Yeah triple dipper is one of the best things I've put in my mouth. I love the crunch from the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The crispiness of the chicken tenders and the sweetness combination from the honey chipotle is delicious. The sliders were great with the caramelized onions on it. WOW. The service however, it was subpar, we showed up granted at 10pm, when they close at 11pm, but we had the initial intentions of leaving before closing so it was a quick in-and-out. We came in for some post dinner cocktails after going to Seasons 52. The bartender recommended the Watermelon Titos margarita and it was horrible. It was way too sweet and tasted like all mix. My wife complained about it being too sweet and so did the couple next to us and the bartender looked over it. I even bought a patron Margarita STILL not drinking the Watermelon marg and she looked over that and didn't offer to exchange it even after complaints. Terrible service and bartenders care more about 10 bucks than servicing their customers. Never seen that before when most of the people aren't drinking your trash drinks. I have no clue what happened to these guys but let me start off by saying I was served by a man that may or may not have worked at this restaurant in full street clothes that I think might have been an employee that was off but responding to a severely understaffed situation. When I say street clothes I mean a midriff ending six inches above his belly button. The bar tender was taking orders at every table in the entire restaurant and there were no other employees to be seen. I have eaten at this Chili's and had great service many times but this is the one time I will never forget. 10min for beer, 20min for queso that came out 30 seconds behind my lukewarm chicken crispers. The kids' meals were brought out first then our burgers came shortly after. My burger was delicious and totally hit the spot! My husband really enjoyed his burger and devoured it within minutes. This location needs better management. I grew up on Chili's as a kid, my dad was the Managing Partner. The experience today is very disappointing. I will never come here again. Don't come here hungry. If you're hungry, call the manager when you arrive and let them know you're there, or you might get ignored.
