't know we don't have enough tables and we don't know how long it's going to be. Five minutes later they sat us at a table for 10 ppl and our party was of 11!!! To make it worst we had somebody take a drink order another server taking our order, another bringing our appetizers that we order before they brought some chips and salsa the first server said there were going to bring,,,"we had to ask for them" we had a very bad experience here will never come back!!! O is my grade for this Chillis it was our first time and last time here,,,I have to give them a star because Yelp won't let you give them 0000!! read more

If you happen to get Alex as your server, make sure you show him on the menu exactly what you want even if it's from the 2 for $20 combo. But even if you do, he will place the order wrong. When you politely point out that your order is wrong, he will get an attitude and proceed to argue with you that such and such isn't part of the combo options. Even though it is. Even when you show him that such and such is indeed on the menu, he will brush you off, rudely take your plate away, and snap at you "yeah, yeah, your order is coming!" Then, he will continue to help your party, but avoid you and give you bad service. No drink refill. No dipping sauce for my CRISPY chicken crispers - I was afraid to even ask for it! After all that, I lost my appetite, hardly touch my food (who knows what was done to it in the back) and I waited patiently for the rest of my group to finish. Bottom line: Great food. Bad service! read more

My friend and I had the Tripple Dipper appetizer, it was disappointing. It had 2 Sliders, flavorless Onion Rings, and 4 small doughy Southwestern Egg Rolls and 3 very blah dipping sauces, not sure what they were, because they all tasted alike. What was the most disappointing, was that I have had this before, maybe 2 or 3 years ago and it was really good, but what did they do to it? I've had much better Onion Rings at Sonic. I don't now for sure, but the Eggs Rolls, tasted like they were just warmed in the micro-wave,not hot and gummy, yuk! I use to like Chili's,the variety and the atmosphere, but food has really changed. read more

Seemed like they were understaffed but our waitress Alicia and the manager on duty did whatever they could to make sure there was no wait.

Stopped in for chips and salsa in the bar. Heather was our waitress and was really nice. 3.99 margaritas!!!!

I have had the worst service in the bar area recently. I go into the "lounge" area because they always have a good deal on drinks. But, recently the past three times I've been here 1. No one notices we are sitting there 2. The server gets our order wrong/it takes too long for it to come 3. The server doesn't listen to what I say about the check and charges me wrong. Honestly it's exhausting to know that no matter what time of day I will be getting poor service. read more

IF I COULD HAVE JUST ONE RESTAURANT.... It Would Be Chili's.... Always enjoy my dining experience at Chili's. Service is great and they just seem to go out of the way to provide whatever is necessary to keep me coming back. Chili's has an excellent menu with something for everyone. Portions are great... if you walk out of there hungry... well there's something wrong with your tummy!! WOW - now I need to go find a friend and get to Chili's right now... read more

The food tool forever and my steak taste like it was microwaved An thrown in a pan. My boyfriends ribs were dry, cheddar smoked sausage was cold and corn was dried out. Waiter did what he could but poor guy can't do the cooking... I will not return read more

Although our server was great, the restaurant was filthy and the food was mediocre. It's a college town and obviously there are a lot of students working at this location, but they could use some more direction and guidance. Tables near us were left dirty for nearly an hour and as we were leaving, the staff was sweeping a section with about 10 booths, in front of each one was a mound of trash. They had the mounds of garbage on the ground as we were trying to walk through to exit. read more

After a bad dinner the previous night at Olive Garden, decided to try Chili's. We were greeted at the door, seated immediately. Our cashier, Meg was attentive and efficient. She let us linger between the chips/salsa & meal. She reminded me that they have strawberry lemonade which was a nice treat. Even though we were just eating turkey sandwiches, they were tasty and way too much food after all the chips/salsa/queso......A very good experience!!!!!!!! read more

Love Chili's for dinner, but Chili's to go for lunch is a joke. Called in over 30 minutes prior to picking up my order. Confirmed my pick up time with the person on the phone who took my order and it still wasn't ready until 20 minutes after that agreed upon time. I only have a 30 minute lunch break which is why I called it in earlier. I would let this slide as an isolated incident except that the same problem happened to my coworker about a week ago. No apologies were made about why it took so long. I would have complained to the manager in the restaurant but I had run out of time already. read more

this is my all time FAVORITE restaurant, they sell everything from soups-salads-quesadillas-pastas-and MUCH more.

Flagstaff Chili's is the best. I love the food & service, and travel 140 miles from Page to enjoy the great food, atmosphere, and quality service that has always given to us. read more

My group of friend's and myself thought of a great idea one night, "let's eat at chili's!" Although the food we ate was what we expected, the service was not. The hostess was great and so were all the other employees except for one, who happened to be our server for the night. It started with his condescending attitude when he asked for our I.Ds. I get it, it's the law, we get carded all the time but the manor in which he proceeded was just short of horrible. He did a good job at refilling our drinks but that is the only nice thing I can say about the kid. It was a good thing for, us and the resturant atmosphere, that he was not near our table often. I reluctantly left a tip which half my party objected to so I had to hide it under my desert plate. However, our server was not happy with the visual lack of a tip. On my way out he hissed out "pleasantries" heavily laced with sarcasm such as "thank you so much", "oh, please come back" and "thanks for the tip." He hadn't even cleared the table to see his tip. Point of my review is, the cooks were great and everything tasted fine but the treatment we underwent from a scornful server is a sure way to make sure I never visit this establishment in this city again. read more

Great server - very nice. Place had dirty tables everywhere and the staff working so slowly to clean them that some were still dirty after we ate. They were great with the kids - so no complaints about the staff. The fajita portions were so small that fajitas for 2 were not enough for 1 - and the steak was overcooked a lot. In Texas they would have been shut down for portion size and for the weakness of the margarita. It should be called a margarita light. Chips were a bomb and usually Chilis at least gets that right. Kids food was very good - so again they did fine for the kids. When we left the bar floor had at least 3 piles of swept up trash. This could have been dust panned and removed a long time before but was just sitting there. The manager must like messes and trash because it was everywhere and really became unpleasant. I was ready to keep it all to myself but upon seeing the messy bar on the way out we all agreed it was very gross and gave the place a big thumbs down for adults. Kids love it and didn't mind the mess. read more
