Had a party of 10 go in for lunch on Sunday. We were all served our drinks, then apps, then food started coming out. My brother in law all the sudden gasped and held his drink up. There was legitimately a either empty or full cigarette pack crunched in the bottom of his cup! It was disgusting. I got the cup and discretely asked for the manager. The server came back around while I was waiting and took the cup and only said, "who gave you this, I would have seen that." The manager then came out and saw and said he would cover the meal for the person. He would investigate to see how this happened. Never once did anyone come to our table or apologize at any point! When the bill was being paid, it was noted that 10 dollars had been removed. 10 dollars for a person who had literally drank soda with cigarette trash in their cup!! My sister asked for a further discount which they did at 40 dollars. The manager then let her know his night crew doesn't smoke that brand (can't even make this up) so he doesn't know how it got there. Borderline insinuating as we had something to possibly do with it. Abosulty disgusting and will never be back. Staff and management are completely incompetent and clearly need more training in customer service. read more

Juan is our server. His attentiveness is paramount. We are out with our little and her fries came lickety split. They were hot and fresh. The appetizer showed up no more than two minutes later. Drinks were also immediate. Juan's general demeanor was pleasant and out going. He listened and took care of everything we needed. The food we ordered showed up no more than three minutes later. Without doubt the worst meal I have ever had! Shrimp were mushy steak grey color awful

OMG what happened to my favorite Chili's??? You better sit down for this one....cause I can't believe what I am about to post. We were greeted by no one and eventually seated at a dirty table. The host saw this and immediately ran back to grab a wet towel to wipe it down. I ordered cup of chili that looked like poopie and was SOLID....how does that happen? The boneless buffalo wings were overbreaded and the chicken was overcooked and rubbery. Reheated food...not wise.... Well our food was brought out and we got called to the hospital for a grandbaby on the way....so checked out my ribeye which was cooked fine at medium and I got 2 bites of it. Meh... Enchiladas came out overcooked and COLD....gotta go....but we got held up trying to pay the bill...cause manager was trying to comp us the dish. Restaurants listen up.... Had dinner last night . Outdoor seating was very nice . I recommend going about 7ish that's when the sun is almost down . Great staff , friendly and quick . Our meal was yummy and the kids said their meal was ooooh so good . Our waitress was very friendly and came back often to check in . The entire staff were moving and cleaning tables the entire time . Did curbside you pick up on 2/23 for dinner order was 20 minutes late and when they forgot the salad that took another 20-25 minutes to get, plus the servers were rude and unapologetic often yelling at us to move out of the way while waiting for the salad. Tried to call in to talk to a manager for some kind of refund and no one ever answered the phone. I understand being busy but this way completely disappointing. read more

There is ALWAYS a missing item when ordering to go. I wanted to order through the delivery service, but last time they forgot my garlic bread and all our dressings. So I ordered pick up. Followed the instructions that were sent to me saying to text " here " when you arrive. I texted 3 times. Finally had to call after waiting forever and when the server came out she said she didn't receive a message. I said " I sent 3 different texts. " she simply said, " oh, sorry. ". I agree with the recent comments. We too are trying to help out our local restaurants, but this was an unmitigated disaster and I will NEVER give chili's another cent of my money. Our food was so cold it felt like ice. We asked for no cheese on our hamburgers but of course there was cheese on everyone of them. The container our soup was in was barely a quarter full and it was so cold I was worried about salmonella on the chicken. Who knows if it was cooked to completion. They should be ashamed. read more

After spending nearly 3 hours after work on a Friday at the car dealership up the street, we were starving and just wanted something that would satisfy our hunger that didn't involve a drive thru. Enter Chili's where you know what you're getting into and it's usually served pretty quickly. Being that it was 730-ish on a Friday night, the place was packed. I initially put my name down with the hostess for a table, but after a few minutes a spot opened up in the bar area, so we opted to sit in there. Service was reasonably prompt, considering the crowd, though it seemed at first that they weren't sure who had the table. Anyway, food and beverages were the regular Chili's stuff you'd expect. Overall, when you're in a hurry and/or just want something that doesn't require a lot of thinking on your part, Chili's will fit the bill. I haven't been to a Chili's in a loooong time even though it is one of the closest restaurants to my house because the last few times I'd been to a Chili's I was not impressed by either the cost-food value or the service. That said, I came into possession of multiple gift cards for Chili's and decided it was time. In preparation, I signed up online for their rewards program the day before I was planning to go. Figure if I'm going, might as well get some rewards, right? Rewards. Check. We arrive and there are a few people ahead of us and the odd guy running around keeps telling everyone, "it will just be five minutes, it will just be five minutes", but he doesn't write anything down and more people are coming in. Then he has to ask who was next... it was weirder and weirder, but we were seated at a booth in under 10 minutes, it was just really weird. So, they have these little console thingies on the tables so you can log into your rewards, so I did. Our waiter came by and got our beverage order which was only water on that night and then he didn't come back for about 10 minutes! It was weird all over again. Finally, he returns and takes our food order and eventually it arrived. Oh, while taking our order he asks if we want more water, we say yes and he proceeds to fill up my husband's water, but not mine. We ordered the new taco plates and I have to say the tacos are fantastic. I had two shrimp tacos and one carnitas taco and the husband had one fish, one chicken and one carnitas. I loved them; best part of the visit. When delivering our meal a different person brought the food and I asked for more water, she fills up my water, but not my husbands! It was so weird. After that, pretty much we never saw anyone else until we were done eating for a while and our waiter finally showed up to close out or bill. So you can pay your bill on the little device, so I'm doing that, and the good news is I can use the giftcards, the bad news is that weird stuff shows up on there, so some weird messages pops up and it looks like we paid for someone's margarita... when the guy walks by, we ask for help and he goes off and brings backa receipt to us and says the manager is coming to talk to us. While we're waiting, I call and verify the gift card balance and review the receipt and find that it appears, our worries were unfounded. I had the correct balance on the gift card, so all is well. Since the manager never came, we head out. The next day I get an email telling me I earned 0 points for my visit. Great. I send them a message and two days later I get another email saying, "oops. sorry. We fixed that for you." What a pain the behind! Service was ATROCIOUS and that little machine is kind of a pain in the ass, but we have these gift cards, so I expect that i will be going at least three more times to use up the cards and then my rewards. The service at this location is always good. During the lunch hour, it can get a little busy, but they can still handle whatever group you have. Do order the endless soup and salad lunch combo. AWESOME! I wish I remembered the persons name who served us. The whole staff was great! I was there having a girls night with my mom and sisters. I am a vegetarian and the server recommended different dishes and even suggested swapping things out. The server made it so effortless. I had the black bean burger. You don't come to Chilis to get high end dining however I've found that the food is ok. I've only been to this location for lunch and usually end up getting their express lunch which consists of chips and salsa, a salad and soup. Yeah, it's a strange and unhealthy choice however it is quick and it hits the spot. We typically sit inside the bar area just in order to avoid having to wait for a seat and the service has been alright, but nothing outstanding. Chilis menu offers quite a bit of options so there is usually something on the menu for everyone. Their burgers are served with shredded lettuce and I can't say that I am fan of that. I prefer a leafed lettuce so if I want to take it off, it is easily done rather than shredded where if feels like I'm playing a game of Operation. I always sucked at that game. Again, don't expect Chilis to be a top review on Zagat however if you want a quick meal and something to fill the void, not a terrible choice by any means. read more

The dessert was missing in the order and the steak was the absolute grossest steak I have ever had in my life it was not medium rare like requested and the texture was so chewy did not even taste like steak. They were all fun and exciting as a kid, but when you get older you realize it's mediocre food at a reasonable price (inhabited by cougars when the sun goes down). I know there are a lot of kids that need to make a few dollars while they work on their GEDs, but really? How hard is it to remember that i need more water, or that you dropped my fork on the ground and i need a new one? Also, quick tip, if you use the restroom, be careful about courtesy flushing. How sad is it that all the Chili's I've been to have such horrible customer service one that constantly keeps dishing out wrong orders and broken promises while this particular one just doesn't give a hoot about their customers. We walked in with two different families just sitting around and apparently they haven't been serviced yet or put on the waitlist. A crowd of us is just building up at the front and no one is at the counter at all. A girl working the tables at the sports bar looks up and notices us but doesn't even bother to help us out or at the very least, call someone to. When the host finally comes around, she informs us it'll be a 15-20 minute wait before we could be seated. Lovely. From there, it just went to hell. After what seemed forever, we were finally taken to a table in the back and the host plops down the menus for the four of us and ducks out. And we were left there. For practically 15 minutes. We were starving (after a hard day helping our buddies move into a new house) and we could have picked within the minute. Our neighboring patrons noticed our frustration and a girl told us that the waiter was "new". If he's new, he'd better learn better customer service because all of us were getting pissed. The newbie finally showed up to our table and took our orders. It took him 10 minutes to make 2 margaritas, and another 5 minutes before we could get our Coke and a lemonade (what the hell?). Our food took even longer than that it was beyond another 30 minutes before our main dishes were passed out. We didn't have time to savor the food because at this point we were just pissed and hungry and scarfed down our food. And then the bill. Well we got bad service. No one at the front to seat us when we came in. It took us 17 min to order water, then took 30 min for are food. Took us 13 min to eat our food. Took less time to eat than it did to get water. Oh and are bill was messed up and ppl who came in after us got there food first. Glad this will be the last time we come here. We always stop at this location after getting our car serviced. We usually sit in the bar and split something. The bar staff is always calm and cool. We like the vibe, the food and the fast service. This chain has been around for a while, we hope that as the years go by that it doesn't disappear. I highly encourage the fajitas, yummy.
