The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The hostess held the door open for patrons entering and leaving. The floors and restrooms were clean. Our food was well prepared (4 piece tenders with fries and the Santa Fe chicken salad) and our drinks were kept refilled. read more

Restaurant is very dirty. Window ledge covered in greasy smears, plexiglass divider between booth has sticky smudges, my knife was dirty, chair legs were caked in filth. I rubbed my napkin across the table and it came back with nasty bits on it. If they're comfortable showing this to customers in the front of the restaurant, what on earth does their kitchen look like??? Also they have removed all menus - you have to scan a QR code with your phone and look at an online menu. It was very cumbersome to go back and forth between screens to look at different menu items. Unprofessional ... This place has gone down hill! We have been coming to this Chili's location for awhile now so we recently decided to visit this place twice within a week and twice within this week they haven't acknowledged us nor asked for our drinks. While we stand in chili's to get seated all they do is stare and walk away not even greet us or saying we will be with you in just a minute. We were the only couple standing to be seated over 15 minutes. Just for your information 6 People working and no one attended to us and they saw us and still watched us and no one acknowledge us. A so called employee without a uniform brought my husband a drink then sat down having dinner with other people. So you tell me what they put in his drink? Btw you better watch out... All they do is when a customer walks in they tend to ignore. I suggest you to hire more staff and actually training the staff in Customer Service. read more

This is my first time back to Chili's in 2 years. I doubt I ever go back. I was seated in the bar area. There were 3 waitresses working the area around noon. My order was taken immediately and the food arrived promptly. I order the 3 appetizers platter. The food was cold and not very good. My waitress never came to check on me. After about 15-20 minutes of trying to get her attention to bring me my check. She brought the card reader over without asking how I would pay. I told I was paying with cash, she told me the amount, I $15 on the table, and walked out. The people behind me, who were seated before me, asked for their ticket when I did. They had been waiting for her to come back, too. A young couple with 2 hungry kids were seated right after me, the husband had to work hard at getting her attention to place their order. She never came to update them or refill drinks. They were still waiting in food when I left. She was "too busy" flirting with the guys at the bar and drinking her on drink. She even cleaned other waitresses tables while ignoring her tables. She was white, blond ponytail, with a multicolored mask. Not a good experience. read more

4/21/22 I'm a local from the Bryant area. I saw family from out of state and we agreed to go here. The server was mostly unconcerned about us and other families he was serving. He was mostly on his phone and didn't pay any attention. I ordered strawberry lemonade and I found a very unpleasant surprise. A gnat! Gross! When the food finally came, I found it to be cold and icky. Another family member ordered fries, but found them also soggy and cold. She was hungry however, so she ate a lot of them. After dinner, my sister wanted a slice of cheesecake to go. She hated it. I tried some and it tasted like it was expired garbage. It was also warm. About an hour later, I threw up twice. We recently moved from an area in California where there was no nearby access to a Chili's -- I know, right? -- so up until this year we didn't have a lot of experiences with Chili's restaurants. It was only as we moved cross-country that we first encountered the Chili's "three-for-$10" specials and found them to be a good value. AS TO THE BENTON, AR CHILI'S: UPSIDES: We've mostly used the Chili's app to order curbside service and we're impressed by how tightly Chili's has integrated its app into its overall service. Curbside service is efficient and cheerful! They seem to be a relatively happy bunch at the Benton, AR Chili's The few times we've dined in at the Benton, AR Chili's, our experience has been okay. Wait service has been quick and good. They really keep the drink refills coming. Food quality has been fine. DOWNSIDES: A minor complaint is that they really crank up the air conditioning in the Benton, AR Chili's to the point where we've learned to bring a jacket when eating in. It's probably because people demand chilly temps when it's so hot & humid outdoors. BOTTOM LINE: We have no major complaints with the Benton, AR Chili's and find its well-integrated app to make the ordering process a lot easier. We'll be back! read more

The only thing that was reasonable was the service. This Chili's was in Oklahoma. Not use to the not so fresh food. My glass of wine came in a dirty, sticky glass - very gross and unappealing for a 6 oz glass high priced wine. I'm used to the northern Chili's we're they have very good service and a higher quality of food and drinks. Will not be visiting anytime soon. read more

Yikes! Loud as an amplified collision of a circus and a carnival. Asked the server to turn down a tinny version of "Crazy on You" by Heart, because the dude behind me was talking on speakerphone on his phone, kids were doing their usual kid thing, I could hear cutlery in the kitchen, and every fiber of my being wanted outta there. But I was hungry, so I ordered the only thing on the menu under 650 calories. My steak was ordered medium rare and I got it medium well plus it was almost too salty to eat. I had to ask for salt and pepper (for the bland mashed potatoes) by asking two employees -- the first looked at me like I had two heads. (The booth was a bit cramped so they could only manage a large bottle of ketchup on the tabletop). Our waitress was nice but rushed. She came up 2 seconds after our food was put in front of us to whiz by asking, "Is everything good here?!" while I was taking my first bite. We paid at the table, so it was self-serve. My husband's mac n cheese was bland. The broccoli was overcooked. When we were finished the waitress asked if we wanted a to-go box, brought one and then didn't my finished food--leaving an awkward amount of space (did I mention the cramped booth?) to transfer food to the to-go box. The main problem was how unrelaxing the whole experience was due to the incessant noise, and the place wasn't even full, but in truth dining out these days just isn't relaxing. This Chili's location has gone downhill. The restaurant is always dirty when I dine-in. Today I had a to-go order, and we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time. My husband's burger was severely undercooked and made him sick. My broccoli was brown and my cheese fries were hardly edible (freezer burned and all stuck together). We were also missing items. Our waitress was great, but the Benton AR location could use some cleaning. The windows and back of all the seats have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were about 7 flies around our table while trying to eat. The ceiling above our table had dust everywhere. The floor was disgusting. The food was good, but seeing how dirty it is in the dining area makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I never leave bad reviews for anything, but this place needs some attention. read more

My wife and I have eaten at this location for over 3 years and it has drastically declined over that time. Service and food has become very lacking. The food is way over priced for it's quality and the wait staff is either very understaffed or very unintelligible. Tonight we ordered our appetizer before our entree and received them all at the same. My order (the triple dippers) had chicken instead of the big mouth bites that I had asked for. My wife's potato soup was almost 90% cheese and as thick as concrete. The waitress could easily see the mistake, but chose not to care. Lastly, the waitress spent over 90% of her time with one customer and came very close to ignoring the rest of the patrons. Her name was Jessica and she was horrible as was the less then edible food. I'm sorry to say this but fast food is a better bet and the entire staff, including the dish washers, need to be turned. read more

This is always the Chili's I go to because its so bad. Well we had a GNO yesterday just long enough to chat and eat dinner. My friends got margaritas of the month (February) and it was horrible. They put them at the end of the table and our waitress knew exactly what was wrong cause her next question was what else would you like to drink. The wait time was almost minimum for it being 5 o clock. It was a very pleasant experience. And she even made my meal cheaper the only thing that got me was for it being a Saturday you only had one hostess and that made me wait in line by that its self for 5-7 minutes. read more

We just had dinner at this location and the hostesses didn't care not to even say hello because they were talking amongst themselves, so we went to the bar area after being ignored by the hostesses, what a big mistake!!! We found some stools at the end of the bar where we always seat, and the bar tender was washing glasses in front of us and never say hello, that took care for about 5 min. After that she ask us what we want to drink, and she got the drinks immediately and asked us if we were ready to order and she placed the order, we asked for chips and salsa and it took a long time To get to us when the chips arrived the cup of salsa was filled up half, the bartender never checked on us to see if we need more salsa or chips or drinks or anything else we were just ignored, she was trying to keep up with the other customers but clearly she couldn't because she had to ask them many times what they want and how they want it, when our food arrived, same situation nobody checked on us they just thrower the food in front of us and left, and all this was going on while we had an army of dirty glasses sitting in front of us and they didn't do anything We wanted to ask for a dipping sauce because we didn't like what they gave us and the Bart tender kept ignoring us but the most annoying part was that the BARTENDER extremely rude kept throwing glass bottles to the trash can like it was a competition making a lot of noise and ruining our dinner, it didn't happen once or twice it was the hole time we were there seemed like she hate the world or maybe being there. This is a decent bar and grill and decent Chili's for the area. I have eaten at this location the LR location and the NLR locations. The wait staff here compared to the other two is lacking a bit. As stated above this is a dry county but this location does have a bar and what they call a "membership" and you may drink as much as you wish.... Went here yesterday afternoon. Super slow service. Waiter was inattentive. Could understand if restaurant was completely over run, however, that was not the case. Salsa was as watery/runny as I have ever seen. Out of lemons. Fries unseasoned, and burgers were so greasy even the bun shimmered in the light. If you like raw chicken, this is your place. A buffalo chicken sandwich so raw it looked like it just came out of the cooler, a nice bright pink in the middle. When I had a hard time cutting thru the middle, that's when I knew there was a big problem. Little did I know at the time. The explanation was that the timer must have been set wrong. Got a to go order because of our short dinner breaks. When we got back to work to eat, the chicken wings were raw. I called to let them know, the person who answered the call said they would take care of it and have fresh wings ready where I came back. So I took the raw ones back and had to clock out because my 30 minute break was over. Where I go back to Chili's, I was told they were all out of wings so they gave me $2 and said that's all they could do. Two dollars..... This place is horrible. Period. Lets start at the beginning. Hostess, they are okay, if they are even there to greet you to begin with, usually out bussing tables until you have stood there for a few mins. Waiters, dont expect to see one within the first 10 mins of being seated. Once they do come around, they are nice enough, not prompt though. Never bring stuff you ask for like ranch, or your missing salt shaker, or refills. Also if you get the pleasure of sitting near the bar, you might get the unexpected pleasure of hearing the oh-so not PG rated details of their personal lives, because you know, they take there breaks at the bars flirting with guys. The food, once you get it, is hit or miss. I got the pizza recently and it was fine. My wife got the chicken fajitas and had to send them back. The chicken wasn't cooked and had pink centers. When we got it back it was just sitting there on top, completely white chicken, like paper white, no grill marks, no evidence of pepper, or any seasoning. White as a sheet of paper. My wife says something along the lines of, "why does this chicken look so unappetizing, the picture here shows grilled chicken and its a crispy brown with pepper and stuff on it, this is just white chicken, are you sure it was cooked right?" to which our waitress responds, "well i can have them stick it back in the oven again, but its done." To which my wife responds with a blank look, then okay, whatever its fine. Needless to say we stopped at sonic on the way home. The new payment screen things help out with the old problem of staring at your empty plate for 20 mins before you could get your check. I guess that earns them the one star rating. I almost forgot dessert! My wife has gone to Chilis on 4 seperate occasions and just ordered chips and salsa and beer with girlfriends, then ordered the skillet cookie with ice cream only to be told 4 different times that they were out of it. Seriously, not kidding. The last time they even got the manager, and she explained that they were only allowed to order desert shipments once a week and they were out, my wife says, why dont you order more, this is the 4th time you havent had them in the last 2 months, to which the manager responds, we can only order a certain number of deserts ........... i think my head exploded just typing that out. Well, this trip was not nearly as good as our last visit. We were expecting a bit of a delay because of it being Valentine's Day. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait was only 10 minutes. We were seated at a small table for two right next to the kitchen door. That, in itself, was not a problem except that area tonight was exceptionally cluttered - not really the view you want while on a date with your Valentine. I ordered the ribeye (cooked medium) and my wife ordered the chicken fajitas. We had the cheddar bites as an appetizer and they were delicious. When our meal was brought out, my steak was well done and looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good while. The butter on top was beginning to bake on the steak. My server noticed that (to her credit) and asked me to cut into it to see if it was done properly. Of course, it was way overcooked. She suggested that she take it back and get me another one, to which I agreed. So, for Valentine's Day this year, I sat and watched my wife eat her chicken fajitas (which she said were great) and then she sat and watched me eat my ribeye. The manager brought the steak to me and made sure that it was cooked properly this, which it was. Having been in the restaurant business myself (Bonanza Steakhouse), I was thinking that they might, at the least, take off the price of the appetizer. I was somewhat disappointed when I got the check and nothing had been done for our inconvenience on this special night. Our server was fantastic and very apologetic. I assured her that I understood that an overcooked steak was not her fault. So, the steak debacle and the unsightly view into the kitchen made this dining experience a solid 2 star. read more
