After driving a bit, looking for a place that was open after 11pm we finally ended up here. We're hungry, just give us food. Got in, place was almost empty. Sat us down and we notice the table was wet, seats were wet, and not clean. Obviously (on our own) we decided to change tables - my menu was dripping - disgusting. Why I gave 3 start instead of 2 after this? Because the waitress tried to be more attentive after that, and the food was good. I had the Smoking Big Bites (sliders) and really liked them. They come with fires and a bit of onion rings and a side or jalapeno ranch dressing. No need for ketchup, mustard, or anything else. Big enough that I couldn't finish it all even when I wanted to. They also have 2 for 1 drinks. The other thing that I liked is that they've partnered with St. Jude, so you can donate, on your tab to them, and depending on how much you give they have some gifts for you (like for $5 donation you get a key that home depot will cut for you for free). I received a gift card for Chili's, so I went online and ordered my dinner while at work. When I arrived, I picked up my order at the bar. The bartender/server was attentive and when I asked for extra salsa, he said he'd give me two large containers. And he did! My big mouth burgers were cooked to perfection and tasted great. I always go to this location because it's across the street from our house. We went recently with our family for lunch. There were 10 of us and the waitress got our drink orders. She was very organized and quick. Didn't have to wait long for drinks. I ordered a smothered chicken burrito. I was great! Surprisingly .. I usually never like anything at Chilli's. So today being my sisters first time out in 5 years due to illness . We came here for a bite . It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. My sister not allowed to have specific items told this the the waiter . Her salad had spicy Santa Fe mix on it . Trying to get his attention was ridiculous. We finally asked a host for help . They took back her salad we waited 15 minutes. Started it all from scratch . Did he come back to check nope . Asked the host for more dressing . By far the worst Chilis I have ever been to in my life. I have been a Chilis fan and regular for more then 15 years. However, I will never be coming back to this location and am extremely dissatisfied in the customer service here and how they treat their customers. I was accused of calling a server a "cunt" and aggressively approached by her boyfriend who is a bartender at the location. The manager of the location acknowledged and apologized that I never said a word to the server. Unfortunately, the false accusations ruined my experience at this location and are completely unacceptable. Both employees should face consequences for their actions. I wanted to give a better review because our waitress was so nice and quick with our order in service. Upon walking in the resturant only half of it was available for seating the other half completely empty and we had to wait 10 minutes to get seated for dinner. Usually not a bad wait, just curious why only half the restaurant was open. The floor, the tables, the chairs, the windows...everything needs a good overhaul scrubbing and cleaning as the place smells musty. Ordered chips and salsa, the chips were oily and the salsa filtered down with water. I ordered the shrimp tacos and I was a little hesitant as I wasn't sure if they would taste good. First, I ordered 2 frozen strawberry house margaritas. I received 2 margaritas on the rocks and was told they were probably just sitting... No, they are on the rocks and were never frozen. Had an unfortunate experience at Chili's in West Boca. Smh. Go to the location by the Town Center mall instead. I was ignored, our orders were messed up and our waitress never checked on us. When I called this to her attention, she ignored it. I asked to speak with a manager, he defended her. He "cleaned " the table with a wet, questionable dingy rag, pushing all the dirt on the floor and left leaving the menu on the wet and sticky table. I took some cocktail napkins from the bar to clean the table. At that point if we weren't very hungry we would've left. The waitress came to take our order (I wish I remembered her name, her presence was the only good thing in that place). The food was awful. Wa had tortilla chips with salsa. The salsa was watery, the chips were stale and greasy. We had bowl of chili... ugh, this wasn't a chili, it was some gooey substance with beans and something else unidentifiable... double yuck. I ordered southwestern egg roll. It was hot and crunchy outside, but saggy and gooey inside and it tasted like it wasn't fried properly. I had the egg rolls before in a different location and they were delicious, but not here. I hardly took couple of bites and pushed it aside. My fiancé ordered rack of ribs and street corn. The ribs were dry and tasteless, no sauce could make a difference. He hardly ate any of it and left it aside. the corn was mushy and weird, when I took a bite, there was just a mess in my mouth. I love Chili's and couldn't wait to get the classic nachos today, I was very disappointed by what was served. We waited approximately 45 mins for nachos, a turkey club and a kids meal. Never mind a couple that arrived well after us got served before us. I ended up sending the nachos back and I was told that because it is a different kind of chip that no matter how it was cooked this was how the nachos would come out, burnt. Chili's has great food but this particular location needs a lot of work. The service is TERRIBLE! The tables are dirty, we had food crumbs on our seats! After being there a few minutes I realized why. I watched a table next to us leave after they were done eating and that table sat dirty for 10 minutes before someone tended to it. And this was on a slow day in the middle of the afternoon when they had ample staff that had nothing to do! The servers act like they are hourly employees. You would almost think that they don't work for tips because they sure act like it. They never refilled our soda. When we got dessert they never gave us napkins to wipe our face with. We arrived and not many people there and we were seated right away but our table was not too clean. There was water all over it and dripping on the seat. Waitress was mediocre who talked us out of table side guacamole because "it would take her to long" when we I ordered the normal guacamole salsa and chips the salsa was watery and the guac left much to be desired, we told the waitress who said "sorry but the table side guac doesn't always come out good anyway" WHO SAYS THAT??? The table next to ours was eating it, we asked them how good it was, they said delicious. I really wanted to rate this restaurant 4 stars, but unfortunately had to go with 3 (or even 2.5)! I'll start with the positives from my experience here this evening... The food was really good and came out fast and just as I ordered it. The hostesses and the server in the section next to where I was sitting were very friendly and helpful. Also, there was a guy that came to our table during our meal to make a balloon shaped monkey in a tree for my 2 year old which he enjoyed! Overall, a solid 4 stars..wish I could have given it that.. However, when I arrived, I placed my drink order and son's dinner order with the host since I needed to take my son to the bathroom. My server came and dropped off the drink order when I returned, and as soon as he left, I realized we had no straws. I immediately stopped and asked him for some and told him all I needed was 30 seconds with the menu and I'd be ready (this was because if I waited too long there'd be too much of a lapse between my son's and my dinner coming and he can only be patient so long being a 2 year old.) After saying this, I was ready in 30 seconds to put the order in, but spent the next 10 minutes after that trying to flag my server down. He did have a bunch of other tables, but walked by me multiple times where I tried to politely wave, say excuse me, flag him down, and he never looked at me at all. He walked by at least 6 times...I finally asked the server next to my station if I can place my order with him because it was a Friday night and it was getting busy and I was worried that there would be too much of a lapse between our orders. This other server was super friendly and I was thankful he was so helpful. My son's meal came out from a food runner and I realized I had no napkins for his burger and fries, so again I tried to flag my server down for a few minutes as he walked by me with no luck. I could see the napkins at the host station so I finally just got up and got them myself. My meal arrived pretty fast and was also brought by a food runner. As soon as they walked away, I realized I had no silverware. Again, I tried to flag my server down with no luck! I eventually asked a host for some silverware. My meal was great... I ordered the turkey sandwich, hot, with broccoli and cheese instead of fries. My son inhaled his cheeseburger as well and loved the balloon entertainment. I ran out of iced tea in the middle of my meal though and just had to go without! I tried to flag my server down and finally got him after a bunch of attempts, and this time, I asked for more iced tea with the check. This he brought fast.. At this point, I was still going to rate this place 4 stars because I wanted to give my server the benefit of the doubt since I had enjoyed my meal, and I tried telling myself that perhaps he was over sat (given too many tables at once) even though, looking back, he still gave all his other tables way more attention than he gave us. I've served tables long ago so I can understand.. However, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth when after I wrote the tip in and signed, my server was all of a sudden hanging around my table cleaning and picking up food not yet done (son's fries).. And he was obviously trying to hint for me to leave so he could have another party sit there to make more money on the table. I was super annoyed because this was the most I'd seen him all night. He probably was acting like this because it was just my son and I so it wasn't a huge bill... But I am a great tipper!! I left unable to rate this place 4 stars because of him because service really does have a big effect on your dining experience!! By far the worst server I have had in a really long time!! I have been to this location in excess of 50+ times by now and have always found it to be exactly as expected. Do I feel bad writing this review? No. I probably felt more guilty eating the food actually. I will say something feels wrong doing it. Like picking on that special kid in school. I should have just kept it moving but I wouldn't be me if I didn't say how I felt about this place. That's the purpose of Yelp. For a person to express his/her experience and enlighten others. So here it goes. If you don't know by now 99.9% of the food served at Chilis is previously frozen then you still probably believe the WWF is real too. Out of all of these type of restaurants and by that I mean TGIF or Applebees, I can comfortably say I'm taking Chilis. Service is usually better. Their menu is more interesting. They don't try and do too much and fail at everything like the other places. I stick to what I am accustomed too; the chicken fingers and the molten chocolate cake. Their drink specials are also pretty good. But the molten cake is probably the only reason I'm coming to Chilis. It's a fabulous microwaved cake with vanilla ice cream, sundae sauce and some other stuff probably crack. It's a top 5 dessert period. It's why I'm giving Chilis a respectable 3 star and will be the only reason I continue to visit a Chilis once or twice a year. read more

I had a good experience at west Boca Chillis. My waiter was fast and on point. We had two burgers, the Bacon and the Santa Fe. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars it's because the bacon burger was nice and big. I'm a guy, we like ours burgers big and scary. My burger Santa Fe was, let's say, a 1/3 sampler in size, very flavorful, delicious, but kinda smaller. The fries were nice, crispy and fresh. Very good. Overall, very good experience with my son.
