Honestly surprised at the negative reviews based on our experience, but each day and experience can differ. We came in and were pretty immediately seated. Our waitress was very friendly and quick with the drinks we ordered...she even brought a second soda for us to make sure we wouldn't run out. Our appetizers/starters came out quickly and then main dishes. I had the quesadilla explosion salad and it was crisp and flavorful. It's also a HUGE salad so I took about half of it home. Went last weekend with my daughter and had the mushroom Swiss butter, fries, and a traditional Margarita Presidente. Waitress was really nice and attentive. No wait when we got there and were were immediately seated in a nice big booth. It was busy for a Saturday night, but service was still great. This location has gotten so much better since the last time I visited, early last year. Margarita Presidente will always be my favorite drink from here!!!! Since 1999 it has always tasted the same! My son had the chicken ranch quesadilla with the loaded mac & cheese and that was really good as well. our cokes were never empty. i have been here many times and it's been great until recently. we had a server don't remember her name maybe starts with a K but she was a dirty blonde with glasses with tats on her arms . horrible service, she checked on us maybe only twice for the whole entire time we were there it was unbelievable. we were waiting on her to come by and she literally SAT down with her co worker and just talked we could literally hear them laughing while we had been sitting there for 10 minutes WAITING for her to come back. i asked her for sauce, she forgot it she NEVER gave it to me. i had to ask another girl and she gave it to me so quick. overall service was bad food was ok. this genuinely was the worst experience i've ever had here. i will not be coming back. read more

Yeah triple dipper is one of the best things I've put in my mouth. I love the crunch from the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The crispiness of the chicken tenders and the sweetness combination from the honey chipotle is delicious. The sliders were great with the caramelized onions on it. WOW. The service however, it was subpar, we showed up granted at 10pm, when they close at 11pm, but we had the initial intentions of leaving before closing so it was a quick in-and-out. We tipped, said thank you to everything, and intentionally tried to make anything complicated. Our waitress though seemed a little passive aggressive with the attitude. We all placed our orders, not being difficult, and one had to need another minute to order, and our waitress came back completely silent and just stared. The ambiance here is very nice. It's great for a lunch or dinner with friends. It's also nice for a date night. If you're looking for someone to go to see a good game, they have TVs posted of football, baseball or some type of sport. There's also a full bar to get your drink on. I had the boss burger and it was quite disappointing. It was lacking so much flavor. A big beautiful burger with no taste. Damn, so sad. My husband had the appetizer. It was my first time in this location and I don't have any complaints. The food was fresh, and cooked to order (you can tell). After a long day of walking around, we decided to stop by and get some food and drinks. I ordered the $5 Monthly Margarita: The Fantastic 'Rita (hand-shaken blend of Tito's, Lunazul Tequila, cranberry juice and sour mix). My boyfriend ordered the Captain's Castaway (coconut rum, captain Morgan, mango puree & pineapple juice). Both drinks were great! I ordered the Triple Dipper. This means you can choose three items from the appetizer menu. I choose BBQ boneless wings, Southwestern Eggrolls (chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, spinach. Served with avocado-ranch), and the burger sliders. I like the idea of trying different stuff from the menu, in general, everything was pretty good. The egg rolls are actually giant, and very tasty. The burgers and wings are great as well. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich (crispy chicken with spicy Buffalo sauce, tomato, lettuce, house-made ranch on a brioche bun). He keeps ordering this every time, so must be good LOL. If you sign up for their email club (Chili's Rewards) you can get free Chips & Salsa or a Non-Alcoholic Beverage by visiting participating Chili's at least once every 60 days. Plus sometimes they will send a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert. We decided to get the Molten Chocolate Cake. It's a chocolate cake with a molten chocolate center, topped with vanilla ice cream in a chocolate shell. So, SO good. All that food for only $30, very affordable and good food. This man, named Tanner, had the most infectious smile and charismatic demeanor I've ever seen. He greeted me and seated me with a smile. Asked politely for help for DoorDash woman with dirty brown hair and glasses, kept on giving me dirty, looks and prioritizing every single order before mine, and then guy with curly hair behind the bar, literally was laughing at me and saying how some people think they're more worthy of being prioritized than others and that's not even know what I meant. We came in for some post dinner cocktails after going to Seasons 52. The bartender recommended the Watermelon Titos margarita and it was horrible. It was way too sweet and tasted like all mix. My wife complained about it being too sweet and so did the couple next to us and the bartender looked over it. I even bought a patron Margarita STILL not drinking the Watermelon marg and she looked over that and didn't offer to exchange it even after complaints. Terrible service and bartenders care more about 10 bucks than servicing their customers. Never seen that before when most of the people aren't drinking your trash drinks. The bartender was a light skinned woman who clearly was ready to leave. We would've ordered more drinks but just decided to leave after that service. Do better. read more

What a night to remember at Chili's... I have no clue what happened to these guys but let me start off by saying I was served by a man that may or may not have worked at this restaurant in full street clothes that I think might have been an employee that was off but responding to a severely understaffed situation. When I say street clothes I mean a midriff ending six inches above his belly button. The bar tender was taking orders at every table in the entire restaurant and there were no other employees to be seen. I have eaten at this Chili's and had great service many times but this is the one time I will never forget. 10min for beer, 20min for queso that came out 30 seconds behind my lukewarm chicken crispers. It was not busy inside at all and all though my food was ready and setting in the pick up tray with other pick up food orders like Grub Hub and Uber Eats. I dined here last night with the family for dinner. We came for an early dinner so it wasn't too busy. It did get busier as the night progressed. I ordered the sunrise burger, my husband had the ultimate bacon burger and our little ones had the chicken nuggets and pepperoni pizza. The kids' meals were brought out first then our burgers came shortly after. My burger was delicious and totally hit the spot! My husband really enjoyed his burger and devoured it within minutes. The kids also seemed to enjoy their meals. Our server was nice and attentive. What really impressed me about last night was when my one year old had a mini meltdown and another server came over to talk to him and he calmed down immediately. I thought that was really sweet! Today is the 2nd time where I've came to this Chili's and waited over 15 minutes just for a waitress to take our drink orders. Today, we waited another 15 and just left. This location needs better management. I grew up on Chili's as a kid, my dad was the Managing Partner. The experience today is very disappointing. I will never come here again. Don't come here hungry. If you're hungry, call the manager when you arrive and let them know you're there, or you might get ignored. It also took 40 minutes for a kids slider, and the chicken mex bowl. 40 minutes!! Ridiculous! Don't ask to speak to the manager, customers are not priority, and you'll wait wait wait.
