Horrible service. We waited about 20 minutes to get any service even after we went up 3 times to ask for some. The host wasn't helpful at all. We even asked a waiter for some service and never came. It took a third try to get someone to serve us. The waiter brought us the wrong appetizer and said he was going to bring us the correct one. The food took way too long. Yesterday we went to the chili's on Wheatland road in Dallas after a very long day at a cheer competition with our daughter. We waited nearly 50 minutes before we ever got drinks! We decided to leave after waiting over an hour and still had no food not even our chips and salsa!! This was the worst service of any restaurant we've ever been too. It was almost intentional... No one smiles or even looks in your direction. There were 4 dirty table right next to us. What an embarrassment to anyone employed at this establishment. No pride or sense of understanding. So we haven't been to Chili's in a while and today I was reminded of why. At first service was good got our drinks waiter was friendly. We order appetizer which arrived 15-20 after we ordered it and that's when it started our appetizer was wrong it took so long that we didn't say anything it would take so long to get it fixed. We order our food and our food arrived 30min after we ordered and my son's order was wrong we send it back and 20 min later waiter remember that we had send it back and she came back with my son's food which was wrong again so we just gave up got the check and left. read more

Mike Reddish- GM, this one is for you. Today on my lunch break, 3 fellow coworkers and myself went this location in order to get some quick grub. We arrived at 11:18am. We waited and eventually sat ourselves. A gentleman named Jermaine finally greeted us and he was fantastic! He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made us forget we sat ourselves. We ordered at 11:29 with Le-Le but never saw her again because a third person came to see us. I don't remember her name in the shuffle but she wore quite a bit of make up (sorry). She was very nice and apologetic but we didn't get any food for another 20 mins. We ordered salad, burger bites , and 2 soups. None of these are extensive to make yet we were finally brought meals at 12:15 in to go boxes. We had already used the ore payment ziosk (which was very convenient) but when we asked to speak to the mgr, we were told "he's helping cook in the back." Hmmm I wonder what he looks like bc we NEVER saw him. To make a bad experience worse we called thrice afterwards to get information but the phone was busy the first time, we were hung up on the second time, and we finally spoke to a lady the third time. If it wasn't for Jermaine and the third waitress/bartender, all would have been lost. We won't be returning but we do hope those servers are acknowledged by the mgr, if he truly exists. read more

As soon as we arrived, we spent several minutes standing by the front waiting to be greeted. There were no servers or hosts in sight. We then attempted to go find a seat however all the tables were dirty. A server then approached us and told us that she would clean a table for us. We waited a few minutes without her coming to get us so we went back and found a halfway decent table in the bar area. We waited about 15 minutes before our server even came to take our order, yet the area wasn't even that busy. One of my friends went to order a margarita but was told that they did not have the right liquor to make the drink. They then proceeded to list off all of the happy hour drinks they could not make so we settled for a whiskey coke. Our food eventually came out however we never received our drinks after requesting them multiple times. Definitely will not be returning. read more

Don't go here. Just don't. My coworkers and I placed a fair sized to go order (it was for four people, so four drinks/sides/entrees. Nothing crazy huge). When my friend got back from picking it up, we realized they forgot the drinks. Not her, she didn't realize there were more drinks and hadn't checked the receipt. I called them and they offered a free dessert for the hassle. So back we go for our drinks. Come back 20 minutes later to work (keep in my mind we have a 40 minute lunch) and realize everyone who ordered shrimp got chicken. (Tex mex bowls). At that point the food was getting cold and some of us had to get back to work. So the nice day of the 4 of us getting to have lunch together (which never happens and Friday was an anomaly) was totally ruined by CHilis screwing up the order 2x. I had a very impressive visit today. I was on my way out of the door because I had been seated for a while and no one had acknowledged me . The manager met me at my car and invited me back into the restaurant. This was somewhat unexpected but very much welcomed. She, Shaterica, went above and beyond to keep my business. Chilis is my fave and always has been, but this chilis in specific has bad management. We called to make a reservation to be seated soon, a party of 12 and we get there and the manager tells us the reservation wasnt valid and wasnt made by a manager so we had to wait 30 min to 45 to get our table. So then we tell him why would they take our reservation and then he said i don't know who did but we have to seat another party before y'all so he showed us where we would be sitting, 1. why would he show us where we would be sitting and not sit us already since theres no one there, then 2. the tables were separated and we told him to push them together and he said they don't put tables together for parties. what???????? Seriously? other chilis and restaurants do. so me and my cousins and family sat in two different tables. The waitress we had was awesome, but hell no this manager was not doing it. read more

I seriously can't say much about this Chili's at all. The food is mediocre, the staff is nice and attentive, but the bathroom was nasty and as soon as you step in the door you smell sewage. That was just off putting. Also, the Traditional Margarita here is not very good which is a true shame. If I want to go to Chili's again, I will make sure it is the one in Cedar Hill. The highlight I will give is that they were able to accommodate our large party after 10 pm. For that, I am grateful. read more

After expressing my displeasure the manager began to cry and left my table. I never raised my voice I never cursed I only told her what had happened and she began to cry and left the table I never ordered food after an hour. I asked for water after 50 minutes. This is absolutely the worst Chili's I have ever visited. I used the app to order food to go and had to wait for my food. When I finally got my food took it home and my burger was burnt and pink. I called Chili's and spoke to a manager who said they apologized and would remake the order. I had to leave my house once again only to find out that Maria the manager did not reorder my food. I had to wait for my food over 30 minutes and ask to speak with Maria the manager. Needless to say Maria NEVER came over to speak with me. I see a manager going in and out of the to go door and guest who it is, Maria. I was sitting and waiting but Maria never says a word to me. Well it's ok because I will not be back. I get home for the second time and the food is dry, over cooked and burnt on the other side of the burger. I do not recommend this location which is On Wheatland road in Dallas. We stopped by to grab a quick lunch after running errands a week ago, and Nikki,I believe... was very attentive to guests walking in. She also double checked making sure our table was clean. Waitress always checked on us and food came out great. Maybe Nikki was the manager, because she did stop by to see if we needed anything on our way out.
