I went here to eat, and ventured off of the chicken fingers. I ordered a basic hamburger without the usual condiments. Before we get there let us discuss the waiter. He was unkempt, hair unbrushed and looked like he hadn't shaved in a week. He was also rude and didn't offer us chips. He was awful. He did not even look at us in the face once. The food was not much better. My burger really had no taste. There were tons of fries, but really how many fries can you eat? I could have done better with the burger patties at Walmart. read more

We love this Chili's, staff is always friendly and everything is clean. We sat in the bar area and the bartender was our waitress, she was working very hard on a Friday afternoon! Took our order and within seconds our waters were coming out to us. Everything was out quickly and at the right temperature, delicious!! I cannot believe all the bad reviews for this Chili's after the wonderful lunch my husband and I had there last week. Being as it's right next to Flame Kabab (my absolute fave!), it was really hard or me to make the decision to go to Chili's instead, but I have loved the Chili's chain for 25+ years so I went for it. Anyway, the service was great and so was the food and the place seemed clean to me. It wasn't packed, but there were quite a few people in there. My old man went for the steak and chicken fajitas - Chili's really knows how to make fajitas. So good (yeah so I stole a few bites when he wasn't looking!). I had some kind of chicken and rice bowl which was very good, but I found myself wishing I had gotten the fajitas myself, or stuck with the BBQ platter I had been eyeing. He obviously was there to take up space.. and he wiped down the same unoccupied table atleast 3 times! So my family went to this location tonight and regret it. Was for sure not a good experience. For starters got there at 945 was seated immediately ok great. My 5yr put his coat in the booth behind us and due to the fact it was closing in a little over an hr I didn't see a problem. A sever came over and started cleaning the table behind us and asked if the stuff was ours, I said oh yes, she said nothing else just kept wiping so thought she was just making sure it wasn't left. Then she rudely says well u need to move it like I'm seating someone here. Like wow really I was I supposed to know this u didn't say anything. Ok not too big but then we wait for forever to get our order taken. Then my food sat on the window ready for over 5 mins and was handed to wrong table passed around then brought back and given to me, ummm eww. So I said um yea I don't want this after someone else handled it. My hubbys food was cold so was kiddos but not really worried about theirs. Then when my remade food came out the burgers were pink and the motz was freezer brunt. Move on to the breaking point I waited for over 20 minutes for server to come to do refills and get bill. Went today, mid afternoon. Seating area was very empty, but we were sat at a small two seat booth. I put my coat on the table next to me. Was told to move it, couldn't keep it at the empty table. Had to eat my meal with my coat on my lap. No one ever came to that table or any of the other ones around us. I could have moved it if they needed to use the table. read more

What the even heck?! So I go to Chilis a well known eating establishment and my waiter just dropped these on the table for us. Do you see the crinkles in our packet? How rude and disgusting! Never eating here again. Makes me wonder if he put his dirty sausage fingers all over my silverware too. Holding them in his fists like some kinda monster. I have to say I am shocked at how much I like this chain restaurant. The food is decent and well priced, especially for the specials which is why we go. Their food is freshly made from scratch & it shows in the taste of it. Compare their salsa to TGI Fridays? It's like comparing a Bentley to the Flinstone's car... Fresh food and good ingredients instead of processed only junk. Even salad dressing is made on site. I really appreciate that there's healthy options and substitutes where needed, always accommodating to switch out something unhealthy for a wiser-choice side. The only way they could improve is maybe more plant based offerings (here's hoping for the future!) We like the food a lot, however, why really keep coming back is the incredible customer service that you get consistently over the years. Anytime there is something wrong the server is empowered to try to make it right & if they can't the do all they can to make up for it, which is more than fair and always appreciated. Got the classic chicken fajitas here today, and I just thought the flour tortillas were small and stale and they only give you three tortillas for a whole lot of food and you end up eating the rest of the food without tortillas and it becomes one big massive taco salad. They don't tell you how many flour tortillas come with the standard fajita platter, so we assume they put on the proper amount? Wrong! OK so all the tomatoes and peppers and onions and pico, was great because it's hard to mess up those fresh toppings! The chicken was kind of bland and taste like cardboard. So you run out of tortillas to make little babies burritos or fajitas and you're there with this big Styrofoam container of taco and chicken toppings, so you eat it with a fork and feel like you were ripped off of the burrito or fajita experience! I would say the overall taste of the meat was a 55% out of 100. The toppings were about a 90% out of 100 in taste. I would not order these fajitas again because I feel you can get fresher toppings and more seasoned meats and probably more food for the buck from one of these family-owned Mexican or Latin restaurants? There are plenty of these small Hispanic restaurants that serve Mexican food and southwestern Tex-Mex, so I'm gonna start trying those instead of the big franchise chains! overall the experience was disappointing and I'm done. read more

Went in today for Mother's Day, It was pretty busy but they were able to seat us within 10 minutes of walking in. The area they were going to seat us was a bit dirty but they managed to clean everything up right away. Our server Katie was absolutely amazing! For how busy it was in there today she managed to remember our whole order and everyone else's that she was serving. Amazing attitude, kept a conversation with us based off of seeing my new GalaxyS8+ - love a server that I can relate to on a certain level. We had an very minor issue with one of our dishes but with no issue she managed to switch it out within 3 minutes with a positive attitude. Refilled our waters with needing to ask, she just knew, and SHE GAVE US LEMONS FOR OUR WATER! That's a huge PLUS! Chili's you need more people like her, I will be back! Thank you! Single worst restaurant experience. I stopped in with a friend and on the waitress' recommendation ordered a medium Rojo burger. It was served to me seared on the outside and cold, mushy and bloody red on the inside. I politely asked for it to be remade and the manager assured me all would be taken care of. When they returned with my burger not only was it over cooked the side of mayo I requested had a JALAPEÑO PEPPER in it. Not on top of the mayo, not in the bottom of the mayo, in the middle of the mayo. The manager assured me that it must have been accidental and not, as I suspected (a smart ass cook who thought he'd play a juvenile game), still I wasn't prepared to continue. I think the smart-ass cook response would have been a bit better answer in my book than "stuff falls in our food all the time". The manager did comp the check since I didn't eat much more than my fries, but their problems run deeper than the surface. I could hear them yelling to each other in the kitchen (as could the rest of customers) as they were remaking the order. TLDR: Unprofessional, unorganized and obviously not in control of what ends up in their food. UPDATE: The General Manager called me today personally to apologize for the experience and promised to look into the situation. (Which meets my expectations). He also offered to mail me a "Be our Guest" card for next visit to any Chili's which exceeded my expectations. So while I didn't have a good experience, Chili's management did follow-up and appear to be doing the right things, so for that I'm increasing my rating. read more

We stopped going to Chilis 4 years ago when we became vegan. There were basically no options for us. But now they have a new menu and our server worked with us to find a meal that went along with our food values. On their website is a pdf that lists which vegetarian things also have dairy or eggs. That is awesome! Because you never know if a restaurant is going to add butter to the rice or potatoes or whatever. The only bad thing was that we were seated near the kitchen and it has an open doorway so I could see all the goings on in there and the trash on the floor and hear the kitchen talk etc. read more

I've been to other Chili's, I worked at a Chili's, I get it, I know what to expect. This location is TERRIBLE!! We went, waited 45 minutes for the wrong and cold burgers to be brought out. The waiter (who only came by after we hunted down the hostess) sent them back and one came back wrong again. By this time it had been almost an hour and 20 minutes and I had to leave. The manager offered a half-hearted apology and no comp. We ended up paying for the 2 sodas (we ordered 1 and a water) just to get out of there. I wont be back. read more
