I also got a side of their white cheddar mac and cheese and my mouth is watering just writing about it! This dish used to have two chicken breasts that were marinated perfectly, a mango salsa and delicious rice and beans. Infact she commented that it was one of the tastiest veg meal she had in an American restaurant considering the fact that there are not too many veg options available in a lot American restaurants. She made sure it got taken care of as soon as she found out. Not only that, she sent us away with take-out cups. I ordered the 3 for $10. You get an appetizer, drink, and entree. As my appetizer, I got the chicken enchilada soup. It was good but definitely needed some salt to make it more flavorful. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas as my entree. These were absolutely amazing. I could have eaten a ton of them. You get a good portion size as well. The Mexican rice was horrible though. Should be called Mexican't rice. So nasty. We also had chips and salsa. The salsa was surprising good. I don't know if the chips were actually fresh but they sure made them feel like it. I crushed up some of the chips and put them in my soup.
