Kids Kraft Macaroni & Cheese with fries
Angela B.

After years and years of driving past Chili's, my 3 year old has become obsessed with the Chili Pepper on the building, so she lost her mind when we actually visited for the first time recently. I was surprised by how nice the interior was, clean and modern. I'm not sure what I expected but atmosphere was pleasant. There were quite a few staff, our server Ashley was nice. The kids liked their mac and cheese and crispers (what they call chicken tenders). My ancho salmon was very tasty but the accompanying broccoli had zero seasoning. Others in our party ordered burgers and shrimp fajitas which they liked a lot. The fries were okay, not super fresh but good enough. It was nice that the head chef visited our table to inquire about our experience. We weren't told about paying for the bill at the table so we waited around for a while for someone to inform us. Overall, a good experience. The kids asked to come back for their birthday and I think we can oblige.

Stopped by Chili's for dinner the other night. We started off with chips and salsa. Which was a good start for our dinne. I ordered the classic ribeye with fries and corn on the cob. My wife ordered the chicken quasadias. My steak was a bit overcooked. But, tasted adequate for Chili's. The fries were crispy and hot. The corn on the cob tasted fine and was just a bit overseasoned. My wife loved her quasadias. Overall, we had a good dining experience at Chili's. Which at this location is 50/50.

A bit noisy. Rustic feel. Food was good. Servers were all extremely polite , friendly, professional and real. I enjoyed my visit at Chili's.

10/10. God-like beverages served in refilled in seperate cups in the matter of SECONDS. The fries were ineffably amazing, so much that I went there TWICE in a month for them and order like 6 servings each time. But, one of Chili's best highlights, is their desserts, they have the holy trinity of mouth watering last courses, with the unbelievable cheesecake where each bite is a step in the pearly gates, the volcano of enigmatically terrific flavors that is the chocolate lava cake, and the best for last, the ice cream covered cookie cake. After the first bite of this steamy hors d'oeuvre, your mind feels like it was blown with unimaginable colors by a tin grenade. That's just the start - once the savory melted chocolate chips swish and mix with the creamy and eye rolling vanilla ice cream, it leaves your tastebuds in shambles of shock. Overall, this is the greatest restaurant I've visited so far, but the bathrooms need some work.

This was the first time I have eaten at Chilies and it was really good. I had a few drinks that were really tasty. Our server was fantastic. She gave us some great recommendations. I had their salmon dinner with rice and broccoli and it was cooked perfectly. Plus I tried everything that my family ordered. Their Mac and cheese made with polblano peppers topped with panko is a must try. Their mashed potatoes were ridiculously good. Its a baked potato mashed so chunky covered with bacon and cheese plus you have to try their hot pretzel's with cheese dipping sauce. I think the pretzels lasted about less than one minute

Could be all the wine in me talking (though I don't think so from the way everyone was chowing down), but this was some Grade A BBQ! Pulled pork was laced with sauce - sweet, sticky, not the least bit dry... the spare ribs were so tender, Smokey and flavorful and honestly not a whole lot of fat... and the brisket, well it melted in your mouth. Honestly - just way too good! Drinks. Food. Service. Company - 10 for 10!

Let me get to the details: Service: staffs were not attentive, friendly, nor helpful. The restaurant was busy when we came so we decided to seat outside. However, their outdoor tables were wobbly. Also, there were no bugs control devices nor heating lamps to accommodate us. When we asked to move inside, their response was we have to talk to the host and the hostess told us it is not possible because they were "too busy".... Yet we would see an empty table where they rather seat 2 people that come after us instead of us. On top of all that, our sever never came to refill our water. For service, this place is a zero star for me. Food: we ordered their famous heavy plate. The food size was loaded for the price, everything tastes fine but nothing was exceptional. Giving them some stars for the decent food. Atmosphere: inside has lots of booth style seatings and bar seatings. They can accomplish large parties. Outdoor seating is not great as their tables were cheap and they're seating on a slope. There were no heat lamps or bug controls so I don't recommend eating outside in the evening here. Overall: honestly, we felt ignored at this restaurant. I wouldn't come back here since they're not very accommodating or nice. Highly recommend management to train their staffs better.

There was live music in the back room, so we opted for a booth in the front room so we could have quiet dinner conversation. Alisha was great. She explained the menu, the Mac & cheese, and the dairy bar in the adjacent bldg. We ordered dinner and it was out quickly. Hubby had the entree of brisket & pulled pork with a side of veggies and the Mac & cheese. The Mac & Cheese is so, so good. We ordered some to take home for my son! My balsamic chicken entree was delicious - I loved the side of carrots & zucchini- very fresh & unique! Great dinner, no hesitation to come back here. And, we did have to wander over to the dairy bar and check out the ice cream too! On the way, we noticed lots of outdoor seating and maybe a little stage too. There is live music regularly! Hubby got a shake & I had a dish of hard ice cream. It hit the spot! Thanks so much!

I chose the soup to start and it was simply amazing! Creamy with Asian spices (I don't remember the name). My entree was chicken pesto pasta. That was really good with the pasta cooked perfectly. The desert I picked was pumpkin bread pudding. It has really good flavor but very heavy so I had enough for 3 deserts (not a bad thing). My friend got coconut cream pie and she said it was good! The waitress was excellent! Very attentive but not overly so. I can't wait to go back

Initially we were ignored by all employees, waited way too long to order as they seemed to all be engaged mostly talking to one another... food: once we got it, was horrible... French fries were cold and soggy. Burger was kinda messy, the lettuce was wilted from being under a heat lamp way too long. chicken sando likewise and everything seemed out of the box (Sysco reheat house) no condiments, no napkins or service ware.. when ketchup was sought a few "packet" were offered. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with each other with no one knowing what even bad service was... tried for an ice cream... ordered a cup and a small cone... dismissed to the "other window" upon paying where a unidentified cup was sitting with no apparent service ware available. I asked for a spoon and the counter creature barked there were sooon right in "front of you". There was a container above eye level with I guess had a few spoons at the bottom but since I had forgotten my x-ray goggles, I was unable to see the two spoons... then watching a young ice cream ... ahh tech, I suppose, struggle with the soft serve machine, but she did have a roughly 1 foot high cone and soft serve combo and she was trying to secure some help with this endeavor, I asked if that would be my small twist? At which time the excited gaggle of gathered counter kids all chortled "yes... that's our small!!!" OMG what a waste of marketing effort... no one over 15 needs that much ice cream... and it was a small... I refused it and asked for a reasonable sized portion to which they, the aforementioned gaggle said you want our kiddie portion... I agreed to that size but this could have been avoided if the had some sort of size posted. Over all it was a horrible customer service experience... management has zero clue what or how a fast dining experience should be. As a side note they recently upgraded the pos and need help adapting to the system. But none of our issues were related to that... it was a series of lost opportunities to show that anyone cared about what or how they should treat a guest along with old poorly packaged food that sat way to long. Incidentally there is zero reasons to have BAD French Fries with all the superior products available I will not be back!
