This was one of my better experiences at Chilis. I got the guacamole burger with fries and avocado ranch on the side. The guacamole burger was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of pink. The avocado ranch was fabulous as well. The fries were less than disappointing. Most of my fries were either stale or burnt. My fiancé got the steak and Mac and cheese. He ordered medium, but there was little to no pink. They definitely let it cook a little to long. He seemed to really enjoy his Mac and cheese. That being said, the service was very lacking. The waitress was pleasant and accommodating. However, she barley came to check on our table. We had to flag her down to get refills and a to-go box. Overall, the food was better then I have had at any other Chilis. I would definitely recommend the guacamole burger but would also recommend to stay away from the fries. The service needs improvement but it was still 5 steps up from the service that I received at the Chillis at Stonecrest Mall. read more

I can be quite unfair to chains. While they have their downsides they do have a place in the market. It was late and we were starving. Many of the independent options had already closed. We started with a few appetizers. I tried the boneless wings. We ordered the Fiery Pepper and Buffalo. The fiery pepper had good flavor, but not enough fire. The buffalo was good too. The chicken its self was just ok. The flavors were enough to cover that up. For my meal I ordered the Beef Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. The quesadilla comes stuffed with steak, shredded cheese, chile spices, bacon and house made ranch. You get pico, sour cream and ancho-chile ranch on the side. It is a solid quesadilla. I enjoyed it. The flavor was fairly good. The service was pretty good. Our server was attentive and very nice. read more

Had a burger cooked to hell and back with the explanation it was cooked past well done for heath risk reasons... All I wanted was Medium Well. Other chains can cook it that way, what health risk requires a burger to be chard and solid gray in the middle? Medium Well has 0 health risks, Anyways I've had decent burgers in the past at Chilli's, this time they dropped the ball. other things we had were prepared good, just an embarrassment of a burger. Manager didn't care about the sub par food stating they're required to over cook the meet. If you want a similar burger, McDonalds is across the street. Sometimes I question why I eat at chains. I've always enjoyed Chili's, but this location is great by Mall of Georgia. Excellent service all around! Had their new Dr. PEPPER baby back ribs cooked over pecan wood. Absolutely wonderful. I recommend that you try these. Had asparagus with cherry tomatoes and skillet cooked garlic mashed potatoes. Celebrating birthday one day early with a great friend and we got the chocolate moulton lava cake to end our dining. Best service and great dining experience. They've moved things up a notch at this location. :-) Bathrooms reminded of a neighborhood place. Not good need to be cleaner. read more

Chili's is our go to when we want a burger. I ordered 3 burgers well done. The burgers were still pink. Ugh. There were 2 orders of chips and salsa and only got one. An order of fries were missing. It's pouring down rain so thought we would call and they hung up on us. So the mashed potatoes , street corn and chili were delicious. I wish they could do "to go"& better. It convenient but alright. Weekend crew at its finest today. Hubs and I go in ,sit in bar area. Took them a few minutes to come greet us all while we were the only other patrons in the bar. I ordered a Bid Light and water, Husband gets a water. We order the Chili Cheese Queso Dip and chips then the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet for dessert. Waitress gets the dessert wrong, she puts Magic Shell instead of hot fudge on it so we send it back. Takes about 20 minutes before the new one comes out, correct this time. We get 2 checks, one for our original order and one for the corrected dessert. We told her we were not paying for a dessert she got wrong. Took her forever to get the manager to correct it but he finally took it off. Her service sucked, she was to busy chatting with her buddies instead of focusing on the customer. I've been to plenty of other Chili's and this one may be my least favorite. Walking in we got seated right away, although our hostess wasn't very ecstatic to see us. Customer service is key in my book. Also for a Sunday afternoon, they didn't seem too packed. I refuse to sit near the bar area because they're service is terrible. Now I know it's kind of a self serve ordeal, but come on, 45 minutes for our food? Unacceptable. This time around we got seated at a booth, thank you! I almost ALWAYS get the Cajun chicken pasta ( $11 ) And my husband this time around got the fillet mignon - usually $15 We did the 2 for $20 dinner which comes with an appetizer as well. He chose the Texas cheese fries where I would've chosen the chips and salsa. The Cajun chicken pasta is always great but this time around my toast was more than burnt and I didn't get as much sauce like I usually would. The fillet was better than my pasta in my opinion. Maybe it was cause I regret ordering the pasta. Medium rare cooked to perfection. Not so much his sides though. Broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The broccoli could've been cooked a little longer and it would've tasted less like a tree bark. I love love LOVE mashed potatoes but theirs was way too dry. Did I mention I LOVE potatoes? Not a good look if I don't like your potatoes. We barely even saw our server as well. What was her name? Came to Chili's on a Sunday night with 10 baseball players, their siblings and parents. Not a good start. Ordered the cajun ribeye, monterrey chicken, and burgers, mac/cheese and wings for the children. It took them about an hour to fill their orders for everyone. Understandable as aforementioned above. My big beef is that we were the first ones to order and were almost the last ones to get our order. Now, the margaritas at Chili's are always well made; Yeungling beer is da best, but the food is acceptable for a baseball team coming after a tournament... in which they WON! Nope. Nada. Never again. My sister & I went here today for lunch. (Monday afternoon around 230PM). so its not prime time either for lunch. We get there & are told the wait is 15-20 min. I SHOULD have just walked out then but i decided to stay no problem. We waited and waited. The lady at the front said that if I see a booth open up its first come first serve and I can go sit..ehhh shouldn't you be in charge of that? Fast forward we finally get a seat and we wait again for the waitress to come ask us for our drinks. I originally wanted chicken sliders instead of the beef ones they had. Religiously, I can not eat beef so i asked her nicely if we could substitute chicken instead. Her response: "No its beef only". (Ermm. Okay. usually restaurants CAN be accommodating). Then I saw the chicken quesadilla so I said sure why not & I asked her if the lettuce and sour cream thats on top in the picture on the menu, if that comes with it. She said No. I mean you saw that I wanted the lettuce and sour cream. You could have provided me with options or SOMETHING instead of a straight up no. Oh but I can get the lettuce and sour cream on the side...lol Why not just put it on the top then? We waited a good while for our food to come. Finally it came out & EW. it just tasted sweet and gross and the lettuce didn't look fresh or anything. BEST PART: Mine and my sisters' stomachs were messed up! And they STILL are as I type this. More so mine. So it looks like I paid $27 and some change for a stomach ache and I didn't even finish my food. THANKS Chili's. Not coming back and thanks for wasting my money. read more

We try not to do chain restaurants much, but decided for a low key quick dinner and tonight was nearly perfect! Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was on point all night! Drinks always filled, food out fast, and very cheerful and seemed excited to be there! The place was pretty clean (4 out of 5) and a lot of people enjoying their dinner! First of all, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for anyone to notice my two sisters and me. Where's the hostess or host?? -shakes her head- We get seated in a booth (thank goodness we weren't near the restrooms).. BUT the chairs were dirty (had crumbs all over) and the table was not wiped down clean. Our waitresses, Daisy and Katie (I forgot the second waitress' name, oh well) weren't very friendly. Daisy looked like she was just doing her job as our server and Katie (the second waitress) looked annoyed and didn't even break a smile to us. This bothered me A LOT! Aren't waitresses suppose to be friendly and bubbly towards their customers?? Doesn't matter if you're a female or a male??! Goodness! Visited this location last week and it was a fantastic experience. Very slow, but we are used to that at Chili's. Server was great, and very responsive - it is the kitchen that is slow. Drinks were refreshed constantly, she checked on us frequently. The food was great. I haven't had a good eat out in a while, this was very nice. read more

We attend this location often. We love Chili's and most of the waiters and waitresses. Bartenders, Sheri & Kristi, are professional, caring and genuine. The kitchen has been slow the past several times we've been, but that isn't the server, it's the kitchen. We will continue to visit this location, but hopefully the kitchen will improve. read more

Terrible. We sat in the bar area because we can typically just go sit; not at this location. Every table was dirty and needed to be cleared from the previous diners. Once the tables were clear the area filled up with everyone who was waiting at the door when we came in. We did notice that tables again remained dirty as people left and were not cleared quickly. My wife ordered a triple dipper and I had the mixed fajitas. When her triple dipper came out there was less than half the bowl worth of spinage and artichoke dip. We asked the server if that was the normal amount they give. Naturally it should have been full so they gave her another one, this time full. The fajitas are mediocre at best. The toppings barely cover one let alone three tortillas. I won't be returning to this Chili's location again. read more

Often times order to-go from this Chili's when I want something quick and my past experiences have been nothing special but nothing terrible. However, after today I may find a new chain for my to-go orders. Was highly disappointed at the lack of service at the to-go station as well as getting someone to answer the phone when calling it in. The staff did repeat my order back to me while on the phone which is great and said to be their to pick my order up in 15 min or so which is a reasonable time. Once parked in the to-go spot after 15 min. I waited and waited and waited a little bit more until finally I had to get out and go check on things for myself and pickup/pay for my food. Overall- staff couldn't get it together with running the to-go station and waiting that long for chain food to-go is unnecessary. Would I go back in the future? Too many other restaurants like Chili's in this area that may offer quicker/better service; so no. read more

This is a fair restaurant especially considering how busy the area is that they are in. However, while this is extremely busy area the wait time for food is pretty long (at least an hour every time I have come). The food for the most part is decent considering this is a chain restaurant. I would actually say it is pretty good considering. However tonight when my fiancé ordered the rice and beans with his quesadilla and soft tacos, the rice was undercooked. I have also had the potato soup from here before and it had been watery, and not thick and creamy. The margherita flatbread is delicious, as is the southwest Mac and cheese. All in all this an average restaurant, but not anything to write home about. read more

If I could leave zeros stars I would. I don't know why anyone would ever come back to this place. We walked in and it took forever to get seated then the guy said to wait while he cleaned a table. Next we order and the waitress comes back and says they are out of broccoli. Ok fine to substitute for another vegetable but the food comes and guess what; no veggie; still cooking. Next my son orders corn tortillas with his fajitas (gluten intolerance) and guess what; they brought flour. So he basically eats his fajitas without any tortillas and when they finally manage to bring the corn tortillas they are ice cold like they just pulled them out of the refrigerator. Guess what still no asparagus. So finally the asparagus arrives but my wife was done with her by by then. So we get it to go. We had also ordered cheesecake for desert. We got the ice cream and cookie so by that time we are so frustrated that we just take the cookie and forget what we actually ordered. And finally to top it all off, our waitress asks us if we wouldn't mind cleaning our table and stacking all of our dishes on the edge bc they have to do some cleaning. This Chili's is pretty mediocre. Been here a few times and the food has always been simply okay. (Other locations, such as Flower Branch is much better). During my last visit here, I had their enchilada soup which honestly wasn't very good and it came out a little cold. I recommended their Margarita chicken bowl, it's always delicious! Or their ranchero chicken tacos. Also, avoid their chips and guacamole. The chips are awful and the guacamole doesn't taste fresh. If you're in the mood for real Tex-Mex, On The Border across the street is a lot better and Chili's is just a bad imitation. read more

Waited almost 30 minutes and didn't even get drinks. Host found us a table right away but waitress never came by. After about 10 minutes we asked the host and he said he'll send someone. 5 minutes later another party was given a table next to us and their waiter came in right away and took the order for their drinks, he came to us and said that the waitress would be with us soon but he still took the order for our drinks. He brought in the drinks for his table but didn't bring ours. We talked to the host again as he was walking by and told him that we were still waiting for our drinks, he said he would get them for us but drinks never came. After almost half hour we decided to walk out and went to the chili's on Hamilton mill where they provided excellent service. read more

So, I wasn't going to say anything but for the 2nd time now my family and I tried to eat at chili's mall of GA. The first time we waited for about 10 mins and no one came to take our drink orders, nothing. I have a toddler so that's just not acceptable. The second visit, which was today, the restaurant was pretty empty. Maybe 5 tables of people. We were sat quickly and then nothing. 3 different employees walked past our table talking about how slow the restaurant has been this past week but still no one came by our table. The guy who's table I could see from ours and who was sat seconds before us got his drink, appetizer, and order placed, meanwhile we were ignored. The cherry on top is there was a table of 2 manager right next to us who saw us sitting there forever and I know heard me saying where our sever but did nothing. Wow, just wow. Highly disappointed.
