You know, Taco Casa has solid tacos. A better ratio of beef, sour cream, and cheese versus Taco Bell. Ordered with easy lettuce the only thing that perplexed me was you could not add Guacamole without chips. I mean this is 2025. You can add olives to any dish but not guac? They were also great about making accommodations for vegetarians, which we really appreciated.
