Talking about a blast from the past. Chili's was my latest crave and happy that I made that choice. I went with my old time favorite, the triple dipper. Ordered the bone in wings, egg rolls and the sliders. Honey chipotle sauce for the wings were a winner. The egg rolls had a few too many beans for me, but still good. I came into Chilis at around 6pm on Saturday evening and there was a bit of a wait. 10 minutes for a party of 2. We were seated and met with one of the best waiters I've ever had, Noah. Noah did an exceptional job and I noticed it wasn't just my table but others around me. The overall restaurant was clean and had plenty of games on which was great to watch. We ordered a variety of food, mozzarella sticks, burger, dip trio, chicken crispers, and some sliders. The sticks were decent, not as good as the hype online. Chicken was solid, and so were the sliders. The burger we got was great! The dip trio was the star tbh. If anyone goes if highly recommended the 3 for me with the upgrade to the dip trio. He got mad and made comments that he was the only one doing everything. I feel sorry for him. Then after he upset my husband so now both are blowing up he tries to apologize... but before that he literally came over to upset my child. He took the game device that are at the tables just to take that away for no reason. It was unnecessary and he clearly doesn't know how to handle children. Now my kid thinks she did something wrong and this man was just upset because he lacked the support he need to do his job well so he took it out on us for no reason but to ultimately make it easier on him by coming to him. First, our appetizer was not correct, my husbands steak fajita's were tough/chewy and he could not eat it, I had to request sour cream 3X's and by the time it came, the loaded fries were cold and I had to request our own refills. This was my last time ordering from Chili's. The restaurant clearly cares less to make the food correctly and appear appetizing. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and a bowl of the potato soup. Everything arrived cold which was crazy for how close we live by the restaurant and I had to microwave the food. The first time I ordered the quesadillas the food was wonderful! They were stuffed full of the items and presentation was nice like how it should be in the restaurant. The past few times there has been little items in it and a couple of the pieces barely had cheese. I did not get the side items for my meal that I requested. I will not be supporting Chili's in the future. This happens each time and they could care less for my repeat business. Sadly, it is just as bad when you eat at the restaurant. read more
