My husband and I called in tonight on a Friday night to reserve a table for 2 for his BIRTHDAY. Was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. Cool. Whatever. So I've been here a couple times before with the same mediocre experience. The place was not that busy when we were seated and I immediately noticed that the floor outside our booth was filthy. Littered with crumbs, a napkin and a straw. Thought they would clean it up after we sat down. Nope. All throughout the meal, server after server and even a manager who checked in on us recognized the filth them sidestepped it. Customer after customer walked through it and still, not even a hostess would clean it up. My OCD was kicking in and I couldn't help but focus on the trash the entire time I was eating. This Chili's is located in a dry county. Which means you come here just for the food. No beer meant I could focus strictly on the food. Waitress was really strong arming me about an appetizer so I ordered chips and salsa. I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad as the main course. Chips and salsa were really weak, chips were standard tortilla chips but the salsa was some watery soup with no bite to it. The Quesadilla Explosion Salad likewise was flat, a salad with corn and some type of creamy southwestern dressing surrounded by four quesadilla sections. Very mild and unimpressive. The way I figure it, most Chili's sell alcohol so that you don't notice how tasteless and over salted their crap is. You take the alcohol out of the equation and what you're left with is a crappy, fatty, salty eating experience. read more

Horrible. The margarita was very sour. Waiter told everyone there was a new bartender and that's why drinks took so long. Ordered chicken quesadilla. The soft shell was cooked on the grill which was hard & burnt on 1 side. Guess the cook is blind or just doesn't care. No manager to complain to. Never going back. read more

While the "Big Bacon BBQ Burger" looked appetizing I was just hung up on the name, and this totally kept me from ordering the item. It honestly baffles me, I was utterly confused! The name implies a great big burger but if you read the description it was only 1/2 a pound! The same as all of the others in the menu. If chillies is going to add the word "big" to a menu item they'd better deliver, and i wasnt impressed. My experience could have been so much better if chilis would have just delivered on their promise of a big burger. read more

The last 4 times my family have came to this chili's location we have been utterly dissatisfied with how poor the service is. This evening was just ridiculous. We were able to spot our waiter maybe two times. The table was constantly full of empty plates and empty cups, we had to start moving things off of the table just to eat. Every time we would ask for something it would take 15+ minutes to receive it. Regardless of our waiter not checking his tables, we have had countless wait staff pass our over loaded table and did nothing to accommodate. read more

The worst customer service. I recommend anywhere but here to do business. After walking in and sitting ourselves at bar we were ignored by bartender and wait staff. After 5-6 minutes of being ignored by staff while they carried on with personal stuff and on cell phones. Rude staff, just completely unprofessional. Not really sure why this place gets so much hate, but we have, by and large, never had real issues here. We have been frequenting this one about 10 years and the food is predominately consistent, the wait staff and especially the bar area are typically engaging and professional... The handful of times we have had issues with to-go orders or what-have-you, it was handled in a satisfactory manner. I am docking them one star, simply for an issue that is not even their doing: the online and app ordering is a nightmare... Hopefully they can get corporate to handle that for them! It's a Chili's, people... It's not the Commander's Palace in New Orleans or even some of the nicer, more upscale places in Little Rock. We ordered through the app and had it delivered. When our order arrived, there were no drinks, appetizers and, sides, and dessert was missing. Called the restaurant and reported the missing items. They said they would get them ready, if I wanted to drive to the restaurant and pick them up. When we arrived at the restaurant, we waited approximately 30 min for the rest of our order. I have frequented this chili's location for about a year now and i always have a pleasant experience. I would recommend the cajun chicken pasta because it is always cooked thoroughly and seasoned well. The inside could use some cleaning and better lighting. Service is adequate. read more

Hi there! My daughter and I are lunch @Chili' s in Benton, AR. Yesterday. 2075 Interstate -30. Our Waitress was Joshua , not sure his last name. But he was Amazing! Very polite, Very Respectful Got our Order Right. Checked on us frequently He was sweet, Great Attitude Well Done, Joshua! We talked about his new born baby in the hospital that was early, for a Person to be going through so much with a Baby being in hospital for a little while, because of being Premature. And still does an Incredible job, says Much of Joshua. Again we thank Him and Chili' s , for a Wonderful - Mom and Daughter , lunch out ! Everything was Terrific! Curbside service has gone to the dogs! I've waited in excess of an hour for my order this last time and nearly 45 minutes the week before. They can have twenty vehicles waiting and still only have ONE person bringing out orders. When we asked to speak to a manager on duty, we were told "he was just too busy to be bothered at this moment". I could not believe this! I've never had a Service Industry Manager say he couldn't speak to a customer. Well my order was finally brought out and home I went. Our order was the usual, two salads and one cup of soup. Made the short drive home, just to the Salem area. We were surprised when we opened our salads, both were contained cold and old meat, and very small portions. both salads, one with cold grilled shrimp and the other cold rubbery grilled chicken. The Tortilla soup, let's just say it had been reheated way too many times, it was basically a cup of the soaps top layer skimmings. It will probably a long time before we give them another chance. Love the food service is usually very quick but they have gotten pretty expensive on their prices. New menu new higher prices.

4 stars because of our waitress. She was over sat the entire time we were there. In the weeds. Yea, our food took longer than normal, but her attitude was good and that counts for A LOT. She did the best possible with a challenging situation. Gave us a coupon for free app and apologized several times. I usually like chili's but I would give this chili's no stars if possible. My mom ordered chicken fajitas. She asked for just chicken, no onions or peppers or the butter sauce on top due to allergy reasons. I asked for the sirloin because their garlic butter mixture they use on top is pretty stinking good. My moms came out with everything she asked for it to come without and my steak was raw in the middle. Not just medium well but raw. I just ate there yesterday with my kids. The server took over 10 mins just to take our order. After that it took another 30 mins for us to get out food. My family and I have not had very good experiences at this chili's location... however tonight's took the straw.... for starters my husband and I ordered the 2 for $22 and never received our starter until 5 minutes after our food arrived. We had our drinks refilled once the entire meal. When we finally got our food my husbands steak was not cooked at all. The outside "looked" cooked. It was completely raw. The manager blamed it on being a grisly steak... yeah right it looked as if it had just left the butchers. They kindly threw another on the grill and didn't charge us for the second one. When we were finally ready to pay our 2 for $22 plus 2 drinks and our sons kids meal was rung up for $56.... obviously not correct. The party that was with us Check was far from right. When she brought back our "fixed" Check we paid with card on the machine which now had 4 open checks on it and the other party's ticket was missing and completely gone. I am currently sitting here now waiting for someone to take our drink order. It's been about 5 minutes. Last time they brought my sons food when we were 4/5ths done with ours. Check their kitchen first! My god it's horrific! First off their dish sink is always clogged and full of dirty water! It takes everything you got to pull out the food trap because of the clogged drains! The managers are rude and talk about their employees behind their backs to customers to make themselves look better and more professional! I kno this because I used to work for this pathetic place! The service is always good, the food is excellent, I absolutely adore their queso dip and salsa as well as the Cajun chicken pasta. I never have to worry about my drinks getting low or waiting too long for food.
