Very clean and modern! The service was pretty good, nothing exceptional but nothing bad. The food was excellent! I had the fajitas which were a bit different but had an excellent taste! I'm a sucker for the ground beef chimichangas so,as usual, I ordered that. Wife had ground beef taco salad. Both were very good and the place seemed to having a very steady lunch crowd. We had the traditional chips and salsa. Chips could use a little more salt. Salsa was a first for me in that this particular recipe has a sweet taste to it. I didn't care much for it. The staff is super attentive and very nice. The restrooms could have been a basic bathroom but they added a "glass" fish bowl sink and nice decor. The owners pay attention to the slightest details. There is a plenty of room for busy nights, a full bar and a dining room for special events. In all we are happy we went. I don't think you would be disappointed.

Our go-to order is the blackened shrimp quesadilla and the Triple Dipper, and they're always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Pair that with one of their margaritas, and it's the perfect meal every time. One of the things we appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it's a busy weekend or a random weeknight, the quality never changes. It's become our family's favorite place to eat, and we recommend it to anyone looking for great Mexican food and a fun atmosphere. If you're visiting for the first time, definitely order the quesadillas, the Triple Dipper, and a margarita--you won't regret it!

Delish but heads up, fine print says you'll be charged after a 2nd basket. Menu was huge. After placing our order it came pretty fast and we never saw the waiter again. I got the fajita quesadilla and they did not use any cheese which I thought was odd. Very messy to eat because of it but still good. Hubby got the steak street tacos and had no complaints. Waiter situation was annoying. I guess the group ordering margaritas was more important to take care of than any other patrons. We got no refills and took forever for the check. Overall I recommend. But I also recommend their staff pay more attention to patrons.

Her demeanor often makes it feel as though customers are inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance. On my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and realized my drinks were incorrect. When I called back, instead of apologizing or offering to correct the order, she proceeded to tell me what the drinks were supposed to be as though I hadn't tasted them and couldn't tell that they were incorrect. She then asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I simply told her I would return to get what I originally ordered. When I brought the drinks back inside, she took them to the back, and it took an unusually long time to receive the replacements. Given the interaction up to that point, the delay made me uncomfortable, and I would have preferred for the drinks to simply be remade at the bar where I could see them being prepared. What was most disappointing was that there was never an apology, not for the incorrect order, the inconvenience of having to return, or the interaction itself. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. As someone who frequents this establishment, consistent courtesy and basic customer service should not be too much to expect.

Everything started out ok - our waitress was sweet and attentive when we first sat down. However, once we ordered, we waited and waited for the food. After 45 minutes, we explained that we either needed our food or we'd like the bill for our chips so we could go to another place to eat. After that, the food appeared pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the food was truly bad - no salt, and very, very bland. I especially have to mention the beef...we ordered a carne asada taco and a fajita taco (the fajita taco description mentioned having "ribeye") and the meat in both was awful. It could be squeezed into mush between my fingers. Again, the staff was friendly enough, and I think they tried their best to make up for the long wait, which we appreciate, but to wait that long and the food be SO subpar just really made for a bad meal. I would try and find another place to eat when you visit Hot Springs.
