Loved this place growing up. But either I changed or the food did. It's a nice environment and great to meet friends to hang out a bit. But the food quality isn't really something to keep you coming back. The service of the staff was ok. We hung out and enjoyed talking.

It's sad to say, but this restaurant needs better management as well as waitresses. Our waitress would leave us without checking in for a long period of time, so much so we arrived at 8:40pm and left around 10:30pm. The ambiance was OK, but only because it is rushed and fast paced. I feel like I cannot enjoy my meal appropriately.

Chili's is one of those restaurants that you can never go wrong with going to. They have one of my favorite restaurant food items the Triple Dipper. If your the type of person that loves variety you need to go to Chilis and pick your triple dipper out!! Another thing I love about Chilis is the chips and salsa, it seems like the chips always come out perfectly soft and crunchy. One of the things in my triple dipper was wrong but our waitress was very polite and got me the right choice instantly. I guess I got an quadruple dipper if you will haha!! From the big mouth bites, to the southwest egg rolls, and even the honey chipotle chicken crispers it is an amazing delicious meal. The southwest egg rolls with ranch on the side is something I would recommend if you have never gotten them before. All-around Chili's is an amazing place, with good food, and a very comfortable restaurant environment.

I took my boys here to eat and it was a pleasure. Our server was very attentive and present. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt. My boys got a cheese pizza with fries and the other got mac and cheese with mandarin oranges and broccoli. I got a lunch special that included loaded baked potato soup and a grilled chicken bacon and avocado sandwich Everything came out hot and fresh. The first bite was just as good as the last. My boys ate all their food faster than I have ever seen. The music was a perfect volume and the restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were well kept and stocked. I was very happy with the visit and our server made the experience that much better.

We walked through the review, and one thing became clear pretty quickly. The feta wasn't a mistake. It's part of how they build the dish. It's actually tied into their queso blanco and shows up as part of the garnish. The issue is that it's not listed anywhere in the menu description, and I made sure to point that out. To his credit, he said he'd take that back to the team. As for the rest of it, what I reviewed is what they're serving. No changes planned right now. If they ever DO make any changes, I'll be happy to re-review. He did offer a gift card, which I appreciated, but Florida Nacho Man doesn't take comps. The review stands.

There is plenty of parking in a charming plaza, and the restaurant sits right on the lake with beautiful fountain and water views. The restaurant itself is very nice, with great lighting, cute tables that each include their own personal TV, a stylish bar area, and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Our server was great. I believe his name was Felipe or Philip. The food was also very good. Chips and Guac: Thin, crispy chips that were not overly salted. The guacamole was fantastic, with fresh pico mixed in and a true guacamole taste, not just mashed avocado. Pomegranate Chicken: My friend ordered this and loved it. It was served over couscous with a dipping sauce on the side. All of the flavors worked really well together. Steak Tips: Cooked perfectly and served with a salad. My other friend really enjoyed this dish. The meat was tender and flavorful. Kids Meal: Not pictured, but the chicken tenders came with fries. The chicken was grilled, which I thought was a great option. The fries were a hit with both the toddler and mom, who happily snacked on them too. I had a glass of Pessimist wine after asking for a recommendation for something slightly sweeter. It was the bartender's suggestion. It was just okay for me. I did not find it sweet, but compared to a drier red, it was definitely smoother and softer in taste. We really enjoyed our visit and spent some time walking around outside afterward. Such a cute spot, and we would definitely return.

Keke's is a chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants that opened in 2006 and is based out of Orlando. They have grown to locations all over Florida. I have dined at their Boca and Winter Park locations before. In July 2022, they were purchased by the Denny's Corporation, but Keke's continues to operate separately from Denny's. According to their website, "Keke's Breakfast Cafe is dedicated to providing an outstanding breakfast; a meal where everything is handmade, using the best ingredients available, with fresh fruits and vegetables delivered daily, and using the highest quality bread and dairy products." They pride themselves on service, cleanliness, and quality, and that is what keeps bringing me back. This Keke's location is really bright and colorful. I love the pastel color scheme and Florida-centric theme. The Parkland mural is an especially nice touch. They have a large dining room and a few seats on the patio out back overlooking the waterway. Sierra was my server, and she was so sweet and attentive. I started off with some much needed coffee, which is great here. Bad coffee is a pet peeve of mine. Keke's has the sort of indulgent breakfast menu I love, with stuffed French toast and fruit-topped waffles and pancakes. If you are not into sweet, dessert like breakfasts, they also have a savory lunch menu with sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The entire menu makes my mouth water, especially the decadent stuffed French toast options. I ended up choosing the cinnamon apple French toast and made it a combo with home fries and bacon. Everything was perfection, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ended up needing a take-home box. While I was dining, Sierra kept the coffee flowing and checked in often. If you are looking for both great food and great service, give Keke's a try. I am so glad to have a location closer to home.

The caramel pecan French toast was missing the caramel. The bread was airy which made for a strange texture when I added the watered down and tasteless syrup. The bread also didn't see like it was soaked in batter, just put in a toaster and plated. The bananas on the French toast were from a what seemed a 6 day old ripe banana. You wouldn't need teeth to eat them. The eggs were overcooked and had absolutely no seasoning. The manager said he doesn't like his chef overusing salt, but a bit of salt (and at least butter) is needed to cook eggs. The bacon was cooked well, but still seemed a bit chewy. The only good things about the meal were the grapes and oranges in the side of fruit. Don't think I'll come back to this location, but I won't rule out Keke's next time. The staff seemed friendly enough.

I miss this place and ode to Smokey Bones…read more A long, long time ago I can still remember How those smoked wings Used to make me smile And I knew if I had my chance That rack of ribs could make me dance And maybe I'd forget the world awhile Then one day it made me shiver Saw the news nobody could deliver Bad signs on the storefront Man, that hit me right in the gut I can't remember if I cried When Boca lost that smoky side But something touched me deep inside The day... The smokehouse died So bye-bye, old Smokey Bones Drove my Chevy to the parking lot But the fire had died And them good old boys Were drinkin' whiskey and rye Singin', "This'll be the day that we cry... This'll be the day that we cry..." Those smoked wings had that perfect taste Never rushed and never waste That rack of ribs fell off the bone Made that little booth feel just like home And that cornbread fresh and hot With honey butter on the top Lord, one bite could fix your day Now all that flavor's gone away And every time I drive nearby I still remember smoke up in the sky Yeah something touched me deep inside The day... The smokehouse died. Back in the day, Smokey Bones wasn't just another restaurant -- it was one of those places that became part of your routine and your memories without you even realizing it at the time. I can still remember how those smoked wings used to hit perfectly every single time, that rack of ribs falling off the bone, and the cornbread with the honey butter that somehow made the whole table go silent for a minute. You don't realize how much a place means until it's gone. There was something about walking in there after a long day, smelling the smoke, hearing the crowd, grabbing a cold drink, and knowing exactly what you were about to order before you even sat down. It felt comfortable. Real. Consistent. Boca lost a good one when this place disappeared. Now every time I pass by where it used to be, it honestly feels like a piece of old South Florida is missing. A lot of places serve barbecue, but very few become part of people's memories Thanks for the memories

There is no human interaction at all. You eventually realize you're supposed to order from a computer kiosk you weren't meant to notice, and that's the entire process. Once you place your order, the service somehow gets worse. The food comes out very slowly, and not together. It arrives one item at a time, spaced out randomly.
