Our server Joselyn was excellent. The food was served in a timely manner and it was delicious. The food was presented in an excellent manner. We had a pleasant time there. I live in California and I have been visiting Denver almost a week. I have been to at least 4-5 other restaurants in the Denver area and Chilies has by far been the best. My hat is off to them. Don't miss out, go to chilies on Tower road in Denver. Great job.

I've been to this location a few times and each time same outcome. I understand they're short staffed and our waitress did the best she could. Part of me thinks they should close down half the restaurant and only open up the bar section. This possibly could help out with the waitstaff from running all over the place. I ordered chips and salsa and a buffalo chicken salad. It was a good and did the job. Would I go back ? Maybe, but not anytime soon.

We always feel welcome here. No matter the day or night. The employees are friendly and service is great. We've been stopping by for a nightcap and I love the Monthly Marg since I like variety. My only complaint is the corporate big wigs need to bring back the Chili's signature sauce! My black bean burger is not the same without it

First off the food temperature was great along with the flavor. Eve gave exceptional and insanely fast customer service. Even though I couldn't tell that she was smiling with a mask on her face, her bubbly and sincere nature gave it away. This is the customer service that I expect from all companies.

Living east of the airport; we don't have a ton of dinning options. That being said the BF and I have come to this Chili's location our fair share of times and they are sure "A-OK". The Atmosphere: Pretty typical Chili's. There's ample parking. The bar area has tvs all around; making it a great place to catch the game. The Drinks: Well I'm sure everyone knows by now that Chili's offers all day happy hour (in the bar). They serve up some tasty margaritas and boozy beverages for sure! Chili's has the standard beers on tap including Blue Moon, Fat Tire, Coors, and more. The Food: I've had it all! From burgers, to chicken enchiladas, to chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and more! I am def a big fan of the southwestern eggrolls and the bottomless chips and salsa. It all hits the spot, but isn't really anything to right home about. It's consistent. Which is great! The Service: No matter where you are seated: bar or main dinning area, you get consistently good service. I typically find myself in the bar area more frequently than the dinning area. Servers all tend to be pretty attentive and friendly. The Price: Pricing is on point for the value you get. Portion sizes are large too. They even offer a "Dinner for Two" meal option that includes an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert for $22!! Can't beat that! Given we live "in the area" (relatively speaking that is), I know I will be back for more meals at this Chili's.

Chill's you have got to do better! This my dried up chicken and sliders with uncooked soaked in batter pickles! Fail

This was my triple dipper! Dried out small pieces of chicken, sliders with all the bacon on one side and fried pickles that half were not even cooked batter still wet! And I asked for no ranch which they put it in anyway! Im allergic to milk and the ranch got on my pickles that were cooked! Do better Chili's that was a waste of $20

The huge bar located in the middle of the entrance is definitely a centerpiece and creates such a great vibe. We sat around the bar and enjoyed the beautiful views and lively atmosphere. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was prompt, friendly, and attentive without making us feel rushed. Our bartender was especially impressive. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made some great drink recommendations based on what we liked. You could tell there was real skill and experience behind the bar because my cocktail was absolutely delicious and perfectly made. This was the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy a great drink, take in the surroundings, and simply enjoy the experience. Between the gorgeous property, impressive bar, beautiful views, delicious cocktails, and wonderful service, we had an amazing time. Like most hotel bars, the drinks and food can be expensive, but the bartenders are on point with the cocktails. Their smoked old-fashioned drinks were good, the Negronis were very crushable, as was its bourbon cousin, the Boulevardier. The shrimp appetizer that my wife ordered was also very good, and a nice starter before we had dinner at the English Pub. It's a good spot to experience sunsets as you knock back a drink or two, or watch the night sky, so long as it's not overcast or raining. If you look closely towards the ceiling-length windows, you can see the Denver skyline in the distance in front of the Rockies that dominate the landscape from afar.

After my husband and I got settled into our hotel room, we both noticed ourselves feeling hungry,…read moreespecially since we hadn't had a proper meal since 4:00am that morning (and by proper, all we had was a small bite of Chick-fil-A at MSY Airport lol). Since we also had to use up our meal vouchers from United Airlines, we figured we would just head downstairs to Fire + Spice to grab a bite to eat. Fire + Spice is located on the ground floor of the Denver Airport Mariott at Gateway Park. It is located to the immediate left if you are entering from the hotel's front entrance or to to the right/straight ahead if you are passing by the front desk. While I am not sure if it's the norm, the little chalkboard sign posted at the front of the restaurant informed guests that they could just find a seat before being assisted, so we decided to grab a table in a quiet spot, and was promptly assisted by Eric, who brought us menus and some waters. We ultimately decided on splitting chicken wings and chips + dip as well as individually ordering fish and chips and a turkey avocado sandwich. Since we weren't sure what type of seasoning/sauce to pair with our chicken wings, we asked Eric who recommended the Nashville, which is essentially a dry rub version of a buffalo sauce but without the extra tang of vinegar. The food also came quickly because I swear we had only waited a couple of minutes before Eric came by first with our chips + dip and then the Nashville chicken wings. The chips + dip were probably the best I have ever had with freshly made tortilla chips and a dual option of queso and salsa. The queso was rich, gooey, and had a bit of bite to it probably from the different combination of cheeses, whereas the salsa was hearty and refreshing. The Nashville chicken wings were also amazing as the chicken wings were tender and juicy and the Nashville rub is something I still dream about to this day. In fact, if I ever get the option again, I would definitely pick the Nashville over Buffalo wings because it was the perfect balance between salt and spice. Similarly, my husband's fish and chips and my turkey avocado sandwich were also amazing. My husband said that the fish and chips was also the best that he had and even better than the one he had while we were in NOLA (which is pretty legit considering their seafood is amazing). My turkey avocado sandwich was also hearty and filling, each of the ingredients fresh and just absolutely delightful. The fries that were also paired with my sandwich (and also paired with my husband's fish) was also crazy good. The fries were crisp, well-seasoned, and only added to the overall delight of our meal. We were also fortunate to have Eric as our server as he helped lighten the mood and engage in conversation with us turning what initially started off as a horrible morning/afternoon to a delightful evening of rest, relaxation, and good food and conversation. Eric had even explained he was initially from NOLA, which was coincidentally where we had just come from, and we just all continued to converse about different topics such as questions he had about Hawaii, our experience in NOLA, and about a fear of spiders/bugs. We had such a wonderful dinner that when Eric had rang our meal vouchers up and came back to let us know we still had extra vouchers left, we told him that he could keep it as an extra tip, which he gratefully thanked us for before we headed back up to our room for the night. Overall, I would highly recommend Fire + Spice if you happen to be in the area or staying at the Denver Airport Mariott at Gateway Park hotel. As Eric smartly pointed out, Fire + Spice is a "restaurant located at a hotel and not a hotel restaurant," meaning that the food found here is some of the best you will ever find at a hotel, something that I can 100% vouch for. Eric also made for great company as we ate dinner and had we had more time in Denver or even at the hotel, I definitely would have made more trips to Fire + Spice to checkout more of their other menu options (and converse with Eric if he was on shift as he was a natural conversationalist). Prices are also very affordable for the amount and quality of food you're given making it one of the best food options to have in a hotel setting.

Most of our…read morestay was fine, but unfortunately our experience at the hotel bar on our last day left a very negative impression. Several coworkers and I went to the bar around 12:45 p.m. From my first interaction with Ayme, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She tossed a napkin down toward me, spoke to me condescendingly when I didn't hear her ask whether I wanted to close my tab, and seemed visibly annoyed when I asked for a receipt to verify my charges. I later learned that several coworkers had experienced similar behavior from her throughout our stay, including one who said Ayme had put her fingers in their face during an interaction. We brought our concerns to the General Manager, Adam, but unfortunately his response seemed indifferent. The service only became worse afterward. I was the first in our group to order food but the last to receive it. I waited about 15 minutes for a mojito before being told there was no mint, received a noticeably short pour when I switched to a margarita, and later waited another 15 minutes for a mimosa only to be told Ayme had forgotten to enter it. She repeatedly avoided our group, made it difficult to order, and we weren't even provided basic things like napkins or silverware. I also overheard Ayme telling the other bartender not to serve our group more than two drinks per hour. When I asked about it, she said it was company policy and stated, "you cannot chug two drinks in an hour." No one in our group appeared intoxicated or was behaving inappropriately, and the restriction did not appear to be applied consistently to other guests. What surprised me most was learning that Ayme was apparently the Food and Beverage Manager. Multiple people in a group of roughly 60 guests having similar negative experiences with the same manager should be concerning. I do want to recognize Sammy, who was incredibly kind and provided excellent customer service. His professionalism stood out and was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was disappointing.

Flights span an impressive range~clean lagers, expressive saisons, juicy IPAs, thoughtful stouts, and beautifully nuanced wild ales. Nothing feels rushed or gimmicky; every pour feels deliberate. You can taste the technical care, but also the artistic risk-taking. This is a brewery that respects process and imagination. Service? Genuinely top-tier. Not just friendly, but engaged. I ended up sitting down, chopping it up with the brewer and locals alike~no ego, no rush, just real conversation and shared appreciation for good beer.
