My girlfriend and I ordered the fajitas trio and classic ribeye and the triple dipper appetizer. The steak fajitas were undercooked (red), so we had them sent back and they came back over charred. After a couple bites into my steak, I've come to realize that the steak is undercooked and hardly seasoned. I sent it back (I've never sent a steak back, ever) the manager came back with a new steak. At that point it was 30 mins until our movie started in which we already bought tickets for. I informed him of our overall experience and he stated that he'd fix the ticket. As I cut into the new steak, it again is undercooked. At this point Ive completely lost my appetite. My girlfriend's charred fajitas taste better than both ribeyes. This place is terrible. Gave it another chance because I used to like it and Bad experience again. I'm not a complainer but they must of forgot to put our food in this time. Waited 40 minutes and no food. We asked to just pay for our beers and leave. We watched the bartender and server go to manager and tell him what was going on and he literally shrugged his shoulders and walked to the back. Always recieve good service here. Recently went with my 2 week old daughter and they were excellent about putting us in a quieter corner so that I could breastfeed without feeling ashamed. The waiter was not distracted by this, and another waiter came by to see the baby. The prices are great, the specials are too. Love the ziosk. Four stars because of issues with cleanliness. Other than that, the staff has always been nice and attentive and that's because we never see the same staff! read more

I read the other reviews and had to share my experiences. I have been to chili's several times and each time has been wonderful. The very first time we went there it was 5mins to closing and we expected to be turned away but the manager welcomed us openly. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. I recommend the baby back ribs, cajan chicken alfredo and their margaritas. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I've gone there two years running for my birthday and they always give me a free dessert. I have been highly recommending the place to all of my friends and now im recommending it to you. read more

Not vegetarian friendly. They got rid of their portobella meat substitute. Now you only have the option of removing all the meat but having to still pay for it!! Most servers really show they don't wanna be there. I also know because I'm a former employee. Restrooms are almost never clean, or never stocked.dOn't even get me started on the kitchen.... Managment does not really provide a customer satisfaction. Complaints do not go to headquarters. You have to email/ call district manager or corporate yourself. I used to LOVE chilis and eat there once a week maybe? But now they change their menu every month it seems and has since become very vegetarian UNfriendly. They've lost my business. The restaurant needs a good cleaning. The bar service was great, but the food was horrible. They brought my food and set it down on the bar, there was sour cream on the bottom of the plate and it got all over the bar top... I was grossed out. Food is standard chain quality, not great but acceptable. Restaurant is generally dirty -- needs a good scrub down. Dust on window sills, etc. Its obvious they only put minimal effort into cleaning the place. The touch screen devices at the table are fairly disgusting, gotta think about all the other people who didn't wash their hands touching it and then you touch it before eating your dinner. In fact you can actually see all the fingerprint smudges -- GROSS! Also beware of the "entertainment fee" scam -- using certain aspects of the touch screen device will automatically add an additional fee to your bill for seemingly no reason and naturally when its time to pay they're crossing your fingers that you don't argue it off the bill and just pay up. Rip off. All and all won't be returning. I don't like it when the cable company adds random charges to my bill, why would I like a restaurant doing the exact same thing? read more

Yes, I am giving Chilis a 4 star review. If you know me, then you know I don't like chain restaurants. But Chilis is Chilis and you know what you are getting. I somehow end up eating here (the chain in general) more than I would like, but I travel a lot. We ate here on our way to Padre- arrived on a busy Friday night with a wait. We were seated in 20 min and the place was packed. Our server was nice, but she abandoned us in the middle of our dinner because she had another high- maintenance table. Our steak which we ordered MR came out WAY rare. As in inedible rare. We were unable to flag anyone down until we got the check. The manager came over and completely comp'd both our meals. We told him that was unnecessary, but he insisted. THAT is why I am giving Chilis 4 stars instead of 3. The manager took care of us promptly. And honestly, the Tilapia isn't half bad! read more

This location really needs an adjustment of some kind. The food was mediocre, and once we received our food our server hardly came by at all. By the end of our meal we had so many dishes and trash on the table that you couldn't see the table any longer. The only reason I am giving this Chili's location any stars is because of our waiter. He was actually pretty good and wanted to make sure we were satisfied even though we weren't. I ordered Chicken Crispers and my mom ordered pasta. Her chicken pasta was ice cold and her bread looked like they dropped it in water before they put it on her plate. She sent it back and again the bread and food were soggy and cold. I didn't want to send mine back, so I just tolerated it. Mine was also cold and the fries were stale. I promise I am not one to be a frequent complainer about food. This was just awful. Not only was the food awful, their appearance is terrible. All of the booths are torn, walls have scratches and dirt stains and the floors have food and trash everywhere. Perfect example as I am writing this, some girl just wiped down the table behind me. The host tried to sit someone down and they asked if someone could clean it. It still looked extremely dirty. This location needs to really change things. This was by far the dirtiest and grossest location I have been to. Do not eat here. Wish I would've gone to Cheddar's instead. read more

I asked for something that was no longer on the menu and the manager went out of his way and got it made for me., Made me feel like i was important, The food is always great. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The manager Ms. Flores was not at all professional. Actually, worked for me she would be unemployed. Our food was not correct (two of our parties food) waitress tried to explain that is the way it comes out, and cook's fault. Then i asked to speak to manager. She said they gave us child's menu items instead of what we ordered. Said she would talk to cooks about it said it was there fault again. I ordered three meals for pickup, got home and the first sandwich that I ordered was not on the ticket or in the bag . I called and explained the situation to the to go lady and told her the name on the ticket who rang me up, she informed me everyone was ringing up orders under her name which tells me that there is no way to hold anyone accountable for mistakes. The employee then tells me that the manager said they can make me another sandwich but I have to pay for and come and get it . Well duh I was going to pay for it that's why I ordered it in the first place. I declined. With the dining area closed I would guess the to go service along with customer service would be fantastic if not damn near perfect being servers are probably hurting for money more than ever with the current situation. This unfortunately is not the first time we have have used your to go service and had missing items but at least the manager was willing to correct the issue. We might have sat there a few minutes for a table if the waiter in the bar area hadn't told the person at the front to sit us in the bar section. I was thankful! Spent $60 for chillis to go. The online app stinks. Ordered two 2 for $20. Wanted 3with burgers, 1 chicken tender. The app changed it to 2burgers, 2 tenders, I changed it back thinking I fixed it. The app changed it back. Ordered a $ 6.89 gallon of blackberry tea, the cashier stated they were out of gallons which was ok until I realized they had filled the cups full of ice. I bought the gallon of tea so it wouldn't be watered down. Half the order was waiting on counter, the rest we waited for but not long. We also ordered fried pickles and extra onion ring. Staff was pleasant, the place looked clean enough so that's the one star. The burgers were ok, the tenders were dry and tasteless, and lukewarm at best. The fries were cold and soggy. The onion rings were crisp, but cold and not much flavor. We tried them as soon as we got in car and already cold. I should have checked every bag before I left, but I was tired tonight and wanted a decent meal. Was willing to pay a little extra! Never again! Would have called and complained to manager but the cashier didn't put my copy of the ticket in the bag. Oh and the tip of coarse.
