Never in my freakin life have i seen such a travesty than this shit hole! I worked here long enough to see it for myself! Rude disrespecting managers talk about employees behind their back! Drains and sinks clogged and disgusting with gunk! The main sink trap in the dish pit gets clogged constantly it weighs more than 100 pounds each time it gets filled and clogged you literally have to strain your back to drain and clean it! The dishwasher water is always dirty! Worst place to work ever! So dirty and disorganized! Everyone there is selfish rude and they don't care about there job! This particular restaurant is always slow. Food is wrong from what you order. Drinks are usually good though.

HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN! First off let me say I had high hopes for this place. The food is good but overpriced and the servers don't really care about anyone besides themselves and their tips. Than came the day when I got hired as a dishwasher and quit a week later and for great reason! First off this place gets very busy and they only have one dishwasher working at a time everyday. Second it's very very very filthy back there! The drains don't drain! There's food and muck everywhere! There's no place for the dishwasher to wash his hands due to limited sink use (being broken) and no soap! There's no garbage disposal for the main sink and there's food in their all the time! The huge grill trap takes a lot of muscle to remove and drain the water into an already clogged sink and scoop out the muck left by the food. The dish machine is almost 14 years old! It's big and very difficult to clean and the strong smell of chemical is everywhere! The size of the dish pit is the same size of their office! It's no wonder they're investing one billion dollars into their stores to revamp everything! It's no surprise to someone who sees this from the inside. I have even seen cheese still stuck to plates after being ran through the dishwasher and stocked on the cooking line! This place is deplorable! Even at $10.00 an hour I was disgusted! One last thing, a young manager named Leia likes to talk trash about her own employees behind their back. She pretends to be friendly when she's actually bitter and a b#tch! Mediocre service and food. Overpriced. We found out the rewards program was changed and we could no longer use our points we were expecting to use for Dessert. Ordered "Classic Nachos" to find out they looked like and tasted a lot different than Nachos. I would say that "classic Nachos" are nothing liked what was served, more like a Quesadilla. Traditional (classic) Nachos are Nacho Chips piled high and having the Meat/Cheese spread over the top. Chilis "Classic Nachos" also came with a miniscule amount of sour cream. Too small an amount for the size of the Quesadilla (oops) Nachos. We asked for more; we were not told that we would be charged extra for the small amount brought out. I spoke with the manager on duty and pretty much was told "too bad, so sad". The service we got was too slow. Probably won't come back. I definitely didn't get my moneys worth. read more

My hubby and I have been here a couple times. Chili's is a great family friendly restaurant and this location is pretty good, better than the little rock chili's, not as good as the one in North Little Rock. The only problems we usually have here are with service, never the food. To Go ordering here is always a pain. They definitely sound annoyed to take your order! read more

I hate to say this, but the bar tender they have she is HORRiBLE!! She is the skinny long hair one and she has a nasty attitude. My girlfriend and I was there just this Friday night and we sat at the bar. It took us to get drinks after 20 minutes and our food was a joke!! We other sample plate and she'd brought full size meals. It was all cold and greasy. An hour had past n our food was not nearly made. Trying to get her attention, to bring our food. She says "ain't my fault if they're food ain't here" to the guy next to me. Are you kidding me!!!!!??? Although the manager Aaron, was very sweet n nice try to offer my whole ticket to b paid, I felt bad because it was not him it was her. We payed over $100 for just horrible food and charged wrong. And no we barely had any drinks! I had one margarita that was just plain sugar that I didn't even drink it. This bar tender needs to be thought a lesson. If she wants to get paid than she needs to DO HER JOB! It is your job when you are serving someone and the food comes out all cold n wrong!!! We stopped at this location on our way from Greenbrier to Arkadelphia over the past weekend and the service was the worst I've ever experienced at a Chili's restaurant. We eat at the Conway location every now and then and have always had descent service, but I definitely do not recommend this location. Our service was so lousy. We were the only ones standing at the front hosting table (no host) waiting on a table. It took a good 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We were finally sit down, only to wait another 10 - 15 minutes for drink orders. We were just fixing to walk out although we were not in a hurry at all but we felt like we were being ignored. It wasn't only us because we noticed as other people came in, they were ignored as well. Well, we finally got our food and I swear it was cooked and reheated in a microwave before being served to us.
