I'm going to have to start going back to this restaurant, we noticed that they have changed their menu around and they gave a lot of other new dishes on it. For a chain restaurant, this spot is pretty solid. Usually don't wait long for a table. Service is typically good.

So disappointed. First of all, there was no skillet queso. They said they are bringing it back, but it is already off the menu. Second, I came for the Wicked wands, on the Witched Brew Marg and the Good Witch Marg. I received my margarita with a plastic straw. I asked about the wand. The waitress said they were out, for both margs. I told her I only ordered it for the wand. She should have disclosed that they were out of wands. I wouldn't have ordered it. And, it did not come in a martini glass, like the picture. Booo! 2 thumbs down. My husband and I ordered the 3 for me. They were out of broccoli. We ordered salads. Have been a couple times in the last month, today being the second. First visit I got the babyback ribs with dry rub and thought they were on the dry side. Wasn't thrilled with it. Wife got potato soup and salad and loved it. So second visit, she orders the same along with some sliders and fries. I got the same ribs with sauce this time and thought they were the better way to go. Mac and cheese that came with them was SALTY. This place is diabolically slow. Never got asked if I needed anything the whole 2 hours my family and I were there. Placed an order for cocktails at 10:15 at 11pm waitress says they were never made and now they are closing like be so fr. Waitress forget all our appetizers. Only person helping was a runner who helped us get most of our drinks napkins silverware etc. do not go unless you wanna wait on yourself. Brought my mom here since she was craving Chili's. The hostess was pleasant and we were able to be seated within 15 min despite the crowd. They are still trying to adhere to CDC Recommendation as social distancing is enforced, all staff is wearing masks, and the booths, tables and chairs are wiped down before anyone is seated. Our server Nicki was excellent and very accommodating. Unfortunately Chili's doesn't have anything that adheres to my lifestyle so I settled for chips and guacamole so that my mom could enjoy a meal. read more

Went in and wasn't greeted, the male server in the front just stared at us and went back to discuss something with the other female server at the tablet. We thought we were in the wrong area so we went to ask some servers near a table if we just seat ourselves and the male server who we saw first finally spoke and said he'll be with us in a minute. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews at all, but our experience was pretty bad. We had a party of 4 and we waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes even though we were originally told 30 minutes . We've never had to wait that long anywhere but we were talking amongst each other so it was okay. We were seated by the manager in a part of the restaurant that was completely empty. He gave us menus and we were there for 20 minutes without anyone coming up to our table for drinks. We left and went somewhere else. Had the worst experience. There's no hand washing between waiting tables to tables and kitchen , especially during this pandemic . Anyway, i had the booth closest to the kitchen, I had turned around to check if my order was ready because I had already been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. When I turned around there's this girl in the assembly line with her hair loose reaching over plates of food under her, which had to be mine. I immediately made a complaint to the manager which he was standing right next to her all in black, which he comes out in the picture I took . So unprofessional. Did not eat my food . Look, I get it. Chili's is a corporate, stale environment when all anyone is looking for is local flavor... I was in town for work, working long days and usually not getting to sit down for dinner until 10:15 pm or so. The food was excellent, cooked perfectly, there was a great tap selection of ice cold beer, and our server was extremely pleasant, regardless of us showing up 30 min before closing time. I hate going anywhere 30 min before closing, let alone a restaurant, but they treated our party more politely than they should have, and in no way put pressure on us to eat and get out. I'm writing a new and updated review because today Chili's let me down. My co workers and I went to Chili's for lunch today. We all love Chili's it's good food and we never get let down. Worst idea ever. Our waitress was HORRIBLE!!!!!! First, they sat us down and she took our drinks down. Waited about 15 min for our 2 waters and 1 sweet tea to come out. We then ordered an appetizer and our meals. We waited about 15 min for our appetizer and one soup to come out. Our waitress never came and checked on us, and when she brought the soup and appetizer out she literally threw it on the table. By this time I'm bothered so I request to speak to the manger (who was no help AT ALL). All she said was she was going to speak with out waitress. About 40 min after ordering our actual meals the waitress brings our food out. Doesn't refill our waters. Doesn't ask if we need anything else. Just drops the plates and leaves. We let it go. We eat our food. Our waters are empty. So we stop our waitress and request some waters togo. She brings us water in kids cups (the smallest cup). So I asked her for a large togo cup of water. My waitress decides to bring me out a large sweet tea togo. Mind you I was drinking water. She had also originally brought me a small togo water. So she knew exactly what I was drinking. It's been almost an hour and she doesn't bring out ticket nor had she posted it on the little tablet. I had to request to speak to the manager again. The manager only took off $4.00 from our tickets and said she would speak with the waitress. I don't know if this waitress was just having a horrible day, but her service sucked as well as her attitude. I know this is mean to say, and I should be nicer but honestly she was rude from the beginning to the end. Maybe next time Chili's will do better. read more
