I've been here a couple times in the last month and there is definitely something wrong with their water and sodas. The last time my husband and I were here we mentioned the water tasted like mildew, I had a margarita and couldn't detect the taste, so we were able to drink something. We assumed it would be fixed by the next time we came in, but we came back last night with some friends and there is still definitely something wrong with all their drinks. Our friends ordered sodas and still tasted a mildewy taste. The water was undrinkable and we thought maybe it was the glasses, so I asked for a water cup to go, but the algae, metallic taste was still there. Maybe the mildew is in the ice?! We mentioned it again to the server (who was awesome, attentive and friendly and pulled my review from a 1 Star up to a 2, but was a 5 on his own) and he said he hadn't heard that, but would mention it to management. I can't believe we would be the only table to taste the mildew in the drinks and hope they clean the lines or do something to fix the disgusting taste in their drinks. The food itself is consistently a 4 for what you expect from a restaurant of this style, but not being able to drink brings the whole experience down. If we do go back I will bring my own bottle of water just in case because it sucks not to be able to drink when you are thirsty and trying to enjoy a meal. read more

Very Bad!! I don't know who runs the kitchen in this place or who is in charge of quality control, but i have ordered from this restaurant Two times this past week and both times they have given me food that is WAY undercooked AKA RAW! The first one was chicken strips way undercooked. If I didnt check my childs food before she ate it she could have gotten really sick from raw chicken. UNACCEPTABLE!! The second thing I ordered that came back RAW was a burger that was supposed to be well done. If you see in the picture that is clearly not well done. It is RAW! I am not sure who will see this or if you will even care but If this is how this location is run there should be some kind of quality control. Whoever is cooking clearly isn't paying any attention to the quality of their food. Since this is the second time I will not be ordering or eating at this location again. They need help because if they don't get it and get it soon someone is going to get really sick and there is a potential for someone to get sick and die! I was a table for one. Was seated quickly but no one acknowledged me or took any kind of order for 15 minutes. I left.

Will not be coming back here. One of our meals were made wrong (it happens not a big deal). Just asked to have it remade without the mayo. Our waitress was nice totally cool about it. The person who brought out the new sandwich literally reached over my son's, head and handed it off. Gave my drink and put her hands in the air like a scene from Blood in and Blood out. Now, I'm not sure what the problem was, came out super hostile. Then proceeded to roll her eyes at us. She acted very put out! I am assuming she was the Manager because she was wearing a really tight small black Pollo shirt. Horrible customer service. Hopefully nothing was done to our food. This was the worst burger that I have ever had at a Chili's . They are usually juicy and tasty. Not at this Chili's . I ordered a Old Timer with cheese no mustard. Also French fries. Plus a side of thousand island and a side of ranch. My friend ordered the enchiladas with double beans no pico on the enchiladas or beans. We got it to go. Big mistake for not checking our food before we left. We got back to the hotel and no thousand and no ranch. The thousand island was for the burger. The patty was over cooked and very dry. Not what I'm used to at Chili's. My normal Chili's there is always meat juices running down my arm. Her meal had pico on everything. So it all went into the trash and we went somewhere else. Place is old and in need of an overhaul... they seated us at a table that was wet and ALL menu's stuck to the table. I asked our server Alexia to please dry it and bring new menu's she instantly had an attitude... she grabbed them wiped it with a napkin brought the same menu's back which were still wet.. oh well, we ordered and when our food came we again asked Alexia for some plastic silverware since ours was dirty got another dirty look... I really love Chili's chain so I'm upset to have to be posting this. We ordered delivery and they use DoorDash to send the food. The dashers are not allowed to open the bags because of Covid-19 to check the order so it's up to the Chili's staff to make sure everything is in the bag. They forgot part of our order and when we called both the store and the dasher, they couldn't give us a refund because they said it needs to be issued through DoorDash. Unfortunately we order directly from the Chili's website so there is no order number created through DoorDash in order to request a refund from! We would have happily just waited if they could resend the order but they wouldn't. Aside from that, the side of broccoli that we ordered had black dots all over it like it had gone bad before steaming and I didn't see it until I already had two or three pieces! I'm pregnant! It makes me sick to think of what I could have just fed my baby. Where is the sanitation?! My husband and myself ducked in for a quick dinner Friday March 1st. We were a little skeptical with the crowd around the hostess station. We were pleasantly surprised to watch Kenzie calmly and cooly assist the tall host who was having some difficulty sorting out the process. A bar booth opened up just as we're being led into the dining room area and we'd asked if we could just grab that instead. Without skipping a beat she took us over and brought menus. Our server Callie was fantastic as well; friendly and efficient. When our dinners were delivered the chef plated the sides before my salmon as the rice was cold and broccoli tepid. Instead of just bringing back fresh rice she'd brought a plate with both sides piping hot! That honestly has NEVER happened. It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Chili's. And after this visit I recall why it's been a while. The food is horrible as in really, really bad. It's not even fair to call it mediocre. However, I will say that our server was great and all the staff was very welcoming and nice. The facility was clean and it felt good to be there. But, sadly none of that makes up for the food. Everything tested like it came out of a bag or a box and was heated up on a steam table or possibly a cheap microwave. A long time ago I use to like Chili's. But somethings not right. Been going to this chili's for years and it's just been a disappointing experience last few times which is a bummer. This last visit went on a Sunday evening , seated right away , not busy so was nice. Server started off great friendly and took order right away then it just kind of went downhill from there, forgot 2 items that had ordered at same time as everything so not sure what happened there. Another major bummer was the table we sat at had a filthy side counter top, even if Covid time or not would think it would be a little more clean than that since it was in the main area as all the tables like pretty easy to spot , even drew some shapes in it while there - yikes. Food all came out on the colder side ( except the cheese curds) so again just an overall crappy experience, maybe just an off night but like I said in the beginning last few times have been like this that's why I even decided to review. read more

We really enjoy eating here...boneless Buffalo Wings, chips & salsa and tableside guacamole, as well as fresh salads and excellent burgers. The service at this location is always consistent, sometimes a little slow but that is only when it is extremely busy. We always get timely refills on our Arnold Palmers, and the Presidente Margaritas are great too. There is a new menu in place, which is vast and looks great. We also noticed that the flatware set ups now come in a small paper bag, straw included, that has a printed history of the Chili's franchise. Nice touch! read more

The food runner saved the day. But the service from our waitress was still pretty horrible. Walked in around 2 or 3 (party of 3) on a Sunday. The chick, "A", for some privacy, just wasn't friendly whatsoever. We got three waters and chips and salsa and the food runner brought out our waters and appetizers. He was super friendly. Food came out fast enough. My mushroom and Swiss burger was a bit cold but I was too hungry to complain. "A" checked on us once. Our ketchup ran out but my boyfriend got up himself and got more (despite "A" passing our tables multiple times and not stopping). I asked for the check and a box. She didn't offer dessert. If you're ordering here for the ease of the convenience and to support your local hospitality staff during the Covid pandemic skip this place! I have purposely went out of my way to support Esco locals by spending my money and over tipping to pay it forward during this hard time. I go and ordered two kids meals and a dessert (pick up only)..roughly $14. I tipped $4. My pick up time is at 5:06, and I arrived at 5. You would expect your food hot right? Wrong. The food is ice cold. I immediately turned around and advised that my food was cold. I was offered fresh food. Great problem solved.. nope not so much. As my food was brought back to my car I was asked what did I think. The cheese was melted onto my burgers and slightly warmed because this is the way fresh food comes out 2min later.. the food was obviously ran through the microwave. I asked directly was the food warmed up. This idiot looks me dead in the face and said nope because I obviously have dumbass written across my forehead. I didn't have the time and patience to deal with unintelligent staff thinking they are getting over so I called and spoke with the manager (Jeff) who issued a refund for my dumpster food. Wait time was very little for a Friday evening during the COVID restrictions. Staff here was very friendly and service was quick. We did have one little issue when dining. We say on the far right side, where the to-go parking was. We had a lot of people pull up and not turn off their LED headlights, and not only were me and my wife blinded, but other diners were squinting as well. As soon as our server saw she offered to shut the curtains and apologized about that. That was completely out of their control, but they did a great job resolving the issue. AND, the food was great!! I really like what Chili's has done with their craft burger menu. I had the old fashioned bacon cheeseburger on this visit. The burgers are thick and juicy with generous toppings. The bun is crisp and flavorful. The only knock on it is that the burger is very juicy and, once you take a bite to open up that patty, the bun does turn soggy pretty quick. I'd concede that it is pretty tough to avoid that issue unless they cook the hell out of the meat - and that would be a bigger issue. It should be noted that the bun isn't soggy when the plate is delivered, it only gets that way once the sear on the burger is broken. On a side note, the menu makes a pretty big push on how wonderful the pickles are. About how they're marinated and sliced extra thick and that they take something like 6 hours to make. While it does seem a tad comical - who orders an entree and pays significant attention to the accompaniment? - that write-up is actually spot on. The pickles really are delicious and add a nice kick to the burger. No ordinary pickles and worthy of a few words on the menu. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews but I go there about twice a month, its me and my 11 year old sons favorite place to go out to eat when its just the two of us. Yes, I am suckered into the one dollar games but its a treat night. We always have fast service and, when I go with my best friend we get the 2 for 20 or 2 for 35 meal and both are great!
