Went to chilis tn to get food but upon walking in employees were extremely rude to us not knowing I AM PETTY AF def could have sat down and ate if I wanted bc the standard when I worked there is that you don't turn customers away while the place is actively open. If I would have even been half that rude I would have been called into the office my schedule would have been reduced not allowed to pick up shifts and then bullied by Ken the manager for probably two weeks. Wow that place has REALLY GONE DOWN HILL. Maybe we were wrong with the time of closing but that's not our fault it's listed wrong online. My friends and I went out to dinner a couple weeks ago. My one friend and I split the triple dipper (mozzarella sticks, bbq wings, and sliders) and it was DELICIOUS. I also got a side of their white cheddar mac and cheese and my mouth is watering just writing about it! Our server was very attentive and friendly despite the dinner rush and delivered nothing but top tier service. I can't remember his name at this time but he was brunette with some tattoos if I remember correctly. The restaurant is always clean and parking is a breeze. The menu had a combination which included chicken, steak and shrimp, and by looking at the picture on the menu, it looked really good. Boy that was the most deceiving picture we have ever seen. This location is fair, it's not my favorite location but it's definitely not the worst either. The service is usually pleasant unfortunately they are almost always short staffed so things take a little longer but it's very understandable. The quality and portions of the food seems to be a little less than other locations but it may just be to combat rising costs. On my last visit there was an issue with a chilis reward not working. This dish used to have two chicken breasts that were marinated perfectly, a mango salsa and delicious rice and beans. What I received was one chicken breast that has zero flavor, dry as a bone and had no mango salsa. It was sliced into three on top of very dry rice and flavorless broccoli. Server said he would give me the combo that included chips & salsa, but didn't mention it was more $. Was it the all you can eat? Not sure because he didn't mention that either or ask if I wanted any seconds. The salad came out then 10 minutes later the soup. That was odd as usually they come together or within a minute or two. I ordered the burger pink and it was super dry and overly cooked. The burger had good toppings, but I couldn't get past how over cooked it was. The fries were pretty stale to eat and bland. The guacamole tasted mainly like advocado with not much else included. The dessert paradise was good once you put the caramel sauce on it. My wife's ribs were decent and tasty. Her cole slaw did not seem to have any dressing and she didn't enjoy the loaded mashed potatoes (she said they lacked seasoning.) Overall, the food was bland, stale, and disappointing. We only came here to use up a gift card; Chili's is not high on my fave list at any location. We didn't have a good experience, crowd notwithstanding. The floors were filthy, food everywhere. Bathroom not much better. Our waitress seemed inexperienced and when our soups came lukewarm, she offered to microwave them for us. Huh? She did bring new bowls after a bit of prompting. I am going to preface this by saying we had a party of 8 adults and two children. This of course can make things more difficult for servers and kitchen alike. When I say cold, I don't mean lukewarm, I mean cold. Like it was taken out of the refrigerator, seasoned and placed on my plate. My chicken crispers were not crisp, but soggy with grease. Visited Chillis with my family. We had the smokehouse platter with Half rack ribs, Grilled chicken breast, Fries and corn on the cob. The ribs were too good with meat falling off the bone. Loved the juicy chicken breast...added some bbq sauce and we were practically licking our fingers off ! My wife had the vegetarian enchilada which she loved it !! Infact she commented that it was one of the tastiest veg meal she had in an American restaurant considering the fact that there are not too many veg options available in a lot American restaurants. We ended the meal with Molten lava cake and I do not have words to describe it...it was instant choco nirvana..we couldnt stop ""ooohing" and " aaahing".. very soon we very involved in fork wrestling to see who could get the biggest bite first. Hi, me and my bf went here and he ordered the fried chicken fingers and our server (the waitress with the afro) brought out the beer battered fingers and then he said they were supposed to be fried and she proceeded to act mad as if he said the wrong thing when she clearly messed up... we then waited 45 minutes for her to bring out honey chipotle chicken crispers for him... we had then asked for a manager and all he did was brought out the right tenders finally, didn't apologize or said they were gonna be taken off, after finally getting his food after a hour and a half we then asked for boxes and she completely forgot about it, about another 15 minutes later she was cleaning the table behind us and we had to remind her. this was all while she was messing up on the table behind us as well. she never checked on us the entire 2 hour dining experience either and never refilled any of our drinks. worst service ever experienced. read more

I decided I should finally get around to using it. This location always seems to be packed. There were a lot of people here on the day I went but luckily it was not packed. I usually throw my blurbs about the server until the end. But from the time we were seated until the time we left, the server was very very friendly. She had an upbeat attitude. In my opinion, that is one of the most important things especially when visiting a chain restaurant. We had trouble with the table kiosk at the end. It would not accept my payment. She made sure it got taken care of as soon as she found out. Not only that, she sent us away with take-out cups. I ordered the 3 for $10. You get an appetizer, drink, and entree. As my appetizer, I got the chicken enchilada soup. It was good but definitely needed some salt to make it more flavorful. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas as my entree. These were absolutely amazing. I could have eaten a ton of them. You get a good portion size as well. The Mexican rice was horrible though. Should be called Mexican't rice. So nasty. We also had chips and salsa. The salsa was surprising good. I don't know if the chips were actually fresh but they sure made them feel like it. I crushed up some of the chips and put them in my soup.
