My husband and I ordered from Door Dash tonight and only my half of the order was correct. My husband loves cheese curds and cheesecake so I wanted to surprise him with those. I asked for no cilantro on the cheese curds and they put it on anyway. (I personally love cilantro but he does not). His cheesecake magically turned into a brownie so that's awkward. Thankfully I received a credit from DD but we won't order from here again which is a bummer because my tacos were great. Good food. Service was slow. We ordered the chicken and stake fajitas, both were really good. They have 2 for 1 margaritas. Nothing bad to say about the food or drinks. I've been to several Chili's in the past. Service has either been really good or really bad. You would think being at 50% capacity, the servers would be on point. They were not. Waited 15min to get greeted. One server takes our drink order & apps. Then 5min later, another server says shes going to help us. We wait another 10min for drinks to arrive ( no liquor) then one of them forgot about our nachos because they came with our food. Classic Nachos at Chili's are NOT classic. You get 10 chips in a circle with meat n cheese melted on them. There a tiny scoop of lettuce, sour crm & pico in middle. All for $10. Absolutely not worth it at all. Burgers were juicy. My wife and i are always looking for a good place to dine on date night. We have found a lot of great places around the area, however, when it comes down to it, chilis is our comfort food place. With competitive prices and great selection of food, we find ourselves eating here more times than not. Our waiter, Zeph, was definitly a pleasure to have. We have had him twice now and each time he takes great care of us. For instance, our food was prompt and came out hot and ready. We have had less than exceptional experiences with other waiters on other visits but it felt like he made sure the food was up to par on each order. We even placed an order to go after we finished. We love the white spinach queso. Its by far the best around. Their wings, burgers, frosty beer, and skillets are worth our drive (20 miles). I must say they have great prices and great food offered. Went there for my first actual outing since restaurants had opened back up, and I was highly impressed by how they had everything marked off from the clean tables, and the menus that were disinfected already. I like the fact they had a huge hand sanitizer available for all to use upon entering and all the staff had their masks on and worn correctly! Kudos to you all for working through these hard times and still continuing to provide awesome service while keeping people comfortable and maintaining the social distancing guidelines even in the restaurant. The food was delivered in a timely manner and with a smile too. That made the experience that much better and I recommend people to try if you haven't yet, and see how they are working things out with an ease. Great job Chili's!! read more

I give it a one star review because while I was out with my family. It started off with a 30 minute wait and we were ok with that. We went in and it took 30 min for our food to come out while one person got the wrong order three times before they brought out the right one. Then to make matters worse a member of my family found a barcode (from a box or something) IN HIS BLACK BEANS!! The manager came out and literally did nothing except tell us he would "figure it out" We got one meal free and almost 50% off. Not to mention there were no knives or spoons provided. Our waiter was very attentive and he gave us free chips and got the manager but that was a horrible experience not to mention the fact that we arrived around five were seated at six and didn't get our food until about seven thirty. First time visiting this location, first thing that hit you is that dirty old oil smell, the dining room looked clean, they seem short staff but we were ok with that. Our order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. Biggest complaint was the prices on the bill was higher than listed in the menu. When I asked about this the only answer I received was sorry. We will not be back here or any restaurant that charges more than the listed prices. read more

Went to this Chili's for the first...and last time. They do not have enough staff for this restaurant. Had to wait 15 minutes for the hostess as she was busing tables. Ordered a Cuervo blue margarita which was fabulous, but it took so long to get to me (watched it sitting on the bar for someone to bring it over for way too long). I ordered fried pickles (very good but the coating too thick) and a hamburger. Although I ordered the hamburger as "pink", it came about 45 minutes later we'll done. It was tasty if you like your hamburger done that way. It was loud, which you expect from a Chili's, but there were not enough staff to serve the crowd, although it was not packed, you'd expect they would have enough wait staff and cooks for 6:00 at night. read more

I used to visit this Chili's very often and decided last minute at 7 pm on a Wednesday to come in and was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. I received the text and had to sign into yelp to check my place in line, so I might as well leave a review venting about a wait when there are plenty of open tables, was told that it is because the kitchen is backed up , REALLY I'm only here for the 2 for one drinks. This is a very busy location, but it's great! No matter the wait, the servers are attentive and I love sitting in the lounge or at the bar. The presidente margarita is my favorite! I love the craft beer selection and local beers they offer. It's a definite stop after shopping at the ellenton outlet mall! (Which is probably a huge reason they are so busy!) Okay Chili's! That's it, no more! Third time food is wrong plus $80 for 4 people... I had an order that was severely incorrect. Days later received an e-mail survey, I have my opinion. A week later I was sent gift cards. Once again I ordered, as I went to pay the manager knew the gift cards were ones used as a credit. However they once again made major mistakes. Months passed and we tried curbside service for a third time. Three strikes.. In restraunt service is not much better. Once seated we ordered drinks, 15 minutes later they arrived. Took another 5 minutes for waitress to take food order, 45 minutes later cold food arrived. Spoke with manager, made up with free desserts... I feel like the staff is under scheduled, as well as all around training improvement. Felt staff hide when looking around. Prices have extremely increased or just over charging. read more

Chili's - one of my favorite franchise restaurants. You can almost never go wrong with the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. The fries are always amazing. I wanted to give this Chili's a 5 star review because my gf and I had a great experience for lunch and I'm not sure what the other complaints are about. There was no wait during lunch hour, we received our food quickly, it was delicious. It looks like they recently updated their menu and everything on it looked amazing. We'll probably be going back to a Chili's near us soon to try other menu items. read more

I recently had dinner here and was amazed by the quality and taste of the food. The service was a little slow and I had to wait for awhile for my appetizer but once the food started coming the taste and portion size quickly made me forget the wait. I did read other online reviews of the this restaurant and most complaints were of lack of organization and poor service. To me it seemed the place just needed a few more servers,,, especially at dinner time. The manager came to our table twice to check on us which really impressed us. Ate at this Chili's on 1/20/19. We were seated immediately so I was feeling positive we would have a nice experience after having so many unpleasant experiences. Our server took our drink and appetizer order and it took 10 minutes to get 1 unsweetened and1 sweetened tea. Another 5 minutes to get a margarita. Our chips and salsa appetizer came about 10 minutes later. The chips were soggy and we never got a refill on them once they were empty. I had to flag someone down for a drink refill after I had waited for my server for over 5 minutes. It took almost an hour to get our dinner, to which my fiancé's grandmother's was not cooked to order, my fiancé didn't receive any sides for his fajitas, and my nachos came with no cheese on them. Chili's have a expansive menu with choices for anyone's tastebuds. Love the atmosphere, and decor for a pleasant dining experience. And still no table ready at chili's... we were told when we noticed there were at least 12 tables empty and half of them covered with food that they were at capacity... we are in Florida and our Gov has removed the capacity on restaurants... just poor management!!! read more
