My friend and I decided to visit Chili's for an early afternoon meal during their St Jude Creat a Pepper promotion. We both had the lunch special which included a burger, side, drink and fries. Both burgers were excellent and the fries were on point. The salads were fresh and filling. Ambiance? Well, it's Chili's and they're all pretty much the same. Parking is abundant although I find parking at the door a bit off putting due to traffic flow. Service was excellent. Our server Isaac was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive and went out of his way when it came time for these two seniors to pay the check. And Chili's support of life saving work that St Jude's does in the area of children's cancer raises this Yelper's review from a solid four stars to five. Well done, Chili's, well done. read more

After a substandard experience at this location about a year ago I said to myself that I would not return, but then I found a gift card and did not want to lose that money so for one final time the kid and I went here for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was not busy during the lunch hour. There was one waitress for one side of the restaurant and I am guessing another waitress for the other side. The kid got fries and corn, both were decent and the fries were well-seasoned. I got the the triple dipper or whatever it is called which is basically a choice of 3 things that come in smaller portions. Of course, the order was placed incorrectly so I got things I did not want. The chicken tenders with honey-chipotle sauce were decent and the reason for 2 stars instead of 1 star. The boneless chicken was real chicken and whole pieces of chicken breast, so that was a positive. I did not care of the BBQ sauce at all. The "Big Bites" which are basically sliders were gross and disgusting. The buns were good but the meat was tough and comes with mayo, cheese, and bacon bits. Who eats like that? Service was slow. Getting the food was slow. Getting the bill was slow. By the end I was just praying to just let me go, please let me pay and leave and never, ever return. Yes, I checked and I have no more gift cards for Chilis, so I am now officially liberated once and for all. read more

Came for my birthday and the vibes were immaculate. We were seated so promptly and the triple dipper did not disappoint. Our waiter, Max, had the best energy and provided the best service. Our food and drinks came out quickly and we will definitely be making this a new tradition. We had the best time and I cannot express how amazing the energy was. I even requested for a sports game to be put on, and within minutes it was on every screen that I could see. The manager also checked and made sure everything was good which made us feel so valued. Our server was really sweet and tried very hard to get everything right. I suspect she may have been new to the electronics....touch screens tend to make mistakes FOR you. I ordered the triple dipper, it was fresh and tasty, but not outstanding. My sisters each ordered the same 3for me with different drinks and soup to go. The only glitch was one sister got double meat on her burger by mistake. Our server corrected the bill and we all went home happy. Got some take-out at the Sherman,TX location Thursday night, 12/5/24. We had not intended to do take-out but had to as our elderly aunt (97!) couldn't make it up the walkway without her walker and we didn't have it. It had been a long day and we were disappointed that we could not sit down at a table & enjoy some cocktails. But then I went in to order the take-out and fortunately for me, Brittney (sp?) was on that night. So many times in hospitality these days (my former career, now retired) , you have to deal with employees who are not happy with their job, at the very least, or even rude, at the very worst. And many levels in between. This was not such an occasion. Brittney was wonderful. I forgot all about our disappointment at having to order out. She was efficient, confident, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I hope you know what a treasure she is. We had to wait like 15 to 20 minutes for a table, and while we were waiting an inebriated homeless man was escorted out of the Chili's. The food, however, was pretty good. I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare and it came out pretty medium. My boyfriend ordered the crispy chicken tenders and they were actually pretty good. Not to be confused with Jilly's Grill And Bar, which is owned by Jill, who recently divorced Jack after Jack's freak accident where he fell down and broke his crown. This Chili's is located in the fancy Northwest part of Dallas, close to the Arboretum. It's a nice area and it gets at least some upscale clients, and that's why I find it surprising that the staff is so indifferent and problematic, but that's a corporation for you. And that's Chili's for you. Neither Applebees nor Chili's ever seems to be able to hire a consistently good wait staff, except in unusual circumstances, and it's kind of a shame because the chocolate molten lava cake is good enough to keep coming back for (sometimes, arguably), but the service and main courses and prices definitely are not. read more

This is a 5 star dining experience. People who hate on Chili's need to calm down. Margs are hand shaken 25!!!!! times! Amazing. Molten lava cakes are 10/10.
